Had to bring my car in after it wouldn’t start and was worried about getting in as I’m only here for a day on business, but Randy was incredibly kind and helpful and got me in ASAP. It only took about three hours to get done and the price was more than fair. If I’m ever in the area again, I might even just schedule an appointment to have my car worked on for anymore repairs! I have taken multiple vehicles here, all the staff are friendly and funny. They do great work and 9/10 are very quick. Have never had a issue taking my car here. Robert and Travis have done great work helping me. This firestone is always quick to answer their phones. I highly recommend.

Refused a battery replacement because I got the battery brand new from Advance Auto Parts in less than a year. However they loose the screws of the cable and battery bar, and also leave the dust cover open. The result is the sudden electricity cut off when I trying to start the engine. Luckily I wasn’t driving which is super dangerous if the power off. Plus they suggested a breaking system service for $900 but you can actually get the job done much cheaper at other shops. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I called to get a pricing on my front brakes and rotors and you would of thought I was asking for a back rub. The gentleman that answered the phone made me feel like it was an inconvenience to tell me the price. You guys did my back brake and rotors and I was calling to find out the front and I was told well it would start at $99. Okay that’s not an estimate. Instead he asked if I could come in and see them for inspection. Okay no thanks commission breath. Defiantly won’t be going here ever again for any service.

Took 4 hours to fix my tire, charged $25. The representative sweared at another worker in the garage which made another cutomer and me very uncomfortable.

Finally my Escalade no longer shakes and Im absolutely ecstatic. Its been to 3 other shops for balancing and theyve all claimed to fix it, however the shakes would persist. I was ready to either buy all new wheels and tires, or perhaps drive it into a pond. This shop has state of the art equipment, competent techs, and a friendly staff. I can actually drive on the highway again :). Highly recommend. Good value as well.

The shop is so clean and new and amazing. Not to mention the staff I got play by play updates on my car was able to have my car towed in and looked at while I was at work. The manager is so kind and helpful and there techs are so helpful full of knowledge and breaks down what they are doing so you understand. Plus the big points come from the curtsey call letting me know my car was ready and I can pick up when Im available. They really have built an amazing new store and crew.

Amazing customer service! had something go wrong with my car, and as someone who was in EL to visit, I needed it fixed to go home. anthony went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe for me to drive so I could get back on the road and head home! will always return here for any future car troubles!

I very rarely give a 2 star reviews.A little disappointed in this place. I came in the day before and they did not stock the tire for my vehicle. So it was ordered and came in the following day. They called to let me know that the tire was in and to head over to get it mounted/installed. They replaced the wrong tire... which was confusing as I went over it with them the day previously. I even mentioned again what tire it was when I handed over the keys. The paperwork had all four tires at 35psi (hand written) but they didnt really check the pressure. The tire that needed replacement was still at 32psi. So I thought maybe it needed to be driven on to calibrate the tire pressure sensor. It went down to 31psi so I pulled over got out and noticed they changed the wrong one.

I came in to have a sensor replaced that was causing my anti-lock breaks to come on and various lights to come on across the dash. They said they replaced the sensor but all the original problems were still present. I decided to take it somewhere that would plug into my car and show me the issue. They agreed it was the sensor. When I told them that Firestone had just replaced it a couple of days earlier they took me to my car and showed me the sensor. Old, dirty, and never replaced! The new place replaced the sensor and it solved the problem.

Randy and the other staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. If I lived in this area I would go there for all my tire needs!!

Excellent Service... Customer service was topnotch. I went for viper blade change they didnt have the stock for my model but they did a quick turnaround brought a new one in just 10mins and everything was done by an hour.
