Went there today instead of where l bought my phone. Edmound helped me transfer my pictures from my old phone to the new one. He was great and he did it with no problem. I will go there again.

I came into this store 2-7-19 feeling so sad and down. With the help of Darisa, I left the store a happy customer. All day I’ve been getting told No and no one seemed to care about my problems but I feel as if she made my problem hers. I’m so happy that you guys have an employee like her. She’s happy spirited, so nice, respectful. She deserves it all!! ❤️❤️ Be great to her as she was great to me. I will forever come to this store now!!

Customer service is out of words, best T-Mobile store I’ve ever been too. Love the three girls working there, they solve all your problems and give great recommendations. If they know there’s better prices in other places they will tell you, very honest.

I had a great experience at this store. After getting miss information at another location these girls went above and beyond to help us get our account fixed and even got us brand new apple watches for with a great promotion. We would recommend this store to anyone!!

Best T-Mobile Ive ever been to. Darisa is top notch! She has helped my family and I tremendously and is truly a helpful and caring individual. Joshua has also stepped up to help out any time its needed. No need to shop elsewhere. Darisa and her team have now helped all my brothers, my uncle, my parents, my aunt, and my cousin. This is the only T-Mobile store that I will be visiting from here on out. The customer service is excellent, they are the most helpful out of all of theT-Mobile stores that I have ever stepped foot in. I am surprised they are not as busy as the Central Islip location. I love my new iPhone X and the phone service is better than Verizon which Im glad I left.

We had been thinking about switching over from another carrier for some time. We had heard about T mobile through friends and went into the store on Main Street in East Islip (which I remember was owned by someone else and has since been sold to new owners) Victoria and Vee took care of all of our questions , were helpful and eager to be sure we had all the information we needed. Not only did we switch over 6 phones but we added another 2 !!! I have been recommending this store to friends and family if they want to save money, have wonderful customer care and the plumber save money !!

I went to check out for an upgrade and the rep eddie is amazing he has offered so many great accessories for my phone at a discount price. The Manager Vee was so helpful as well. One of the BEST T-Mobile stores Ive been to. The store is under new management now and you definitely notice it. I used to visit this store and it was one of the worst stores Ive been to. The employees there did not care about you at that time and just wanted to sell anything to make a quick dollar. But ever since new management came in, so did better employees.I walked in there to ask about my bill the other day. I was assisted by the two employees working there, Victoria and Vianca. They were the nicest employees Ive ever talked to. They talked to me about my account and then walked me through different ways on how to bring the bill down. Both of them actually made me feel like a human and not another customer they just want to make money off of. They were 100% genuine and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. They helped me with everything and on top of that, gave me something extra for being a loyal T-Mobile customer!If youre in need of assistance with your phone, definitely go to this T-Mobile and ask for Victoria or Vianca. If youre lucky enough, you will get both! They will definitely assist you with whatever problem you have as best as possible. Even though this T-Mobile is far out of the way for me, this is going to be my new main T-Mobile. Both Victoria and Vianca make this one of the best T-Mobiles on the island and I have been to many. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Creepy atmosphere. They stared at us and didnt answer any questions to the point where we felt so uncomfortable we had to awkwardly walk out. Didnt know whether to laugh or get mad?

Walked in today and was beyond far blown away by the customer service of Vianca. She helped me tremendously and was so helpful. I dont think i will go to another t mobile store or even another provider. The store was very organized, neat and clean. Defineltly worth more than 5 stars. If you are not with t mobile I highly recommend you switch over now and ask for Vianca.

If I could give negative amount of stars I would. These people do not know how to run a business. They do not understand the point of CUSTOMER service. They are selfish and only in the business for the money. I have never been more angry or disgusted with such treatment from a business. T-mobile needs to get rid of them as an authorized dealer.. they shouldnt be authorized to do any type of business!
