Great experience! Barbara the technician was wonderful, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Dr. Evans was a pleasure to work with. The manager who helped me pick out my glasses was absolutely extraordinary. He is so talented at working with people. Professional, personable, and kind are the best ways I could describe, he was the best part of the visit and helped me significantly. Thankful to find a great eye doctor close to me!

I had an appointment and arrived on time only to be left waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes. Poor planning & customer service — very disrespectful to customers. Do not recommend.

I came in to get my yearly eye exam today, because I was over do. When I arrived I called the office because every other appointment I had makes me wait in the car until the nurse comes and checks my temp and ask me about 5 questions concerning Covid-19. This place didn’t follow that protocol, they just had me come right up and when I arrived there was seven people including me. This office is very small and people were with their children. At the other doctors I wasn’t allowed to bring anyone with me. I sat down and the technician came and did a quick eye test hold this plastic object over one eye that the other. I than had to go back to the waiting room. When I say down there was a used tissue on the little end table next to my chair, I told the receptionist about it she did come out and get it and sprayed Lysol on the table. Than a lady came in with her two children and the little girl looked sick and the mother kept taking off her mask and making the little girl drink water. I just couldn’t sit there anymore and left that place. They have no concern about their patients, I’m 65 years old and have underlining conditions that make me a high risk for COVID-19. I really should report them to the health department. They better not charge my insurance for todays visit. Now I have to Quarantine for 14 days and can’t go near my daughter who is 7 months pregnant and is having a high risk pregnancy. I would advise everyone to get another eye doctor don’t go in this office. Disgusted in East Hartford.

Two weeks now that they said that my glasses where going to be ready, I just call and they transfer me with the guy on charge of the glasses office I think his name is Ryan and he was very displeased, He offer me a temporary ones, but with a hard tone on his voice, and he hang up the phone on me!!!!The only think I want is my glasses because first I paid for it already and I really need it because my head pain is killing me!!!!!!I NEED MY GLASSES!!!!!

I cant even remember how many years I have been coming to Dr. Prignano. My children were young and they are 40 and 35. They are just the BEST. One is not going to the eye doctor, one is visiting family, because that is how they treat you and make you feel. I have recommended this practice to so many people and will continue to do so. Each time I go I am consistently amazed at the extraordinary customer service shown by the office staff. Every single person is engaging and pleasant they treat you like a regular person and they genuinely want you to have the glasses that are right for you. I would recommend them to anyone and have! If its time for your annual exam this is the office to choose thank you everyone there I love my new Jimmy choos with the magical lenses!

Every single person in this office treats you like theyre having the best day of their life. No exaggeration. I spent my entire visit smiling and laughing. The receptionists are very upbeat and enthusiastic. Dr. Reichle was incredibly thorough in examining my eyes and took great care to explain everything as she was doing it. The optician I saw was hilarious and extremely helpful. His recommendation got me into a pair of frames I would have never picked for myself, and I am so happy with them. Nothing is better than being serviced by a group of people that truly love their job. That is exactly what you will receive at this eye care center.

Very unprofessional office environment. My glasses order was messed up 3 times in a row. Appointments canceled or changed with no notification. And finally after I decided to leave the practice they refused to share my medical records with my new doctors office. After 4 phone calls requesting my records be sent over I was told a series of excuses and ultimately had to go in to pick it up myself.

Friendly and helpful staff. I love Dr. Reichle, she cracks me up every time Im there. Overall, great place to get your optometry needs taken care of!!

My mom has diagnosed with diabetes n is extremely afraid of doing the surgery to help improve the her eye sight. I’ve asked the receptionist what can we do if she doesn’t want to do the surgery and she needs to work closer to home as her job is transferring her further out. I was trying to get a dr note until we can convince her to get this surgery cuz she already hit a deer and the receptionist with the short blonde hair is very insensitive and need to learn people skills. I will never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. Yes they are nice when you are spending your money but when you need their help to back you up for a dr note on something so important they prefer to force you to do what they want you to do and this isn’t right. We all know how stubborn the elderly can be and they aren’t helping with a simple note yeah will never spend our money in this place again! They only care about the money!

The Dr. And assistants were great but the picking out glasses process was so rushed. Its my first time ever getting glasses and I had no idea what I needed or what my insurance would cover since I was dilated and couldnt read the paperwork.He sold me clip on sunglasses without explaining to me I could get transition lenses for very cheap with my insurance.

Dr. Greloch previously found holes in my retina that could’ve threatened my vision if left untreated. I was able to have that treated before it became serious. I’m very happy. Thank you.

I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service I received. i broke my eyeglass frames and called the office 5 minutes before they were closing on Monday afternoon. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful even though they had to stay after closing to help me. They checked my records, checked their stock and let me know they had a new set of frames in stock. I showed up on Tuesday morning a little after 9AM. I was in the office getting my lenses swapped almost immediately and was in my car, on my way back to work by 9:30. Job well done, as always.

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely LOVE IT! I normally have doctor Sodhi and she is amazing , but I had to switch to Dr. Greloch and Reichle this year and they were wonderful. The staff is well trained in each area and they truly are great, each and every one of them. This is the best eye care facility that I’ve been to and I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff as always friendly & helpful. My wife & I have been seeing Dr. Prignano for decades!
