Let me start by saying that Ive been to many comic shops locally owned. But nothing compared to the magnitude of collectibles that comics and collectibles offer a very pleasant staff and a good place for collectors. Truly cant think of going anywhere else. Unfortunately, five stars arent enough.

Collectibles and comics...a very expansive selection. If you have a Fandom you are likely to find something here. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff help make it an excellent experience for all ages.

Seemed small at first but it just went deeper and deeper! Have never seen such a large collection of collectibles and stuff! Found a few Gundam kits we havent seen elsewhere, and Ive got my eye on a few figures for next visit!

First time customer here, have been driving past this comic shop for a couple years. Finally had the chance to go check it out. What an amazing experience comics, funko pop, toys, and a lot more cool things. Talked to the owner, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you have the chance check this spot out.

This store is amazing! There is such a wide variety, and customer service is superb. Will be my go to store from now on.

Great selection and decent prices. Picked up a Mafex, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Funko Pops, One-Piece statue and other stuff.

Really nice selection of 1/6 scale figures and statues. They’re all organized well and on display. All the employees I’ve ran into have been extremely nice and easy to talk to. My one and only complaint is I wish there was a bit of a better selection of Funko pops, both commons and exclusives. Entire pop section could be much more organized. Great place to shop overall, highly recommended.

Huge selection of collectibles, comics and cards, the place is big and has something for everyone from anime, marvel, dc, sports, action figures, replicas, statues and gifts, staff is nice and knows their stuff

This is the best place in CT to find anime and comic book figures.

Best selection of collectibles I have seen. Also has them displayed very nicely to where you can see a full 360 view of the piece! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! When going in here you feel you are among family and friends! Even if your new to collecting these people will be more than happy to guide you in the right direction and answer all your questions. I highly recommend this shop!

So to be fair, this was the first comic store Ive ever set foot in. Its down a flight of stairs in the basement and smells accordingly. No elevator as an FYI. They had a lot of stuff, but idk what I was looking at so I cant speak to that really. Atmosphere was ok, kinda crowded, small isles but friendly staff.

Something for everyone. From comics to collectible figures, as the name implies, there are lots of new and classic comics all in great condition; The same applies to all the collectible figures and toys. The staff was very helpful in finding what we were looking for and overall opinion on the collectibles and comics.

Not having been on a comic store in years, this place seemed very large and well stocked with new and vintage comics as well as collectibles.

Always an excellent experience, great variety, very helpful staff, including the owner. Love the new space!

Great customer service. The staff and the owner went above and beyond to help me find birthday gifts for my son. They had action figures I couldnt find anywhere else, comics for his age and even a poster that my son loved. Furthermore, they were extremely knowledgeable, definitely will be back with my son.

Great place went first time yesterday was mind blown by the amount of items they have. Well be going back frequently now that i know its there 🙂🙂

Have been looking for a store like this all over CT, JR was an absolute pleasure, the selection is insane! Prices are great, What more can anyone ask! Couldnt believe how many different items they can pack in there, every-time you turn around there is more and more items peeking out from every shelf! Will head back on a non work day to spend some extra time looking!

Went there with my son yesterday and was pretty impressed with the layout of the store. Good selection of comics, graphic novels and lots of figures and statues from all types of genres. The owner was super nice and treated everyone that I saw come in like they were family. I will definitely be coming back to this store again!

They must be doing amazing. Ive been there 7+ times and each time they just sold their last box of magic cards.Yeah, I dont believe it either.

Went there just before christmas to purchase Venom lethal protector and walked out with a lot more comics. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I was like a kid in a candy store! Beautiful store with just about anything you need.

Amazing gem of a store that was right under my nose this whole time. The selection and service of anime figures is the best I have seen in Connecticut. I plan to return frequently , today in fact!

This place is excellent. A wide variety of collectibles, with almost everything out on display. One of the best shops Ive been to.

We went here twice and both times the store was closed when the hours on the door said it shouldve been open, which was pretty irritating. The third time we went there was a sign on the door saying they would be closed from 2:30 until 3:30. It was 2:40 on a Friday. We returned at 4 and they where finally open, but the experience was underwhelming . While the store is pretty big and has many things, its a bit of a mess. It was hard to find the comics you wanted because they were all just put together and disorganized. The comics are a great deal at 10 for $20 but whats the point of a good deal if you cant find anything. As for the collectibles, a lot of them were overpriced. The only one staff member there seemed a little rude and annoyed to even be there. Complaining to a customer about the owner wanting her to be there on time. I think they need to hire more help so at least the store can be open when they state they are.

Honestly the dude there is super friendly very honest too he had told me what I should get that would best suit me and gave me a tour around the whole place the only minor issue is the expensive stuff there but mind you you are walking into a really good honest comic shop if you happen to pass by this treasure definitely stop by even if you aren’t into comics also another issue is that it sometimes looks closed to me but it’s alright

I thought for sure that I was going to be in for a dull drive today as I took a lengthy trip out past East Hartford, but my interest ignited as I drove past Comics and Collectibles, and to my great surprise, it turned out to be exactly what I wanted; a spectacular collection of collectibles and Gundam models, with a decent array of comics.I wont lie, the comics werent my focus here -- those are easy enough to come by. The figurines, however, had an excellent assortment, ranging from Banpresto Dark Souls and (lots of) Dragonball, to articulate DC and Marvel sculptures, with Star Wars Black Series, Marvel Legends, NECA Predator, and EVERYTHING in between -- including some very obscure stuff. They have one of the best Gundam model selections Ive thus far seen in any store in the general Hartford area, as well.As for prices? I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. Several other retailers I frequent in search of obscure figurines make sure to put their prices right up there with Amazons highest sellers -- or worse. This place, however, turned out to be incredibly reasonable. Sure, there are plenty of high-price, rarer items on the shelves, but the vast majority of what I saw had very, very fair asking prices -- even for things that youd otherwise have no choice but to pay for shipping on.If you love figurines, collectibles, comics, etc., youd be crazy not to check this place out next time youre in the East Hartford area.

I go for the cards; but they have a fantastic selection of comics and quite a few aisles of figurines if youre into that.
