Anastasia was extremely helpful. Ordering my books was quick and easy. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a quick and informative manor.

The staff are very nice and have a caring nature. They can get busy but they will apologize and are understanding.

Horrible!! The manager should be fired ! they are very rude and nasty here. They don’t process transactions correctly and they are all over the place

The service at the Goodwin College has several major flaws: the associates work too hard, the customer service cares too much, and the people cant control their compassion and understanding for the community. Coupled with the fact that the ease of access to the store is unmatched, I would say that without a doubt, this was the most effortless visit to any bookstore I have ever had.

Great costumer service friendly people who are happy to be at work. They also have a knowlege of Godwin college policys and knowledge of products.

This is not Goodwin college bookstore. Please beware
