This is a nice clean store, they are very friendly and very helpful they will even come out to your car and do a minor repair for you if needed

Great store, amazing service! Had an issue with both of my wipers snapped off. Made a call, they had better wipers on sale and were waiting for me when I got there! Cheerfully installed them and I was on my way In less than 5 min. Thank you Ed , Butch and Michelle! Youre the best!

Great service, Very friendly staff. I was at EH NAPA today (06/01). One gentleman (I think is is Jacob) came and helped me to fix a tail light in my car. He also offered help to look in to my air filters. That well exceeded my expectations from a auto parts store.Very glad that they are in service in East Hampton CT.

I had terrible service I called to get price on oil and filter. Well upon going in Ed waited on me and was EXTREMELY RUDE all because I was quoted a price and I didnt know the name of the oil I was quoted for. Omg no need for swearing at your customers. I WILL NEVER go backI will go back to colchester!!!

This is just a typical Napa pretty good-sized for those of you who dont know what the answer is it is an auto parts store they will have mostly everything that you need there for your car for do-it-yourself jobs I will admit theyre not the cheapest place around and sometimes they usually do have to order products for you oh no its not too bad its located in East Hampton Connecticut if youre in the area or live around here you probably know about it if youre new to the area its our only auto parts store we have you would have to go outside of town if you dont like it but its really not that bad depending on what youre buying is this if you should leave town but for the most part they will have what you want at a good price but I will let certain things are better to get elsewhere.

The only Old Time parts store around where the guys really know their stuff and can help you save time=$. Great!

Great store, went in needing a 1 off custom bushing, they put one together and I was out in 5 minutes, guys are awesome.

Not a bad auto parts store you can typically find what youre looking for and if they dont have it they can order it for you theyre very knowledgeable and depending on what you need help with sometimes they can even help you right there in the parking lot if its something quick if not then they could pass along their knowledge so good for a do-it-yourselfer even the ones that are doing it themself you can still find what you need here and have whoevers doing it for you do what they got to do

New location is nice, staff is always friendly and helpful.

Used this store about ten times in 10 years of living out here. They have some very rude staff and also have been given the wrong parts too many times. Most staff are not knowledgable enough to be much of any help. Prices are off the charts. I usually shop Middletown autozone or advanced auto parts to save a lot of money.
