If I could give 0 stars. I would. I purchased a car here and it was by far the worst experience. They are shady and liars. We came from NH to this location because over the phone they said they can give us a deal. False... that was a trick used to get us in. They use the price they have online as a tool to make you think its a good deal until its time to finance. They only give you their price if you finance with them. They charge an extra $1000-$3000 if you use your own bank or institution. They sneak in a security etching fee saying it comes with the car. Said they couldnt remove the fee and when I looked it up, its the oldest trick in the book to get you to pay an extra $200. Then they have a $1400 refurbish fee.. whatever price they have online... just add about another $3000 to it depending on who you finance with. They lied and told me I have to stay with them for 90 days before I refinance with a much better interest rate. Also dont forget they have a dealer rate on top of the financial institution they use. With a great credit score they tried giving me a 7.89% rate. I called their financial institution and turns out there are NO PRE PAYMENT PENALTIES. So dont trust anyone who says you have to wait 90 days just so they can make their money. Meghan really is sneaky and plays the game very well. Dont be fooled. I definitely wouldnt trust her. She lied to me about a lot. I have it all in writing too. It just sucks because I really wanted this to be an amazing experience. It was the most stressful experience. Shop at your own risk. Everyone has a different experience.

I purchased my vehicle from Route 2 Auto back in February of 2021. My sales agent was Nick however I honestly felt like the entire dealership helped to sell me the car. Everyone was very accommodating and patient. Buying a car can be stressful so I was taking my time and doing thorough comparisons before making the final purchase. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I was so impressed with the dealership I come back here to have the services performed on the vehicle I purchased. It might not seem like it but they have an excellent service department. I was taken back when Chris Ponte the service manager conducted the oil change on my car and even washed it with no additional charge. Every time I come back it’s like seeing friends, I am greeted with politeness and never would have imagined I would have had such an amazing car buying experience. Besides the shady way we closed on the used car at a cash deal they never followed through with the repairs promised and since she has put almost as much as she has paid for it into it. Car is being towed to get more work done right now. Liars and lazy. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Will be seeking legal action.UPDATE: Engine is shot. Thousands to fix! Bought 4 months ago cash.....4 new tires, 2 new tire rods, new battery, new exhaust, headlights repaired. All on a car purchased 4 months ago and inspected by them for 2 years?Your cookie cutter response warms my heart..... It simply proves my point. If you truly wanted to help you would have answered the phone all the times we tried to get assistance over the last 4 months.

I am very disappointed in this place. My grandmother just bought a car from here less than 3 months ago, and the car needs an entirely new engine, breaks need replacements, amongst a handful of other issues that just started happening. My father even went with her to make sure no one pulled a fast one on her. Everything seemed and looked okay at the time of purchase, but these sales guys knew this car shouldnt have been for sale. Seeing how stressed she is about all of these things popping up breaks my heart and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do better.

Quick and easy purchase! Erik and Richard were fantastic. As well as the financial manager. They worked hard to get the payment and interest rate I was looking to get and they were very reasonable with my trade in. 2 months later- I changed my star rating from 5 to 3 because it took them 2 months and 3 trips to 2 different dealerships to have my navigation repaired. The second trip to completely different dealship was pointless and a waste of my time and gas. I felt like I was getting the run around when trying to get my issue taken care of.

2/24/21Went in for oil change. I was greeted by service technician as soon as I came in the service bay. My car was taken in immediately and the oil and filter change was completed in about 30 minutes. Very impressive. Highly recommended!

I’ve never left a review in my life, but I’ve also never had such terrible service and a sales experience in the 6 vehicles I’ve bought in my life. I inquired about an Acura TLX and drove almost an hour and a half to check it out. Told them I was trading in my leased vehicle and we settled on the price for my car, down payment, and price of the vehicle I would purchase. I took the purchase and sales to my credit union whom I also work for, and got a check overnighted to them immediately. I was in contact with them every step of the way through email and phone call. I took 3 hours off of my work day to drive another hour and a half down. Only to find out that one of the credits they gave me was not available on leased vehicles. Since we had already settled on the price, I said it was not my error, it was theirs which they accepted as true. I asked what they would do about it and they said I would have to pay an extra $1,100, besides the $30,000 check that was already in hand, or we could not do the deal. I walked out with my $30,000 check and the worst experience I’ve ever had.I’d like to add that they advertise a price slightly below market value (I work for a credit union and we research car prices all the time) but add a $1500 “dealership fee” for “refurbishing and certifying” their vehicles. This is illegal. I got them to remove it because I brought up the fact that it was illegal to pass on those costs to the customer. They can add it to the overall price of the vehicle, but they know nobody would walk in if it was advertised at a higher price.Finally, 3 days after our failed deal, the vehicle was sold prompting me to believe that they did not honor my deal so that they could mess with someone less experienced and get a higher price for the vehicle that we had already made a deal on. Scummiest dealer I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve never written a review in my life, but wanted to write this to deter and young and inexperienced buyers from getting the short end of the stick on this one.

Bought a 2017 Ford Edge last week, and its been great. I have the same trepidations as everyone when it comes to car shopping, but the staff at Route 2 made it a breeze.Ill be totally honest upfront about a negative. I applied for financing online in order to save time (which it didnt save much if any time), and had an appointment to meet with a manager to go over my finance options. I went to the dealership at the appointed time, and the manager (drawing a blank on his name) seemed to have no idea who I was or that he was to be meeting someone. I was quickly handed off to a salesperson. Not the greatest first impression.I dealt with Eric, and he was fantastic. Im not a fan when it comes to the wheeling and dealing part of the purchase, but I really felt as if Eric was doing his best to work within what I could pay. He was very knowledgeable and is someone I would definitely do business with again.And Staline ( I hope I got that right) that handled the loan was awesome. By the time you sit down to sign all of the paperwork, youre pretty fried, which I was after 3.5 hours. He was a pleasure to deal with and meticulously went over all of my options.At the risk of sounding corny, Route 2 has a customer for life. Between the selection and employees, I wont be going anywhere else.

My fiancé and I went to this dealership to look at two Jeep’s. I set up an appointment to go look at a 2012 and 2016 jeep. When I got there both Jeep’s did not run because they still needed to be serviced. Then I went to sit down and talk numbers and the price they offered for my jeep was lower then what other dealerships would offered me and my monthly payments was three times what I pay now. That wasn’t what turned me off. When the sales guy went to talk to the manager to see what we can do we herd the manager laughing because we wanted more for the jeep and no money down. That was so rude and judgmental. We got turned off right away and left. I been in sales along time and you should never act like that or judge a customer by the way they dress. So they lost business and I recommend not to shop here because you will get judged.

Buyer beware! This car dealership will do anything to sell a young inexperienced adult (my son) a car. I quote via voicemail message uneducated he said. I quote via voicemail doesnt pay their bills (who is he referring too), I have a perfect credit score. These quotes are inaccurate and harassing, and embarrassing since they are all untrue. Than I am told I will be sued by voicemail if I contact this individual via the number he called me several times on, harassing me, even though I had just told him that my mother passed away and I am unable to handle this situation personally at the moment because I needed to bury her. He still preceded to call and harass. What type of person or company is being run over there. My advice, look over your paperwork very, very carefully, they will screw you if you dont! Took two weeks to actually get the car, and a month to see the loan paperwork. This company will do anything to get you financed, forgery, lieing, you name it. Buyer beware, go some place that actually cares about human beings.

GENERAL SALES MANAGER IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.Called to schedule an appointment and test drive in the morning. Took time off from work and drove over an hour and the car was still in the middle of the sales floor. The car I test drove had COMPLETELY BALD TIRES.The advertised price is NOT what you pay if you have youre own financing. They claim if you secure your own financing you are actually paying the advertised price PLUS the savings rebate. In total, almost an extra $2500 than what they advertise on their website and car ads.I finally settled on a price with Rich because I really liked the car. When I told him I would not be paying for VIN ETCHING (what a joke). HE HUNG UP ON ME.I wrote an email to their owner and general manager voicing my displeasure with working with their general sales manager and got a reply asking to call me and talk about my experience. I agreed TWICE and still not have heard back from their general manager with any explanation or apology...

I walked in to the dealership still shopping not having my mind made up and nervous about buying my first car. I ran into Joey who helped me and taught me allot. I helped my mom buy a Scion from Route 2 Auto Sales this weekend. I could not be more pleased with the respect and friendliness of both Joey the salesman and Jeff the paperwork guy. We bought the least expensive car in the lot, yet they treated us as if we were buying a Porsche (which they have 5 in stock). They registered, inspected, cleaned it inside and out, filled the gas tank, and even warmed up the car for us before we drove it away last night! Amazing service!

I would give zero stars if I could. My 16 yo son called from 75 miles away to set up an appointment to look at a car. He asked clearly to ensure the car was available and was told it was. We drove there and 20 minutes out verified our arrival. When we got there, the car was not available to be shown. Salesman acted like this was business as usual. Stay away, place is a joke!
