Estee Bridal is by far the best experience my bride couldve ever had when going wedding dress shopping.While the wedding dress experience could of been overwhelming, Suzanne was a dream and made it the easiest part in planning a wedding. My bride had been scouring online for different styles and designers and fell in love with the Pronovias line.Seeing that Estee Bridal carried them, she immediately booked an appointment. Upon arriving she and her bridesmaids received a warm welcome, she shut the store down just for them, and her bridesmaids were given water bottles and homemade macaroons while my bride tried on different wedding dresses.Knowing her style and body type, the second dress she tried on was perfect. She received so many compliments and felt gorgeous. Suzanne was amazing and would highly recommend her and her shop to anyone.

I had the most amazing experience at Estee Bridal. Suzanne is wonderful! My mother and I felt very special when we arrived - there was reserved seating for us as well as homemade (delicious I may add) macaroons. On arrival, she spent time learning about me and my dream dress. She was attentive to every detail. Her shop is the perfect amalgamation of class, sophistication and elegance. I highly recommend this bridal shop.

I dont know where to begin! First of all, Im sad shes closing her store but I am glas I was able to meet her just in time! Ive enjoyed every part of planning our wedding so far but when it came to thinking about dresses, instant anxiety and stress!!! I was actually not looking forward to dress shopping day at all!!! But from the second I met Suzanne, everything changed. She was super nice, so comfortable to talk to and did not pressure me at all. She made me feel so comfortable and I actually ended up loving my dress day! Shes so down to earth (I wish I could invite her to my wedding lol) and super cool! She is definitely a professional and never once made me feel bad or anything when a dress didnt fit my style! Nothing but positivity!!! Best of luck in your next adventure, Suzanne! I had the best experience at Estée Bridal!I went dress shopping in a different part of Rhode Island and found a dress at a boutique that I loved, but didnt want to settle on a dress after one boutique experience. I hadnt made an appointment, and wanted to do some shopping on Saturday the 2nd of Feb this year. So Friday night around 6pm I called and left a message about possibly getting a last minute appointment for Saturday morning. I was shocked when the owner called me back not 20 minutes later and confirmed that she could schedule me for an 11 oclock appointment Saturday! I could not believe that she was even still answering calls at 6pm, let alone that she was willing to squeeze me, my mother and my maid of honor in for an appointment.Saturday comes and we show up. I was happy to see they had thier own parking lot. Upon walking in, we were welcomed warmly by the owner, some calming music and a very classy, high-end-feeling atmosphere. I thought to myself gosh this must be out of my budget, but we will see what she has!.I show her the previous dress I had tried on somewhere else that I loved, but also described what I would change in the dress if I could. She right away showed me over to a discontinued dress on rack that looked exactly like what I wanted. I told her my budget was under 1500, but that I had wiggle room up to 2500 if I found something I really loved.We picked out 10 or so other styles to try on as well, and she made me and my guests feel so comfortable with conversation, and her trainee was so polite, funny, knowledgeable and good at her job as well (despite only having this be her third day). This shows me the owner knows how to hire people, and take them under her wing correctly.I tried the discontinued dress on first, and every dress after that just didnt compare. This was the dress everyone got teary-eyed in. What blows my mind was the knowledge that she must have to have known immediately what I wanted from one photo and explanation!As i tried on the dresses i NEVER felt pressured to spend more, or felt like i was being treated as though i couldnt afford something (for some reason ive had people tend to treat me like i cannot afford things). I could also feel that both of the women were genuinely rooting for me and so happy that I bought the dress. Not because a sale was made, but because they genuinely loved it on me.So we ended up buying the dress and she gave us 40% off because it was off-rack and I also bought the veil! I ENDED UP COMING IN UNDER BUDGET FOR EVERYTHING!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!On our way out we were gifted a bottle of Prosecco and some other adorable gift items. I could not be more happy with the service we received and the dress I bought. She has ordered the veil for us and i took the dress home. She is planning to give us some alteration recommendations and we will go from there.THANK YOU SO MUCH ESTÉE BRIDAL!!!
