While on the store sent an email to print 6 copies 18x24 full color, after the print job is done the attendance let me know that each copy is almost $18.00, and that on top of that I have to paid $30.00 because is consider priority. I understand their policy but should be said before doing the job, the worst part which funny enough is that when I complained for the additional $30.00, they said that I can pick the job next day and they will not charge the priority cost. Note: the store was empty, I don’t understand the priority.Thanks fedex for abusing the consumer and train your employees to do not have a way to work with the customers.
Store opens late, store hours are from 8 to 8 and weve been waiting for half an hour and still nothing. Even FedEx drivers picking up are annoyed waiting for the store to open.
We used express shipping service at East Brunswick, NJ store on 11/11/2020. Rons service was excellent. He provided us with all options and was very polite and courteous. He was fast and also kept kids entertained while doing his job. A very pleasant experience. Also, the shipment reached TX before time. Really happy with the whole experience and quality of service. Its spacious on the inside, they have a variety of boxes to send items to the other end. The person toom care of me, and seems to be a clean place. There was 3 people on line and I still got out in less than 2 minutes. Quick and easy. I didnt noticed it was there, i had to go around because i was looking for it while i was driving thru route 18. And had to put the maps to be sure because i was not sure if there was one. There is a sign but driving thru rte 18, cannot catch a quick glimpse of the sign.

Worst service ever.I have to ship one important immigration document and went there for overnight shipping. When I reach there it’s 8:00 and as soon as when I came out from car she closed office. I begged them to accept my package, but they didn’t let us in. I drew 8 miles only for mailing this important document. They don’t have a courtesy to respect others feeling.Feel so bad
Went to FedEx in East Brunswick NJ for a print job.I immediately had difficulty, I was approached and assisted by Dorota, she was a pleasure to deal with.She was helpful, polite and professional. She helped me with my entire print job and ensured it came out right! I would of given up without her help. Kudos to Dorota, she is the most helpful and professional Fedex employee. Bravo!
This place is a joke. I am in the process of returning an AirPods Pro case to Apple with a prepaid shipping label. I was told by the rude staff at this office today that they cannot accept packages that contain batteries. In the past few months I’ve shipped multiple items with batteries that were dropped off here, including the same item that I tried to drop off today, as well as laptops, phones and other devices. I’ve been a user of FedEx and this office for a long time, but the time has come to look into UPS or DHL, which I would also recommend to anyone to doesn’t want the rude staff at this office to reschedule their day. Either way, this office needs to be investigated and whether the staff incorrectly sent me away today or incorrectly took a package that is considered hazardous on multiple occasions, they need to be fired. I will be only one of their customers lost if this does not happen.

Suzanne was the very picture of professionalism! Through an incredibly busy queue, she tried and tried to get my job printed. I really appreciated her help. She was so amazing to work with.Her coworker, Samantha, was not very cooperative at all and really held things up for over an hour, which was really disappointing. She told Suzanne she would help her configure the images, but I had to ask her myself, after waiting patiently about 55 minutes (I understand that businesses get, well, busy!). She did so very grudgingly and was able to print within two minutes.Unfortunately, one of the posters came out marred, so I asked to have it reprinted. After waiting another 10 minutes at least, with customers coming in and out, I had to ask Samantha again to please help so that I could leave. Her attitude was unpleasant but she did it and I was out the door in two minutes. If she had just been more helpful, I wouldnt have been there for well over an hour.Suzanne was the real superstar in this situation, and gave really top notch customer service.

Went in on a Saturday morning to get something laminated. Young lady that helped me (Deonna I believe her name was) was very helpful. While she was laminating my document she said we have quite a few items on clearance like calendars and notebooks, why dont you take a look while I finish laminating for you. Well Fedex needs to give that young lady a gold star, left with a few things that were awesomely priced and the laminating came out perfect.Will absolutely be back again!!
Go in for prints, could have dropped dead and no one would have cared, then they couldnt print my file because they couldnt open an email. Dont even try.
Pros: excellent quality, open 24hrs, skilled workers; Dan is a professional by every sense of the wordCons: the rest of the staff is friendly at first, but will give you attitude eventually. Wait times can be obscene. And good God, they are expensive. They do good work, but the paper isnt made of gold. This is good for last minute, desperate times, only. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and order early from Staples.
Staff at this location is ok. FedEx in general doesnt care about service. When you have an issue the clerks point you to the 800# to get rid of you. Corporate accounts have direct access to real people at FedEx via phone while the little people are on hold for 30 minutes after getting the run around with the automated operator. Awful.
I came in to the store last weekend, and right off the bat...the manager of the store greeted me with a warm welcome. I was in an emergency situation and I received amazing help from Jim who was very patient and helped me complete my work. Refreshing and awesome to experience good customer service as its very rare these days!

Had to make some legal-sized copies. I used the self-service machines, which produced excellent quality copies. Payment was easy right at the copier, and the price was fair at $0.13 per copy.
The photo kiosk hasnt worked for two weeks and the manager, full aware of the issue hasnt taken action to remedy the problem. Additionally, a copy machine has been malfunctioning for two weeks as well; and though the employees intend no harm, their lack of verve for customer service and problem solving is not good for a service oriented business. Try a different location.
My comment is not about the specific location but FedEx in general, if you send a package and it gets lost through no fault of your own FedEx is terrible to deal with they made me jump through hoops to try and file a claim and it was clear that the intention was to dissuade you from actually filing one or following up a company of this size should have a much better procedure they actually told me over the phone if I didnt continually call back they would not contact me they lost my package and I have to follow up with them, outrageous
Used FedEx for the third time, and each experience has been easy and efficent.Thanks to the 2 young fellows at the counter everything went smoothly and I was given some ideas for the next time. Will go back for sure next time I need something sent out. Shipped a small package last yesterday to CT and it was delivered safe and sound this morning.
UPDATE: They are NO LONGER OPEN 24 HOURS. I am devastated. That was the only reason I ever went here was because it was open all night when I am awake. I guess I wont be going here again. This sucks. 😭My previous review:They go above and beyond to help you get your project done right. I spent over four hours in their hair - into the wee hours of the morning - and they all were so patient with me and extremely helpful! I left feeling completely confident that my canvasses are going to come out looking the very best they can be. They let me edit it and edit it until my OCD was satisfied... which was a lot of annoying, obsessive, nit picking editing. They actually made me feel welcome, like they enjoyed my company! I am excited to go pick up my finished pieces tomorrow!! Plus, this is the first time I ever had a need to print canvas pictures to hang on the wall, and there just so happened to be a buy one get one free promotion going on. Love getting a great deal!! You wouldnt believe the effort that they put into one of those things. Anyway, this is the millionth time Ive used this great store, and I always have a pleasant experience (both with the shipping and the printing). I hope this place exists forever.. where else can you go to get your important business done in the middle of the night?

I dont if its just this store, but the employees are so rude and condescending. Everytime I go to the ups store the employees are really friendly and they help me pack my package. Meanwhile at FedEx Kinkos, the employees judge my packing expertise and just throw the tape gun at me and tell me to tape the package shut myself. Like, the reason Im coming here is to pack and ship stuff, how am I supposed to know how to pack things??. Basically I hate coming here. Maybe the other locations are better. Basically Im at the point where I really might just pack and attach the label myself and find a drop off location. Overall, the experience at this FedEx kinkos is horrible . If I could just ship FedEx packages at my ups my life would be so much happier. I dont ever look forward to coming here. Its embarrassing for me because I dont know how to use a tape gun, thats what the employees are for! I wish I could just stick with ups for all my shipments.
The printers do not print dates on forms properly. There is no internet access to access your files. All cell reception is blocked so you can’t access files on mobile devices either. The systems are slow to work with and half the time stop working with flash drives. I wasted over $13 to print files with issues which I was not being refunded for.
Was there this morning and there was only one person... I didn’t catch her name but she was extremely helpful and polite, even forgot I was in a rush. Fedex you should hire more people like that 12/12/19
Never again horrible lazy people that don’t care about customer service .. very unprofessional the store and customer service I suggest going to a good old fashion post office because if anything goes wrong with your package your screwed the black guy thinks he knows more but he don’t know nothing and the Asian lady don’t even ask her for nothing because you won’t get nothing from her she is clueless.. therefore fed x never again will I use it or Come to this location..
Came here as usual to ship a lightweight item, customer service told me he cannot accept it because is no filler paper. I informed him that I have been doing the same routine without filler paper for the past 6-7 times, when questioned upon why the change all of sudden, he repeatedly said he cannot accept it without filler paper. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, was told there is no supervisor on Sunday, and that I would have to come back Monday. Not only is this delaying business for me, but also it has cost me an additional trip to get this resolved. Awful experience.

I’ve been waiting for a tire for a week. It was supposed to be here on a Monday. The time got changed at 5 pm that night to tuesday. I called to have it held at the shipping depot, and it still goes out on a truck tuesday, and they tell me it won’t be back until 6 pm that night. I haven’t had my car for a week, took the day off Monday when it was supposed to be here, and it’s now Tuesday at 410 pm and I still won’t have it in time to have it put on my car by a shop until Wednesday. Last time I will ever use fedex.

I went to this Fedex store to ship a vacuum. Online quote is $46+, a girl in the store quoted as $49+, close but higher. I went to UPS store, which charged $64+. So I went back to the Fedex store, this time the gentleman who is assistant manager by his badge，told me the box was not good, he had to add a new box with charge. He took long time to calculate, told me that the ground shipping was $96, before he told me extra charge, I left. Same store, just about half hour, the price jumped more than double.Avoid the store.

Have shipped via this FedEx store a couple of times and so far no issues.
So I come in to make a large copy. The associate in training screws up my copy. The grumpy manager comes over and redoes the copy, charges me a second time and says “when you’re done I’ll take the charge off”. Had to stand in line to get the charge they screwed up, taken off the card. Get to the front of the line and she says, “are you shipping?” ...... what an experience.

Liar deceived clowns. my parcel officially traveled 8 days in the delivery truck. after 8 days they started to write in tracking that I was not at home. my cameras did not find any fedex truck this day. its already three times so they deliver packages for me. always lying always lying always laughing at people I love UPS I LOVE USPS. Fedex shouldnt be shipping parcels.
