Had such a good experience buying our engagement ring and wedding bands! Natallia was so knowledgeable and gave the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. I wish they sold more than jewellery because we would ship here for everything! She was super attentive and said hi to us right away. She showed us so many and after hearing my preferences pulled my engagement ring out of the display case. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one. We went to two other places later that day but honestly nothing was as nice and the customer service was like no other! We highly recommend this location!

Natallia is the BEST!!! This location is better than any other location I have been to. Natallia is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I have been to a bunch of jewelry stores from Hoboken-Edison-Woodbridge-East Brunswick and this is by far the best!!!They can custom make rings that you like.

I had a very bad experience at Zales store in East Brunswick Mall. I was about to buy a bridal set; the ring has a round centerpiece of diamond with a square halo of other small diamonds surrounding it and the band has only small diamonds that follows the shape of the ring. The description of the set was as the following; white gold 14KWG, 1.95 CTTW BRIRG. I decided to buy it and payed the announced full price as I liked the set very much however, the receipt came with a different description of the item mentioned above; it had a 1.00 CTTW instead of 1.95 CTTW. The surprising thing was that the team there were trying to convince me that it is just a mistake in the system and that’s why the receipt came with a different description. They stated that “ we are going to correct that in the system and we can send you the correct receipt later as this process will take about 24 hours”; They did not realize how big this problem is; let’s say I wanted to sell this item the next day!, how can I do it with a receipt differs completely from the item that I’m selling. I asked them to cancel the order and decided not to buy it. What annoyed me the most was their insistence about selling the set and not caring about the receipt issue. I was frustrated; I told them I’m calling the police if you are not going to cancel the order and give me my money back. so, they end up returning my money.I honestly felt that I should not trust them. They just wanted to sell that item no matter what the problem is. They don’t care about their customers and what might their customers face in the future because of that big mistake!. In short, I don’t recommend it at all.

Stay away if possible. They told us my engagement ring would be back by Christmas and now they claim it wont be. Nasty people on the phone. Ignored when we went in to the store. HORRIFIC place.

Terrible Customer service. I have a engagement ring from Zales and I do not live near a Zales. I was giving an associate an Item # to look up details if they knew a wedding band that would fit that ring before I drive 25-30 minutes for nothing! Very bad location, very rude, stay away if you wanted to be treated the way you should.

Avoid this particular location. Bad service in general. Very shady warranty /guarantee wording. Very different from my experience at other Zales locations.
