We were a little overwhelmed by all the options available. Julia quickly helped us understand our best choices. She was honest and gave us really good insight into what we needed. Quickly we tested the different beds. She guided us to the mid price range because that’s what was best for our situation. She arranged for next day delivery and delivery was flawless. Making a good choice was easy and I feel like I got a good deal since they will price match and discounts for the next 120 days. The product quality appeared high and the store experience was actually enjoyable. Highly recommend.

My sales rep was Julia. She was very knowledgeable about every mattress she had in the store. She was very patient and informative. It was great that it didn’t seem like she was just trying to make a sale. The computer system was down upon me be being ready to make a purchase ,but Julia reassured me that it will be back up shortly. Julia was right , it seemed like soon as i pulled out of parking lot she was calling me back to say , the system was back up! We got our new mattress in less than 24 hours! After waiting 5 months for our new bedroom set to be delivered we thought it would be weeks to get our mattress. We went in around noon on a Saturday and Julia helped us order our mattress, box spring, and mattress protector at a discount. Came in after work looking to get a new mattress. The store was clean and following COVID recommendations, and the salesperson Rich quickly got a sense of what I was looking for. He made the process fast and easy, and I am looking forward to delivery and removal of my old mattress in 3 days. Very comfortable mattress as well! Edited to add: delivery was right on time and very efficient, the delivery guys were polite and wore masks and booties, and set up the new mattress and removed the old one in approximately 10 minutes! The new mattress feels comfy and had no new mattress smell so I could make it up and start using it right away. Very pleased all around!

I was looking for an odd size memory foam mattress for my RV, short queen 60 x 75. Everywhere I looked was a dead end. Theyre very hard to find, and if you do very expensive. After passing by several mattress firms on the road, thinking to myself they probably never even heard of a short queen bed. I decided to look on their website just for the hell of it. Will NEVER buy another mattress from this company!! They offer mattresses with zero customer service. We needed it delivered by the 9th which they were able to do. However they wanted to deliver it between 9:15AM-11:15AM which didn’t work for us, the earliest we could do was 10am. Didn’t think that would be such a problem. I said any time after 10 would work and we need it by the end of the day. Only solution they offered was to cancel the order and they couldn’t change the address for us either. And they even said, lol, get this, “now I know you need it by the end of the day, but here’s what we can do, we can cancel it and hopefully you get it by the end of the week.” Blatant disregard for customer needs. Not like they care, they know people aren’t going to return with their return policy that involves a 10-20% restocking fee and a $100 pick up charge but they insisted “we don’t want you to keep anything you don’t want” .....lol right. So at 9:15 our mattress was delivered to my 8 month pregnant self and we were stuck waiting with it outside by our cars in 30 degree weather until I was able to get inside at 10. Never. Ever. Again.

I purchased a snow cooling mattress protector they shipped it to my home it’s is not that old it’s falling apart when I called with a warranty claim I sent it in they said the tag said bed gear it’s not what they sold me now they won’t replace it so buyer beware also it was a man that sold it wrote on the receipt a woman’s name as the sales person they have shady practices

Bought a memory foam type mattress here, we were told if we werent happy we could exchange it but to at least sleep on it for 30 days. We were not happy with it so we went back picked out another mattress they picked up the old one an delivered the new one the next morning. Very happy an satisfied with the customer service here. No pressure sales and easy no hassle exchange. We highly recommend Mattress Firm!

The manager/salesman who we had the pleasure of dealing with was Hany. He was a reasonable and patient salesman, willing to work with us every step of the way. We picked out the mattress we wanted, he gave us a reasonable deal, the mattress came on time, and we personally enjoy it to this day (its been 4 months since our purchase). Id say the prices here are not the cheapest, but live up to the quality of the mattress. Our overall deal was reasonably fair, the selection was good and service was exceptional.

Worst bed ever.Sleep is hard to get in this bed, used for a whole year ... I wake up every day with so much body pains. Even considered seeing a doctor because of how frequently this happened . Took me going on vacation for a week and sleeping in another bed to realize it’s my bed giving me pains. Not happy with this ...
