Generally a good place to run in and pick up a few things including all seasonal items and decorations to furniture and household items. Mike who seems to always be doing everything at the store is always very courteous, professional, and willing to stop what hes doing to assist us or answer any questions.

Extra large bath towels for a gift. And Christmas countdown goodies. I love Big Lots.

I enjoy going to Big Lots of the atmosphere is always casual and they usually have something that catches my attention!

Its in okay place to shop. The good part of it you can get in and out quick.

I shop at this big lots location regularly and I have had no inconveniences. The staff has always been polite and helpful! The prices are inexpensive, you can find a variety of useful goods.

Nothing like it anywhere. 3 purchases and you get a coupon for $5 off of $15 or $15 off of $75. Cant beat it. Great Friends and family weekends as well where you get 20% off of your entire order. A fine Big Lots to be one of the best stores to shop in they sell a lot of quality merchandise cheap prices stores are always clean and well. I know anyone looking for Christmas half the store is Christmas this year

It had been a long while since I last went in and all I can say is, wow, it looks 100% better. Theyve rearranged and cleaned the store. Cleaner view of site down the aisles. Easier to shop. Good job to the staff.

Im going to say that I was quite surprised by the selection of furniture at Big Lots! Would be 5 stars but they didnt have the recliner I wanted in stock and was going to take a while to get it so I ended up picking one up elsewhere. But none the less there is a great selection there you should really check it out

Theyve recently remodeled and updated a bunch of their products. It looks amazing in there, you have a ton of choices, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I love shopping here and am pleased with how it looks after the remodel!

Store was dirty. Garbage on shelves and in bins mixed with merchandise and they are expensive. Cant pay those prices if they cant keep a clean store.

Not much inventory except for furniture . This store does not have the variety of items like last year.

The stores coolers have mold and just nasty melted ice cream spoiled milk just sitting there dhec needs to be called and there bathrooms are even worse never going back and will spread the word of the nasty stuff going on at this store

Oh my goodness . I havent been to Big lots in years . And I probably wont go back . They are very expensive. Higher that other stores. Big lots used to be a discount store but not anymore !!!!

Did some shopping for decorations, bought a beautiful casmere Winter Bright tree. Lots of things priced above my range. Had great deals on gift items though.

I have noticed that the same products are 5% higher then at Marshalls and Marshalls usually has the upgraded product...especially in toys...ie. Say An Elsa (or the like) doll is $20.99 here, at Marshalls its $19.99 (and theyre will be some additional smaller accessory included as well)

They pretty much have everything.... except the crowds. I love it here!

I want to thank Karen the furniture manager for Big Lots in Easley, SC. She helped me so much and I appreciate everything she did after an experience with the Anderson store. Going to love my furniture!!!

The manager at this Big Lots is an tops. I had a problem and went to her for assistance. She was one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. She was very patience and kind in solving my problem. I would recommend this Big Lots to any and all. I did not get her name , but I will be back to this store and will learn who she is.

When I signed up for Big Lots card, they told me on the 3rd purchase I would get money off the 3rd purchase. When I used it the 3rd time, the girl told me you must use it 3 days in a row in the same week to get a coupon on your email. Which is it?

I like this store.Nicely organized.Like other Big Lots stores sometimes you find what you are looking for and sometimes you dont.

This store is clean and organized but the best part about the store is the wonderful selection of home decor and bedding. The best selection you can find in Easley and at great prices.

Dont buy furniture from big lots,Dont buy from Easley location. The furniture is stuff Ashley has discontinued and has had problems with.Check their web site and you will see all the complaints on different living room sets. We have been through 2 different sofas sets.Paid extra for a better set and it didnt even make it 2 weeks.the area manager ignored our phone calls.He didnt call us back until we had obtained a lawyer.Dont put yourself through the trouble of unloading and loading your own furniture cause they dont deliver and they dont pick up.We had to fight for what was ours,we didnt back down until they gave us a complete refund.They dont care how long you call or deal with the insurance company.Once you buy it,You will call and leave messages and never hear from them. Dont expect them to keep their word,They draw you in and make it sound real good but its nothing but a sales tactic.They will block you from speaking to the man over the furniture,If you do get to talk to him his first excuse will be I have been out of town.We tried leaving messages and talking to the store manager and it got us no where,We was ignored and lied to.They block your every call and stand behind his lying.1st month wd tried to talk to this man he was on vacation every time we called,This went on for a month. They dont stand behind a word they tell you in the store.Noone should have to go through the stress and burden of trying to get something rightfully yours .

Usually great customer service, but recently stuff has been getting stocked in the wrong place and a lady manager who I believe is new will argue you into the ground saying sometimes things get stocked with other things but isnt part of the sale . So much for the whole customer is always right thing. Oh and she is very very rude and argumentative.

Beginning to see the same old, same old here. Not the revolving door of peculiar groceries it used to have. I still shop here every now and then. Just lacking a little on variety. Staff is always really nice and it is clean and organized for the most part.
