Vitality was great. She noticed a chip that I hadn’t and said she would put a work order in for me. She also offered to seal a marble top that came with a new vanity I just received. This is my second purchase with East Coast Granite and have had a great experience with them both times.

Our counter top experience couldn’t have been easier and executed so smoothly. Our Sales woman/designer Susan was a 10! She took the nervousness out of choosing the right right color and backsplash and boy was her design eye on point! The template team was fast and efficient and the install crew made the job seem easy! Thanks for great service and a great product!

We recently completed the replacement of our kitchen island counter top with a marble counter top from East Coast Granite and we could not be happier, It is just beautiful. I am so happy that we went with this company, went to Lowes, was going to buy there, we picked out what we wanted, they were to call within a week to set time up, after 2 weeks of waiting my husband and I decided to seek another source, so glad we went with East Coast Granite & Tile they were so helpful, we picked out what we wanted, within a week they had it installed, it was A+ from start to finish, I highly recommend this company, our new countertop is so beautiful👍🏻

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Installation was over three weeks later than quoted. We were constantly given the run around. We could not get anyone on the phone for extended periods of time after they took our deposit. When we did get someone on the phone, they would promise that someone would “look into it and call us back today,” which wouldn’t happen.Do. Not. Use. This. Company.
