I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from Matress firm. Frank the salesman was great. I received my bed in just 2 days. There was an issue with one of the wires on the base and another one had to be delivered to me. But it was quickly brought out. The delivery guys both times were very polite and promptly on time. The sales person was great to work with. This is actually the third time I have done business with them. The product selection is quite good. The only issue is the availability of their product. I understand this is not their problem as they have no control over the manufacturer but it is a problem for me. I would have given 5 stars if not for this.

Went in looking for a comfortable yet reasonable mattress, talked to Joe and let me tell you he knows his mattresses and pillows I tried many of the beds and he explained each one very detailed and we finally figured out what bed and pillow was right just for me and my sleeping habits. I was so relieved he didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive bed but he actually listened to me and went down each bed to see which one I was most comfortable in as well as tried out each pillow to see what I liked and felt like would help with my neck. We bought my grandma a mattress and box spring. When we bought it she started getting bits and itchy. We took her to the doctor. We couldnt figure it out. It turned out to be bed bugs. They werent found in any other place in the home. Its horrible to think bed bugs are on brand new mattress.

I had a really great experience at this store. Buying a new mattress isn’t an easy decision for me. I always want to try every one in the store, and then pick the one I like — or none at all — without having a salesperson standing over me trying to sell me on one or another model. At the same time, I want to have somebody knowledgeable nearby if I have questions or want some help deciding. That’s exactly what I got here. A great selection of mattresses, with a real specialist (Chelsea) who was helpful and available, without the high-pressure pitch. We just bought a new house, and I came in to buy one or two mattresses. I ended up buying four — outfitting the whole house in one trip — because Chelsea made me feel comfortable and didn’t try to oversell me. And on top of that, I got a great deal. I highly recommend this store!

Wesley Harrison is a great salesperson! Very kind and will work with you any way that he can!I posted this while I was in the store. What a mess it was after I left!! And now I can get no help. We received our mattress and frame a few days after the purchase. The guys who brought it said we had the wrong one. They said they had never put together a movable frame, but this wouldn’t work. A supervisor with the delivery company can’t with our mattresses and frame the next day. He set everything up, but the order didn’t have one of the brackets that fits at the end to hold the mattresses in. He installed the one and said we should go to the store and pick one up. We went the next day. Were told that a temporary manager was there and couldn’t help us and that it would be better to return the following week. Meanwhile, our headboard was delivered 3 weeks later (it was on back order). We proceeded to go into the store again. We gave our names and phone number to a female who told us that she would have the manager call us. Guess what? Never received a call. Still only have the one bracket on there.We made it right. Thank you

We visited Mattress Firm in Easley SC in early May 2020 (post COCID-19) and found their staff to be friendly, accommodating (to our 4 young children), knowledgeable, and over all very good to work with. The store is new and very clean. As a COVID precaution the staff wore masks. Pillow protectors were also provided for visitors along with hand sanitizer. There was no pressure to purchase anything we didnt want, although we did purchase a mattress of our choosing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would recommend this store to anyone.

I was having severe back problems and decided to upgrade my mattress. I went to the mattress firm in Easley and explained the situation and they were extremely helpful. John was very helpful. He showed me the different options for the types of firmness and let me lay on each for an extended period of time to help me determine which type is best for me. I bought a soft mattress and took it home and it didnt quite help my back. The best part of buying from mattress firm is their extremely generous 120 day comfort guarantee. I was able to sleep on it for a couple of months and then come back and exchange it for another one because my back still was hurting. I exchanged it and they sold me an adjustable base. Both were extremely helpful in helping with my back pain. I would highly recommend mattress firm for any mattress purchase.

This wasnt the first time we have purchased a bed from this Mattress Firm, so we went back this time to replace our own mattress (the first was for our guest room).
