Well we bought a couch and a loveseat from them I have called 3 times to let them know that the compartment on our loveseat the springs has came out the frist phone call was I get someone to call you well no phone call the 2nd phone call I talk to a lady well she said I’ll call you back well no phone call well the 3rd time I talk to someone and they we are so busy I’ll get someone out there well no one has came out. I paid cash for it. I can understand they busy but it been about 3 weeks no response.

Good furniture store. The only reason it gets 4 stars is due to the salesman. Not very helpful and didnt seem too thrilled about my questions. But the manager and the ladies where very nice and helpful. I was the only 1 in the store.

This is absolutely my favorite store the managers there are so incredibly nice theyre just ate too much candy now I have a toothache sweet..My store here in Newberry didnt have what I was looking for but Pacha didnt stop calling around until she located a store in Easley that had it..So, off I go to that Farmers and the people there are just as nice and polite and treated me with respect...I just love them..I love Farmers Furniture, and I will always go there and, I would recommend them to anybody any day..

We’ve had accounts with farmers furniture for just about 8 years now, and we relocated recently. I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience with a Farmers EVER. They started making our agreement before we had even decided on anything, and wanted us to sign and get out of there. We were told delivery would be Wednesday, so I called to verify that everything was set up ( they had told me they didn’t know what all was coming on this truck). The lady I spoke to was super rude when she told me “ Your delivery is scheduled for Saturday. “ I told her we were told that it would be Wednesday and she said “ well they have you set for Saturday but you’re one of the first ones so they’ll call when they’re on the way.” She said they usually finished loading the truck around 9:30-10 depending on the furniture, and they’d be on the way shortly after.Today comes around, and I call. Apparently we WERE set up for Wednesday but someone moved us. We weren’t one of the first ones either. It’s almost 1pm and I’m still waiting and they said it would be around 3. The lady on the phone was apologetic( I think it was Ann? ) and said she would refund the delivery charge. ( which I think is fair considering everything)I normally wouldn’t care, but my husband works overnight, so I’ve been waiting to go to the store and get things done because I’ve been waiting on this delivery. It’s been a huge inconvenience for me.Will edit on condition of furniture when it actually gets here.

I don’t recommend Farmers!!My parents recently purchased a couch, love seat, and recliner set.The love seat was broken right after we set it up. It took forever for Farmers to get back in touch with my parents. They finally had it replaced... But the recliner also makes a horrible popping noise when you lay it down and it has recently started not wanting to go down when you push the button. We have to help it go down all the time. My mom contacted them and they said they would get back to her soon... it’s been about a week and we still haven’t received a call back.We are not satisfied at all!

We went to this store to get livingroom furniture. We were not greeted even though we were the only customers in the store (mid morning on a Saturday). When I asked for assistance the young man acted like it was an inconvience to help us. As soon as he answered my question (without somuch as a smile or hello) he just turned and walked away. Still no other customers in the store. I had to approach him again to ask about the color choices for the sofa we were looking at. He seemed annoyed and just pointed toward another set at the front of the store that was the color we were looking for. And then he turned and walked away again. We decided we would do business elsewhere. I will never set foot in that store again!

Came here because my parents are repeat customers. I was offered 25% off and told them I would be back. I came today and ready to pay cash, told 25% no longer offered and there has been a “mark up” on the set. If I wanted the discount I would have to wait until Black Friday....who loses a sale over 25% Event that’s only a month away? I called another local store who can order the set for 500 less and all items included. I have used this store in the past and should have went there to begin with.

Today i went into the store to purchase a living room and end tables that i decided to buy. I went in no greeting there were 2 people at the back counter sitting there and a couple of salesmen on the floor. A couple walked in before me understandable that they would be helped first. So i walked back to the living room set that i wanted. Waited then 2 other couples that walked in behind me were looking at appliances and i look straight at the salesman, thinking he was coming towards me. He said nothing went to the people that came in behind me and asked them had they been helped and proceeded to assist them. Well it was obvious i was the only black person in the store maybe i didnt look like i had money or something. never judge a book by its cover. I took me and my 3000.00 back out the store. Because i can find any store to take my money. So i want be back. Ever then i called in the store got some lady who could of cared less about my complaint.

This is the second time we have visited this establishment. Rude service. They don’t bother to greet or help. When my husband went to the counter he was finally met with a “can we help you, sir?” When he said he needed to pay the bill, they said “oh, you should have told us.” Really? So when he was browsing (to potentially buy MORE furniture), he wasn’t worth your time? And now he “should” do this or that? No, they need to hire new staff and take some courses on customer service. I would rather drive to Anderson just to pay the bill.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to Farmers, but it won’t be my last. Being a single father of my 5 beautiful children and in an extremely tight budget means I’ve got to stretch one penny to its breaking point. I walked into Farmers and looked around without being approached by a Sales Person. It wasn’t until I needed information about something that I was approached. The Sales Person was very knowledgeable about the stock and answered all of my questions. The buying process was very fluid and I walked away from there feeling good that I made the right decision shopping there.The delivery could’ve gone a little better, but I understand things happen sometimes. Nothing was damaged and I’ll be an exclusive Farmers Furniture customer from here on out.

Came in today looking for furniture. Although we didnt find anything today, the gentleman helping us today was amazing!! Its such a breath of fresh air to see such awesome customer service and someone whos not just there to push sales on you...... Someone who can be personable with you is so much better than a pushy salesman ❤ Thank you Mr Ashley, we will be back for sure!!!

Just left Farmers furniture, it was 5:05PM didn’t realize they closed at 5PM on Saturdays. As soon as we walked in a man from the back yells “I’m not staying here all night, I though you locked the door?” (He yells that to the other employee)! How rude! I own a business in Easley as well not too far from Farmers! Very disappointed! We literally turned around and walked out! Not sure who he was but he doesn’t need to be there with that attitude! A sale he lost! Do not recommend going to this furniture place!

This place is a joke. Got my furniture and it was ripped called them out to fix it and the guy didnt have the right equipment to do it. Had to make another appointment for them to come back. Then the middle piece of my recliners broke called them they come out and he says oh I thought I was here to sew the couch again and guess again no equipment to fix it. Then the recliner piece breaks call them they come out and again wrong parts!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!

I bought a $2,000 leather couch and chair that began fading very soon after I got it (after very little wear and tear.) I told the manager about the poor quality, which he said would check into and try to make right. He thent never responded and ignored my attempts to follow up with him. I been given the run around for a year. I will never buy another couch from Farmers.

Out of every review I write this one is definitely my favorite! Farmers home furniture is a great place with great people. I have a big shout to Mr. Derick Monteith who was our sales consultant for the 3 days we went in the store. He is a very patient man who was probably secretly cursing us out in his head because we changed our minds about furniture so much lol but at the end of the day we definitely got what we wanted and he worked really good and hard with the numbers to make sure we got the best price for what we were looking for. I am sitting on my comfy sofa now thanking you mr. monteith! Also there was another guy in the store who interacted with someone elses kids like Ive never seen before. Usually people yell at kids are ask parents to control their kids or get agitated when kids are misbehaving but that man took it in another direction and worked with the kids. I think he bribed them with pretzels or something which is very admirable compared to how Ive seen some kids dealt with. He also seemed to have a very great sense of humor sorry I couldnt get his name. That made my visit awesome as well. Keep doing what you do!
