I’ve used this postal annex for about the last 2 1/2 years. The service with the previous owner, Mark, was always so great, so I was a bit skeptical when I learned there were new owners. Well, now I cannot say enough about the amazing service I recently received from Paula! I needed to get a package out but I was having a major issue with my home printer, so I decided to call over there to see if they could help me. Not only did Paula come to my rescue, but she came to my rescue twice on the same day! I was so very impressed, not to mention extremely grateful! Thank you again, Paula! I am happy to be a loyal customer!

There are new owners now and though the service was fine, the friendliness is gone. I used to walk in greeted with a smile and hello. Today I went in and the lady stood behind the counter saying nothing. Again service was fine but I do miss the friendliness that once was. This is the second time I’ve been in the first time with the new ownership I went in to drop off a package to be picked up by UPS. The girl never looked up just said set it there and pointed when I told her what I needed. Unless I need to drop off a package I won’t go back.

We dropped in here about 3 years ago to send out a letter. We received the best customer service ever. We decided a couple years ago to get a box also. We moved across town and we like Mark and his crew so much that we still use our box. Mark is so helpful and knowledgeable. He provides old fashioned very personal customer service. Thank you Mark

Recently went here to avoid the long lines at the post office at Christmastime. Saved me an hours time. Mark had additional help to make my visit painless and quick. Also rents PO boxes

I work from home so this has become my secondary office for mailing, shipping, postage, copies... You name it. Mark does everything I would just do in-house if I worked at the corporate home office. And, despite what the previous review says - Mark is always courteous and customer centric.

Faxing can be slow but they are friendly and helpful

Mark takes care of people with a good home town demeanor that makes you appreciate there are still small businesses that feel like small town!
