Mr.Joe who helped me with my service. Very kind, professional and patient man. Never once showed his frustration with me when I didn’t understand.The service “manager” rude, unprofessional and honestly not for the customer at all.He said to me rudely “I can put all your parts back if you want.” Cut me off, judged my car by saying “oh I can get the car fax.” Didn’t take the time to listen to my very big concern. Especially for my safety due to my door. (Which is the point of the recall)There were 2 recalls for the latches. In 2016 & 2020So it has a history of not being secure. I was willing to pay for what was needed. Due to the fact I felt how I was treated. I decided to leave because I felt like they weren’t trying to understand my frustration. I am a female and going to places like this can be intimating and I definitely felt it that day. Of course I would be concern for my vehicle. I decided to just call the service place in San Antonio and take it there. If you want to know what they fixed and said please feel free to email me.Never once was the “manager” like “okay, let’s take another look at your car. Or let’s leave it one more day to see what else we can do.” Even though it took way over a week to schedule an appointment. Due to the fact I called back multiple times. Then another week to even have my car seen. I think Mr.Joe is more certified in my opinion to be a manager. Due to the fact that he did make me feel comfortable and listened to. For him I give him 5 stars. (Man with Glasses)

Friendly people, fair prices. Went to a few dealerships in San Antonio and couldnt find what I wanted. Found my car 2 hours away in Eagle Pass and was obviously satisfied enough with the whole experience to buy it on the spot. Even with some miscommunication over the phone, both sides handled it professionally and settled on a win-win deal. The ONLY reason I wouldnt go back is the distance.

But hope I dont have to take my vehicle back again for any mid to major repairs only because of the wait time and lack of communication between employees. My 2010 vehicle had a recall back in 2013 that I was never informed about and now the reason for the recall happened to my vehicle and they are not willing to fix it. They said that it is owner negligence when I was never informed. If you read what the recall says, it is exactly what happened and they are trying to say that it is normal wear and tear. My vehicle only has 80k miles and their excuse is bull.

Took the company vehicle in for repair. I was contacted within a few hours with a quote. Called back with the approval. Service manager was busy on the phone so I left the message with the switchboard operator. I didnt hear back from them. This was over a week ago. I went in this past Monday, 7/12. The parts were not on order and the guy there knee nothing about it. He said he would order the parts and check with the shop on when they could get the work done. He would call me with an update. All week, and no update on that vehicle.

I was told too many times my vehicle would be ready. Different days different times, had to leave town early, dont like driving at night. Even though I told them when I had to go, waited to the very last day and still telling me it would be ready. That day they closed shop never got a call, I was late to my meeting because I had to leave the next day. That night a manager from the dealership had to get my car out.

Made an appointment just for an oil change and they couldn’t even get to my truck until an hour later and spent forever doing the oil change. Will not be returning. Don’t have an appointment schedule if you can’t follow it. I’ve been waiting two hours for my appointment and still waiting for my truck to come back. Not only that, but watched the kid back my truck up into a Jeep. Extremely disappointed.

I live in Nashville, TN and searched nationally for a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma. Ancira at Eagle Pass had a 2018 Tacoma very reasonably priced. I spoke with Victor and other members of the team over a weekend to obtain some information on the vehicle. I eventually was connected with Bobby Carrillo and the and management facilitated the sale. Highlighting the process was a very accurate description of the vehicle - site unseen, very organized and prompt responses as well as knowledge of an out of state transaction. Exceeding my expectations even further, Ancira connected me with Earl Pape to discuss the logistics of delivering the vehicle from Eagle Pass, TX to Nashville, TN. After researching some of the bigger shipping companies, Earl and I agreed on arrangement for him to deliver. Earl personally drove the vehicle! Keeping it in his garage and washing it along the 1000 mile journey before delivering it to my house. Fantastic service from the entire team at Eagle Pass and would definitely reach out to them again for another vehicle. The Ancira team stepped up with great customer service!

I have a bad experience i buy a 2020 1500 ram and everything was good a new truck but the truck came defective with a bad fuel pump the second day i use the truck for work and i ask if they can change the truck for another one because I dont have time to get the vehicle to the dealer, and they doesn’t want to change the vehicle and i was thinking okay not problem i just want my truck fixed, and after get the truck with a new fuel pump the motor sounds knocking and they say are normally why doesn’t sounds like that the first day? I just received the truck fixed like 2 days ago and im very frustrated because I think its defective from another part and i will need to get to the dealer for “warranty “ and loose more money for loose time get the truck to the dealership.

Service desk was very helpful, however my truck had the engine light come back on after the repairs within 2 days. Questionable work by techs.UPDATED!DO NOT take your vehicle for service here, EVER! The technicians have no idea what they are doing. I asked about a noise in my brake, even told then it sounded like it was in the drivers front... they told me the brakes were in good condition and no problems found... 2000 miles later, I had metal to metal pad ruining my rotors and making it nearly impossible to stop in the rain.They cross-threaded my valve-stem which subsequently broke when the cap had to be forcibly removed, never replaced it despite being the reason it broke. Said they couldnt get the part (2 weeks) and ended up putting a rubber valve stem in instead... the sensor wont work now and the tire light runs continuously. Said they would replace it, never did.Took my truck in 2 different times for the same problem - all my O2 sensors burnt out all at once. First time, they fixed it under my warranty, this time, they claimed it was the catalytic converter and therefore wasnt covered under the warranty. They then stated that there was only 1 converter in the entire country and they couldnt get one for approximately a month, but no guarantee. I had to personally buy one from a local part store who shipped it to me in 2 days. After all this, they overcharged me for the services as I was quoted and approved $200 in labor, but charged me nearly $500. They did replace the fried O2 sensor under their warranty however.Finally, this joke of a repair shop screwed the repairs up again for a second time as the engine light keeps coming up saying the O2 sensors are once again bad... A simple youtube or google search clearly states that the problem is most likely the computer (ECM) as I told them the second time. This part and labor would be covered under the warranty, however, they insisted on it being the converter... so they could get money out of me when it should have been covered.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! You will be cheated and they will damage your vehicle in the process!!! Proof is in the Photos!

Roberto Bobby Carrillo always does a great job informing you about your options and try to help you to the most of his abilities. Me and my family have already taken 2 cars out with Bobbys help. I dont want to give Bobby all the credit though, his manager also made me feel very welcomed and also agreed to help me out with my selection. The guy who helped me sign the contract was very clear and to the point with the contract, he made it fast and efficient to finish signing all those paperwork. My first time ever visiting Eagle Pass ford ancira. Worst service ever not trust worthy of taking my car ever for service. Took car for an oil change and tire rotation. Found out my tires were not rotated and was noted on paper as completed and rotated. Took it upon service manager and He took care of it and a simple sorry is not going to fix the broken trust on my end. God knows if they even changed the oil on my car. Poor service and i dont plan going back to Eagle Pass Ford ancira for service, never again. Trust has been broken on our first impression and impossible to regain.Good luck everyone and watch out for them service guys. U could be paying for service that was never done to your car.

Not so great. Had damages/scratches done to the hood of my vehicle. Spoke to a Jorge Caballero. Said he or his team were not responsible because he couldnt find any logical reason as to why or how the damages were made. I know for a fact I did not have ANY damages on the hood of my vehicle prior to service being made on vehicle. I will be speaking to a higher authority. I felt that there was no effort made on their part to fix their mistake. Other than an offer for a discount to buff out the scratches. Only reason I go to service Dept. was simply because I was assured Id be taken care of. I have photos of the damage. I would give 0 stars if possible

Until today, it’s always been great service. I took my truck in and they told me all was under warranty with a charge of around $100 and change. Next thing I know, I have to have parts ordered and bring it in when parts arrived. No worries about price discrepancies. I left with a long wait and a $950 bill. Talk about feeling screwed! Work was done with no warning of additional charges. I couldn’t leave without paying the unexpected bill...don’t lie to make a profit. Customer Service will bring vehicle sales....bad, bad, bad!
