I need to use your handicap cart and ask your cart personnel a question and he literally looked me up and down like I didn’t need it and ask me why I needed it! That was one of the most embarrassing and worst experiences I’ve ever had! So I just left. I will not shop at this location ever again

Dont get a pickup or delivery from here. They use it as an excuse to unload their rotten food. Everytime Ive ordered there has been at least 3 rotten things in my order. Anything from spoiled chicken to yellow cabbage and soupy soggy salads. Theyre purposely taking advantage of their customers because of covid and its absolutely disgusting.

Nicely managed chain grocery store. Well stocked produce, but simple selection. Wouldnt expect anything exotic.

Ive been shopping at this Cub for over five years and have always had a good experience. This location may not have the widest variety compared to Hy-vee or other locations, but I can still find 90% of the stuff I need on my list and get out within a reasonable amount of time.

I wish there was a way to review specifically the bakery. I am so pleased with the cake I ordered for my sons third birthday! Barbara decorates the cakes here and she does a fantastic job. I recommend getting the whipped icing. Not only was the cake decorated perfectly but more than one guest said it was the best frosting they have ever had.

Nancy is a wonderful associate at this store and is a big reason I shop there every week. She is always pleasant and smiling. in addition she is very attentive to her customers requests. She has taken two of my requests and had them fulfilled. After they had arrived, she let me know. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people like Nancy.

As I was leaving checking my receipt to see if I was charged correctly. I noticed an item I purchased did not. So I went to the customer service. Cashier Elaine went to the isle to check to see if I was telling her the truth. She came back and said it was full price for that flavor. I said, it said it was this price in front of the item and on sale. She told me no and acted as if she would not give me the price. I said I would take a refund if i wasnt going to get the price it said. So she said Ill do it for you this time. Like it was my fault the price tag was there incorrectly! I am a customer and deserve good customer service. Ive been coming there for over 3 years and she has been there the whole time she never says hello or hows your day going and never tells me to have a good day or thank you! Mind you she does to the customer before me and after! Ive literally had one or two cashiers thank me and tell me to have a good day at this store! Im am tired of being mistreated at this store when I come a couple times a week and spend $400+ a month here definitely going to go to a different store!

The deli people here literally look at you and continue doing what they’re doing, they don’t prioritize customers at all! That is not customer service like!

I don’t come here that often. But it’s kinda embarrassing to see my former classmates/teachers from EHS while grocery shopping. It’s a nice Cub, but it’s small.

My go to grocery store when in Eagan. Clean stores, friendly helpful employees, reasonable prices, and very convenient for me.

Great food, great prices and all good. Compared to some unnamed competition really making a growth push in the twin cities, Cub has customer service & order to their stores, easy to find items. Aldi on the other hand has no customer service and trying to find items in that Cluster F___ is a huge waste of time.

They were bought out so that SuperValu is no longer owning cub foods. Seems well run and a good location and probably profitable but the lack of investment in cub foods stores and buying spree of Albertson has doomed a Minnesota company in the end. Let’s hope that the next owner keeps a good thing going.

This store is great! Close to home, small, clean. Perfect to pick a few things up. But, I do avoid the place from about 4:30-6:30 after work people stopping to grab groceries makes it CRAZY! But, what places dont have this problem? But I love this store!

Cub always has good food and friendly people.

Basically has everything you need. However I wish they had a few people to help out with bagging groceries. I am disabled and when busy people dont care when it takes you little longer and just get impatient. Including the checkout guy who moved my food down the line to the packing area a broke all the eggs. Then he ask if I wanted them replaced. Maybe first day or needs a little more training but overall it is fine.

They have everything you need and more. Always great produce.

Had terrible experience at service desk today. We forgot our receipt and had to exchange two products. We werent asking for money back but the girl was extraordinarily rude to us. I will not go into specifics but when a kid in her 20s cannot be courteous to customers, its time to reconsider where I will shop!

Like many large grocery stores, fills my food needs nicely. Located to several other handy businesses. Also, kids are entitled to one small piece of fruit free (read the sign).

Customer service is good. Store is well organized and stocked. Produce is fine. Standard variety of gluten free dairy free options.

Store was remodeled several months ago remodeling really cleaned up the store and it feels nicer

I love Cub so much. It never fails to put a smile on my face. Whenever Im there I just feel happy. Ive decided I would like to live there. Now I dont have to pay rent ;)

The store was very organized, pleasing and very clean. We were served in the best manner ever.

Cashier, a young man, was wonderfully friendly. Some nice bantering with him and when my visa was refused for some odd reason, he tried to downplay the rejection to make me feel better (the card was accepted the second time so something was off). Everything in Stock and well displayed.

I have no idea why this Cub is the highest rated in Eagan. Must be the neighborhood rating it highly. It is the smallest Cub by far. It is not the only newly remodeled Cub in Eagan, and it has the least amount of variety. I have been to many Cub Foods in MN, this is the worst one every time. Small isles, not restocked often, rude deli team, horrible fruit, and more. The best part is their dairy/frozen section and the checkout sections, the cashiers are very kind. I have had mold on my fruit more than one time. Expiredproducts. The other Cub Foods in Eagan have much more products and variety as well because of the bigger size, therefore less congestion as well. I like most of the employees but not so much the store.

Their parking lot is like a maze trying to get out. The store is always clean, and I am there a few times a month. For some reason, they are always out of 1% Organic Valley milk; I mean 95% of the time, and Ive been going there for four years. Google has their hours wrong and claim they are closed today (Sunday). Their website says they are open 6 a.m. to midnight every day - including Sunday. While this is a smaller format Cub store, they seem to have everything I want - except for 1% Organic Valley milk.

Not especially fond on this location. Long lines most of the time, purchased apples here on a few occasions and they were not edible, dont understand why Cub insists on selling bad fruit. There are far better options.

I used self checkout due to only one regular lane being open and the customer service lady (Elaine) said i didnt ring up my water while i was paying. I specifically remembered putting my water up and scanning it so I told her I did. I was waiting for my receipt to print so I could show her-it never printed. She had left no one was around to help me get my receipt so i started to head for the door because i was already late. Then she comes up to the door says only one rang up when i had 3 i told her my receipt wouldnt print she walked away ignoring me wouldnt let me see her copy wouldnt help me get my own copy. I went ahead and put the 2 out of my cart because I didnt want them to say i stole them and i no longer had time to try to get a copy of my receipt. When i got home i called and Elaine tried to pretend it was someone else who had done that I said I know it was you then she changed her story and said oh i misunderstood you, then said I didnt hear you. Thats lousy customer service to accuse someone of stealing WATER and i didnt even get my receipt. If you have time to accuse your customers, you have time to help them. Ive never been treated like this at any other store. And if all three waters did get rung up then I just got over charged. Definitely wont be back.
