I love the service and the products, Ive never been disappointed. The Target on Robert Street is always so clean and well stocked, and I never feel like it is busy. An easy place to relax and shop.

I was happy to see an actual maternity clothes section. It wasnt large by any means but it was nice to see items in person instead of just online. Not a large Target but fun to browse. Ive never seen a Target with three security guards at the front of the store before, which was different. Cashier was friendly and sweet to my toddler son.

Driver for mixing center here. I dropped a pallets full of boxes in my trailer, Trier if I spelled it right from receiving came and help me put everything back and even helped me load the truck. Ppl like him r kinda hard to find. I left a review cuz he really didn’t have to help. But he did anyways.

I love these people! The drive up is my favorite. They’re so organized, quick and ALWAYS friendly! I really appreciate all the hard work they’ve done in the past year to make this so effortless for the customer.

My very sweet friend and her young children stopped by this Target to do some gift shopping. They left feeling discriminated against by the individual who works as loss prevention. It was NOT because of their behavior but by their skin color that they were targeted and followed around the store. If you’ve ever been in this situation, you’d know the feeling. She respectfully made her thoughts known to the LP when they left the store but was only offered a pathetic apology, after the fact. This friend is as sweet and genuine as they come and would never do anything that would require such a response from Target’s LP officer. Target, do better.

One of the managers told me I couldnt sit at the Starbucks tables and said you cant sit there when were open and definetely cant sit there when were closed. Very confused about this

I came in this morning and Katie and Siona just seemed very tired, very low energy, it seemed as if they did not want to be there. Honestly their customer service sucked. They didn’t greet anybody in the line, there were no smiles, and just no positive energy. I felt more like I was at McDonald’s then a Starbucks lol.

Friendly staff. Curbside pickup is a breeze. Love that you can order items for pickup the same day.

The bald guy that works at the guest customer service center needs to learn proper etiquette when it comes to the customers I would not be giving a bad review if he was just having a bad day we all are human and thats understandable but the fact that Ive had 3 encounters with him and he was rude everytime terrible I asked him for my baby registry gift basket and he practically threw it at me like why is he even working in customer service with that bad attitude

Go-to store in Eagan. I can find almost everything that is in Walmart. This would have been a super target but the city wanted to save the dollar tree and the small shops around it which is ok. Despite the smaller size it does get remodeled often like recently adding another Starbucks but I still miss the old food court and the booths. Can you bring back the Booth seating ? Looks like a trader joe or Whole Foods is opening at the Eagan cinema next to target so now even more choices for food in Eagan

I was struggling to find an item I was looking for, and a worker named, Jessie saw this and came over to help me. I needed it for a recipie I was following and she knew exactly what I needed and where it was. My entire experience here was amazing! Thank you!

Ordered online . There was 1 in siock at the store . I Did not hear back so stopped at Eagan location where I was to pick up my order. They had the order but wasnt ready yet. I was told it would be about an hour and i would get an email when ready. 6 hours later no email so I called to check. At first they couldnt find my order and after 5 or 10 minutes I was told it was cancelled because no longer in stock. No one notified me and for them it was oh well. 2nd bad experience with this store. I will not go back

Smaller store but remodeled and good selection

My father and I were at this Target, we obviously shopped more than we went in for, but the reason for this review is not that Target did a Target on us, but our check-out employee Sandy. She was sweet as can be, incredibly nice and even sang Happy Birthday to my Dad. This was not in a sarcastic way but in a thoughtful way, which meant a lot.Even with a brief interaction at the end of our Target adventure, Sandy made a great impact. Ill be back to that Target to get more than I need and will make sure to say hi to Sandy again.

Good prices, and very nicely refreshed store. I came here several years ago and was pretty sure I wouldn’t be back. Due to convenience to other errands I stopped in last week, and had a good experience.One thing I will say is that I don’t like the layout of the building or parking lot. It is difficult to get in and out of, and there is only one door to the store. The lack of additional entrances, etc... makes it feel a little claustrophobic to me. Not sure of a good solution, but I would rather go to a store with better exits/entrances. Fortunately there are plenty of other Targets around to choose from.

Pleased customer. Went for a specific item and received happy help from employees. Very clean store and refreshing atmosphere. Cashiers are always very kind. Only downfall would be the wait at the check out lines. If you want to get out of there quickly, then self-checkout if the way to go.

My cashier was delightful. She did her job so professionally yet was so upbeat. I could tell she likes her job.

They are very concerned about their customers safety regarding the pandemic. I feel safe there. Their customer service is stellar.

Shop local. Great variety of groceries and brands across the home good dept. I love the paw patrol options to buy for my son and perusing the clearance section. The store is clean and the staff is educated and well representable.

This is a very small Target. The smallest in the immediate area, I believe. Well, at least for one thats not one of the experimental small stores. Sometimes they dont have certain items or the shelves arent well stocked. There are times where 3 out the 5 basic items I happen to have gone in for are just sold out. Easy stuff like basic spices or crackers. Despite this, its my favorite Target. Its right down the street from my house and its typically just the right amount of busy. Its not impossible to get through the check out lines in a timely manner, but the store doesnt seem like its going to close for lack of business or anything. The employees are helpful and friendly. If they could just keep the shelves better stocked, it would be a perfect store.

The cashier that checked us out was the rudest Target employee I have ever encountered. I was trying to put in my phone number for Target Circle and he moved on to payment before I finished so it cleared it out. When I said something, he tried telling me the phone number was only good for the first time, after that I had to use the app (he did t even ask if I had the app at any point before this). When I told him I always used my phone number he challenged me in a very rude tone asking if I ever got points, which I have. Clearly upset/annoyed (he as biting the keys on the register very hard then tossed my merchandise on the counter) with me, he canceled the transaction and started over. I put my phone number in, unsurprisingly, it worked. While we were completing the transaction he was inattentive and talked to other employees. Besides the extremely rude cashier, the store had merchandise set up in a way that made the isles seem very cramped and it was not enjoyable to walk around (I usually love wandering Targets). I will never return to this Target.

The Eagan Store was remodeled and updated. Better SelectionHowever, be careful when purchasing advertised items with the promise of a Gift Card. The Gift Cards do not Always come up. This results in additional time on your part to correct the problem!!

STAY AWAY from this target. I asked for help finding an item and was rudely dismissed by multiple employees. No apologies. One of them even said just blatantly Find it yourself, cause Im not going to help you, I clocked out. This is not the first time the sales associates have been unbelieveably rude at this location. Eagan target... you just lost a loyal customer.

Reliable service, products, and atmosphere for quality I expect. In December 2018 I encountered an unusual, complicated situation for getting a return. The store manager was called and assisted me with cordial patience, persistence and professional customer service. I was so impressed by all three staff members I had contact with that day. Great work, Target, employees who are on the ground serving customers!

I frequently visit this Target and can comfortably say that it is kept relatively clean for a Target, I can usually find what I need (as general supplies goes), and the staff are willing to assist. There isnt much to say, it is like your average Target.

Everyone is very friendly even during the pandemic. Just know that we all appreciate you being open so we can still get things we need during this time

Got all my items and only took 90 minutes from the time I ordered. Would have been a 10 if I didnt have to go into the store to pick up.

Does Target store is actually very clean no weird smells or anything. Your first entrance makes the best impression and everything is clean and precise. Their food area offers many items at better rates than other stores but still some are a little bit higher. I guess thats what you get for having a one-stop-shop. But it does save time. Their seasonal department is out of this world. I always offering different and unique things except for wish they carry him a little bit more and stock for Halloween and Christmas.

I previously left a bad review but had to change it after the customer service I received today. JOE one of the managers at this location is the friendliest and most helpful employee I have ever dealt with. He worked really hard to make sure we were happy and we really appreciated his attitude and help

I went there to purchase a new laptop. I was in there for 20 minutes and I got no assistance. There were 2 employees in the area having a causal conversation with some lady. She can get help from 2 and I cant draw attention for one... Customer service there was not customer friendly.

I love this target, while many super targets are great the size of a normal target seems just right for the location. The store is always clean and usually does a great job at keeping things in stock even when there is a high demand. It has self check out terminals also which makes less of a need for staff which is good!

Eagan Target the staff all are very friendly and helpful. I find that some of the other Targets the staff is not always as friendly or willing to assist someone that may need some assistance.

I recently had to provide proof of purchase for a tv that I brought from target and did not have the information to look up the purchase to get my receipt..This awesome manager named Kayla figured it all out for me and did it very professional and didnt make me feel as though I was a bug! I am definitely returning!

Ive always loved Target (Im a native Minnesotan after all) but in this time of crisis and confusion, Ive been extra impressed by the way they are taking care of their employees, doing business and helping the community.

Well run store. Usually tidy inside. But outside facade is yellow brick, and quite dated, so it doesnt look so inviting from the parking lot. Big parking lot though - recently resurfaced. Close to Cub and other local businesses, including a Regal 16 Theater, hotels, fast food, Green Mill, Post Office, Checker Auto Parts, Noodles, Yogurt Lab, Nothing Bundt Cakes, etc...

I love this Target so much. And yes I do I know that its the only Target store in the City Of Eagan. And I love how theres a lot of handicap accessible parking spaces with a access aisle for handicap vans. And I also love how this Target store also has self checkout lanes as well as regular checkout lanes as well.

Awesome location! I love that I can drive home from work and easily stop by Target thats right off the freeway. Its clean and a good size with variety. Parking lot is never short of spots.

This Target is not up to the same standards as other Targets nearby. The grocery selection is limited and I would not recommend coming here for any cellular services. We came here a few months ago to get new phones (because there was a deal in the Target weekly ad). However, this Target’s computer system was, as employees explained, out of date compared to other Targets. Due to this, their computer had issues connecting to our cellular provider’s network (Verizon), and it took a grand total of 4.5 hours (and 5+ phone calls) of standing in their technology aisle before everything was set up correctly. While the employee helping us was still very kind and patient, I would never recommend purchasing phones from this Target.

Slowest checkouts Ive ever experienced. I shop here often since I live so close to it and every time I go it takes forever to just checkout and pay. Dont get me wrong, the store is well stocked and maintained as far as targets go however the clerks are annoyingly slow at checking out customers now matter how busy it is. If youre in a hurry I wouldnt recommend going here even if you live near by.

Very rude staff and managers that could not figure out how to get money back on my card after overcharging me. Do not expect much from them if you are in this type of predicament.

Its a Target, pretty much all the same - I will say though, that I love the self-checkout machines that were installed a year ago or whenever. Makes things fast, which was the one issue I had with Target or really any big store.

Target was a place where your could get your staple groceries and snacks and lots of fun stuff. It is no more such a place its is disorganized and cluttered. Grocery shelves are empty and the aisles are crowded by employees pretending to restock. Walmart beats you out hands down.I have been shopping at your store for 20 years, not sure that I will for very long

Target is generally a well run, clean and welcoming shopping stop, this one however is not. Lots of staff without much direction, bare shelves and long check out lines. Find another Target to shop.

Its like the size of a super target without the crowd. Never had a bad experience with the staff either. Easily one of the best stores theyve got anywhere.

This Target isnt as good as the one in Burnsville, not because of the place itself, but because of the employees and customers. The employee at the order pick up lane was very short and slightly rude towards me when I wanted to also buy a pair of shoes to add to my order. I wasnt aware that it would have to be checked out separately, and she gave me a slight attitude.Also, customers here are pretty rude. Its as if theyve never seen a Black person in the flesh at this Target.

This store is always clean and well stocked. Easy parking. The employees are friendly and will have whole conversations with you.

I would put zero star for this store if I could. Im a very frequent Targeter, but not anymore after my experience today. My wife forgot her purse in one of the carts, and we came back only after couple of hours. We asked the customer service and they claim that there was nothing reported. We searched everywhere in the cart area .. then we called my wifes phone, and sure enough, when we were close to the customer service desk, we could hear something. We insisted on searching again everywhere and all of the sudden we found the purse inside one of the lockers underneath the desk .. not anywhere close to where the lost & found items are .. not to mention the shady behavior of the employee. It was very clear to me that this was not a mistake, it is an organized thing! I then talked to the manager but I dont feel he will respond to this. Im glad we got our purse back; but we were very close to lose it if we have trusted Target as respected store, Im glad we didnt. And thats absolutely the last time Ill ever be in this place. Shame.

Super convenient

I love the energy. has everything i need so i don’t have to go to maultiple stores.

Its a decent Target, but keep in mind that it is one of the smallest in the area. The rest have been converted to Super targets. For normal shopping though. Its good for normal shopping.

Online pickup. I encountered a fully-staffed service desk (a rarity at most stores) and was in and out in two minutes!

Horrible setup. Walked in and saw a sale on clothes. Was browsing for a few minutes and a family came in to the food court with screaming kids...the food court, that is right next to womens clothing. Why not put that next to kids clothes, or toys, or anything else? I walked right back out. There are plenty of other Targets that arent set up to frustrate everyone.

We had a coupon from Cervae that was good for up to $15 on one of their products. What we bought cost $12.69. The cashier said we could not use the coupon because what we were buying was less than $15. I told him the coupon was good for something up to $15. He called over a young man from the Service Desk, and he knew what to do.The computer charged us $2.69 for Cottonelle wipes. The regular price is $2.49, and on the shelf were notices of a low price of $2.29. I bought two. So we were overcharged 80¢. I did not notice the error till we got home and carefully went over our receipt.

This was a very quiet and well stocked Target. I live in Bloomington but I may just start coming to this location. They had every item on my list.

Its not a super target, just slightly less food since its regular target. What can i say, though? Its Target. I love Target.

Really could use a facelift. Doesnt have a large grocery section. On the plus side, its pretty dead so no long lines.

Convenience - I have three kids, two of which are twin babies and this is such a lifesaver for me!

Not my favorite target. They only serve half of the food products normal targets do and they seem to all be more expensive meats. They also dont have much of a produce section. Not alot of options. This target also only had one entrance, you have to walk to the end of the store just to grab milk. They also do not have a Starbucks or a pizza hut. But Ive always had a pleasant shopping experience there.
