Walmart is one my favorite places to shop. The only issue was my daughter n law needed a product that had to be unlocked and couldnt find anyone to help her. She was patient and it wasnt too long there was an associate to help. I completely understand why Walmart has tightened up on security. Other than that I got a great athletic shirt for 1$. Cant beat that! Definitely will go back again and again.

As usual there werent enough checkers, but the one who was there was very sweet and patient. She let my daughter had her each individual item to scan. I only wish I could remember her name! Thank you lady on register 6!

I went for some quick groceries but the isles were packed full of boxes and carts employees stocking shelves and wouldn’t even move so we could get any items. Didn’t get 1/2 of what I needed. Then to have to check myself out on top of that! Probably find another store to shop at from now on.

Was clean an had plenty of staff to attend cash registers. Very nice door greater . Highly recommend shopping here

Did pick up, the person was fine. I didnt want a substitution and did what I was supposed to online but the product was still included. So if anyone wants jalapeno chips let me know cause I dont want them.

Pretty much rude service in automotive, couldnt pay for items and couldnt get out of the back door. You must go to electronics dept to pay for auto stuff even car repair.

There was great sells and good workers then three day ago it was not even dark yet the at workers had their buggies putting stuff up but they had every block Ill and around the owl blocked where you cant even go down it and Im in a wheelchair the workers some of them dont even care it just a pay check

Love the curb side service, fits in with my busy schedule. Dont have to go in and walk 100 miles to find what I need. Walking is hard for me.

Its a big Walmart, and has everything heated blankets, and a whole lot more.

Just hate that we have to use the self check outs. There were 2 elderly woman there that had no clue how to use them.

I am old. I pay by check or cash and they apparently do not want my money. If you dont pay by card I guess they dont want your business. One guy had a six pack and the line was so long at the 3 open checkouts that he just laid it down on a display and mumbled, Im going to another store. That is often the way I feel. Looked for a certain flavor of Jello. The shelf was such a mess, I just gave up trying. Things I needed were not in stock. Shopping at tnis Walmart is NOT a good experience.

Theres no prices on the counter, I do understand self checkout lanes but there should be more sales people out on the floor to assist and help the customers and not just point where the item is

First time I have found everything I wanted when visiting a Walmart. Very nice staff, directed me to the isles I needed.

Had a good sale on a lot of items, but had to wait a long time for someone to come cut some fabric

As of this date, no cashiers to run lines. Almost all registers are do it yourself scanners. This is bad for customer service. Jewelry department is not manned and all merchandise worth anything is locked up and therefore sales are lost.

Bought air rifle. Had to go find a clerk. Took 12 minutes to get someone to show up, unlock cabinets, get the wrong product information, and another 10 to 15 minutes to purchase the items needed.Took everything back to cabin area. 1 item was NOT needed. So, when back to Walmart Huntingdon I decided to return the item. They do not accept the return....$8 wasted. Oh, take it back to Dyersburg! Yeah, drive total 120 miles (@.60 cents a mile) to return a $8 item. I told them to throw it in the garbage. Stuff it all.

Would be nice if you could find someone to help you find items after they have moved them. And if you do they make you feel like you have inconvenienced them.

This is the third time that I have used the grocery pick up service at the Dyersburg, Tennessee Walmart… and I couldn’t be happier.Shop from home on your computer or tablet, and then pick your groceries up the next day. It’s as simple as that. All three times that I have used this service, I have been pleased. From the time that I pull up in the designated parking space, until the groceries are actually brought out and put in the car, I don’t believe that I have ever waited over a few minutes.All of the Walmart employees that I have personally dealt with in regards to this particular service have had an upbeat and pleasant attitude.If you dislike waiting in line, self check out, or people in general, then this is the service that you need to try. It costs nothing extra, and Walmart does the shopping for you, and they even bring it out to your car for free…although I always tip them a couple of dollars as it’s a courtesy thing for me.Yes, I have had bad experiences at Walmart in the past just like most people have, but overall, I’m very happy with our Walmart in Dyersburg, and will continue to patronize them. They have everything that I need in one convenient spot for the most part.

I was at the Dyersburg Tn Walmart tire center yesterday at 6:00 pm and was denied service even though they closed at 7:00pm. I have a disability. Put enough air in the tire to get me home. I changed it myself. Drove to work at Hayti Mo. Took it to a tire shop that was more than happy to fix it.

Needs better customer service, not organized.

Decided to get a few items after buying gas. Not very crowded for a Friday night. Had one checkout open other than self checkout. The young man on the line was doing his best. Saw some leave their items and walk out. Im not doing self check.

I had to pick up a few items,my friend drop me off at the door and she parked the car. I went in on a Walker, had knee replacement on Wednesday 18th of August and I was at Wal-Mart 21st of August. There was an employee standing inside of the double Doors and I asked her and a cartón boy of they would get me an electric chair. Both replied we dont have any available I stood there 23 minutes until I saw a member of Wal-Mart walking towards me and I I stop her. I was crying and told her that I had surgery 3 days ago and I have to sit down. She went around the córner and got me a wheel chair. Then went out in the parking lot and got me an electric chair.This was in Dyersburg, TN

Dyersburg Walmart, not including all employees, has turned in to the rudest laziness of the Walmart. This is mainly at night while theres several employees hang by the registers and they are extremely rude to the customers because theyve been at work for 7hrs? Dont offer a hand in scanning or bagging. Just stand as if were the thorn in the side. They fail to realize were the butter on the bread they take home..Let the Dyersburg management aware of the lack ok training in etiquette and apply to all those on the clock. Im paying for rude??? Which are aggrieved to even when 60yr.asks for aid to put 50lb dog food in her cart? I wish K-Mart was still here.

No prices on product in pool supplies and garden center. Should of taken pics there. The trend continued into groceries. Products with no price or product stocked in wrong place.

They dont take cash. Customer service is bad probably because they cant pay their employees properly. The last several years Walmart has went downard. Thats why I havent been a reoccurring customer. Im really thinking of start going somewhere else and if I cant find the product want Ill just do without.

Im disabled but visit Walmart regularly. Today the person I was with wanted to go to the Dyersburg store. I asked an employee about a motorized shopping cart. 2 females, I asked, Both were very rude told me that Id have to look for one... Ive never been treated that way at other stores I regularly attend. I Will Not Go to Dyersburg TN Location again!!

Some employees are helpful and want to be working. Other s just as soon be at home. Depends on how you were brought up. No manners, bad service. Dont like your job, leave.

Tire center, not friendly, complaining about how busy they are. Wait for a patch over an hour and decided to do it myself. One worker complained because his side business kept calling and wanting work done. Then dude, quit your job at Walmart

Have noticed that the shelves are frequently understocked and not able to find products week after week after week. I understand the employees have a job to do but it would be nice AND thoughtful if those employees that are picking online orders would move their large carts to the side of the aisle and quit blocking the middle, its a chronic problem. Also, they seem to be too much in a hurry and disregard customer safety, Ive been struck by an employee pushing one 2 separate occasions.

Walmart, in order to keep us safe and socially distanced, closed down one entrance and exit so everyone has to crowd in through the grocery entrance. AND, if that wasnt enough, they no longer stay open as many hours so you dont have the option to spread out over more time, but have to go the same time every one else is there. Yep, makes perfect sense... I am liking Amazon more and more.

Busiest time of the year and they only had one register open knowing not everyone has cards to pay at the self check out. If ur only going to have the self check out open with one regular register at least let them take cash too

Never but one or two Registers open! Not everyone wants the self check,makes it hard on the Elderly.

We there to purchase 4 new electric heaters but they didnt have what they said they had according to the website and could not get one associate to help me in finding out if they had any in stock,left with total disappointment and we to Lowes instead and got what I was needing and at a lower cost. Not my loss
