Being from out of town and ordering flowers is always a disaster you end up getting some horrible bouquet that you spend an exorbitant amount of money on so its always a risk. Petals provided a beautiful basket of plants with a flowering plant included and we were able to add a bird - my brother-in-law built bird houses so that was a nice touch. It was absolutely beautiful and we were able to divide the basket up between a few family members to have plants to keep. The customer service was great - very friendly and kind.

My sister-in-law sent us flowers and sympathy of my brother passing. She lives in Yorkville and was referred to petals and dyer. The flowers are 10 days old and still look absolutely beautiful. Granted there are a few dry ones I had to cut off but the rest are absolutely gorgeous! They were also delivered when they were supposed to be.
