I really wanted to like this company because it was local and I had seen it there for a while. Never heard of anyone going there and now I understand why. I paid $200 for an exterior detail and when I went and picked the vehicle up not a single door was opened. Not a door jamb was wiped down and there was a definitive line of what was waxed on the rear bumper and what wasnt when the rear hatch was open. Definitely wont be a returning customer and I would compare the detail to what you get from a 10-minute Porter wash at a dealership. The owner claimed hes out of town and didnt get to go over the vehicle before he left. Once he gets back in town he said hell take a look at it. I ended up going back to the shop knowing this and talked to his employees who all said that he told them not to open up the doors or do the engine bay even though that was part of our agreement. Well see what comes with that but I shouldnt even have to go out of my way to have it looked at again after paying that price. Ill update here if anything changes.

Really upset at the detailing that was done my vents and dashboard area was still grimy and there were obvious areas NOT touched with a cleaning solution such as the visors or steering wheel on the backside. The trunk area of my CRV did not look like it had been vacuumed and I was very unhappy that my center console was not properly cleaned and they left cleaning solution still inside. Not worth the $134 I was charged for this service.

I came to Kirks to have my car detailed becuase I have an extremely high maintenance baby, along with a severe physical disability, and could not clean my car. I took everything out of my car and trunk upon dropping it off. I paid a predetermined price of $100 for my very old car interior to be cleaned. It was to be vaccumed and shampooed, along with having all surfaces wiped. When I got there to drop it off, they asked me what was most important for me to have done... 😒 I told them that I really needed my windows cleaned (as I am having visual disturbances with my disability). I paid AND tipped ($20) in advance, which I really regret. When I picked up my Car, I immediately noticed that my windows were not clean at the tops where the windows were rolled down to let the car air out. A man came out to wipe the tops of the windows. While I was waiting I noticed coffee that I had spilled still there on the side of the door. The guy wiped it and explained that it was drip marks from being cleaned. I do not agree. There wad also some cork air freshener still in the side door, which was explained as that it sticks to surfaces..... of which I do not agree. I got home and opened my trunk to put things back inside, and it had not even been vacuumed!!! As a single mother and not working due to a disability, $120 is A LOT of money for a subpar job! When I called to ask them if they considered a trunk interior, they said not unless its a FULL DETAIL! They told me i could bring the car back to point out things in the interior that they had missed, but its not easy for me to get out. They are very nice people, hence I guess the 1 star, but this is not right. If you are considering taking your car here, please ask them TONS of questions and look over your car thoroughly before leaving. Im very disappointed.
