I went to this location to get information about my dslr camera but its not clear what exactly this location services. I went inside and no one was there but a gentleman walking around talking on his cell phone. When I tried to find out exactly what type of services they provided, he motioned me to wait. So I waited a few minutes more while he continued his conversation, pacing the floor. I hoped someone else would appear but no one ever did. I am assuming they were at lunch. Anyway, I happened to look around and I only noticed Canon office equipment so I assumed that was all they serviced so I just left.I was specifically searching online for a local camera shop and this location was listed first which was perfect because I have a Canon camera but from my experience today and the assistance I didnt receive, this is not a retail location for their cameras.If you are looking for camera assistance, you wont get it here. I suggest that the Canon company make that clearer or if it is, the customer service there has to do better.

Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced. I work at a busy office where we are frequently having problems with our Canon and need to place service requests. Every time we call, they claim to have a 4 hour response time. We have NEVER received service within four hours. We are lucky if we receive service in three days. We call frequently to check in and representatives on the phone are never helpful. We are terminating our contract with them at the end of the month and could not be happier.

CSA has been a great company to work with. Their hardware has been very reliable, the service good and the sales team is on top of anything we bring to them.
