I received superior customer service at this store. Through initial browsing and brainstorming the right floors for my needs, to problem solving when the job didnt go as planned (funky sub-floor), and prompt installation, I was fully satisfied with the service from Q and his extensive knowledge of the products and processes. Not to mention, the floor is gorgeous. Im now working with them to re-do another room in my house. Thank you!

I went in 2 weeks ago to pick out LVP. My salesman Q was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and gave samples to bring home to make a decision. I placed my order 1 week ago, paid a 50% deposit with Q and he was so nice to work with. He kept in touch with the delivery status and was also able to add my transition pieces to the order last minute. My order even came in a day earlier than expected! I picked up the LVP today and it was a super easy process. I paid the remainder of my balance, Q helped me load the boxes in the truck in the blazing summer heat with no complaints (I complained because hot as hades but he did not lol), and I was out of there in 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend this location and Q!

Searched all over for the best price and service on some vinyl plank flooring for our place at the beach. The folks at LL Flooring on Hillsborough Rd in Durham were great! I was in and out multiple times getting samples and prices. I finally made a decision and I absolutely love my new flooring! They were so professional and helpful from beginning to end! I highly recommend giving them a try!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Staff is rude. My wife and I stood in the rain just to get an order only to get rude service and no help. We canceled the order. Please go to a location that actually wants your biz. I wasted my Saturday . Just trying to pick up an order. The lady (dont knw name) should not even be working there. STAY AWAY !!!Update. After getting in touch with Corp. I was pleased to see things went better today . I ordered my floors originally from the lumber Liquidators in Raleigh, after buying the wrong floors which one of there salesmen failed to tell me. Since my house is less than a mile from the Durham location I exchanged my floors out for the right floors at the Durham location all facilitated by Q. He turned a bad day into a slightly better one because he made that process as smooth as butter. I will be ordering from that location exclusively due to Q’s brilliant customer service and clear knowledge about all of the products they sell.

Ordered flooring for my whole house. The Raleigh location gave me the incorrect flooring, so decided to work with the Durham location. The manager, Q, was amazing. He cleaned up the mess the Raleigh store created quickly and with ease. Would definitely working with this store in the future, especially with Q. He is what a great manager should be, as opposed to the Raleigh store manager. Don’t go to Raleigh!

The floor is beautiful but it was not easy at all to install although it was advertised as easy to install.

I was warned to not bother with these people and to go somewhere else instead but i didnt listen and now im paying for it. When me and my wife purchased the floor we werent told anything about it other than the price and financing. so far the flooring itself while it may look good has gone in absolutely horribly. Its laminate flooring and it is by far the worst product i have seen so far having now compared it to places like Lowes or home depot.To make matters worse i have now gone back 2, about to be 3, separate times to get the correct transition strips. the first time was to pick up the padding for under the floor which was told to me that the sales person marked it down that we had taken all of it the first time we went and ordered the floor. The second time my wife went and was given stair strips and was told that is what was ordered by the sales women, we dont have a single stair in our house, and now i am noticing that the strips are not the correct size, 1/8th inch shorter than the floor depth. The people on the phone keep disconnecting when i ask them questions about these strips and assured me that they dont make strips any thinker, I looked online and guess what THEY DO!!/I was told i will be getting a call from their manager by the end of the day and of course as usual i have not gotten one.I am about to just rip all the flooring up, throw it in the back of my truck and dump it in their ware house and get my money back and go else where.also BTW there is a warranty with the flooring that we were told can be purchased separate. guess what, not only was that false by it has to be installed by their install crews in order to get it which was never told to either me or my wife.They were quick to get us paid and financed but so far i wish i went else ware.

I’m so pleased with the entire process of working with Lumber Liquidators and Watson Flooring. What stood out the most about working with both companies was the excellent communication before, during, and after the installation. You speak with actual people; you don’t have to work your way through an automated system to reach a live person. Our flooring looks great and we received excellent customer service.

Their prices were significantly less expensive thanthe box stores, Matt was very impressive in his product knowledge andhelpfulness and the installers were prompt and did a masterful job.. . . could not be more satisfied!

Very helpful & friendly staff... we ordered LVP (luxury vinyl plank) Thankfully they had both colors, we did the kitchen different than the rest of the house) Loaded it in our Jeep although we had to make two trips cause the boxes were so heavy. Lots of different options and colors, great prices. unisex restroom, free parking and wheelchair accessible

I received a half smile and my youngest daughter said hello to everyone only not to receive a response back. I hate to think that it was only because we were black customers.

The service and price were good, BUT when they said we could return unopened boxes, they NEGLECTED to say there was a 20% restocking fee. Its in their paperwork, but honestly, how many people read the fine print. I think they should tell you up- front.

Good Deal, horrible service when things go wrong. My husband and I are re-doing the floors in our basement. We came in initially looking for laminate, but pretty quickly decided to go with engineered bamboo. The price, and service we got initially was great - the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and when the flooring we wanted (which was on sale) was not in stock, they worked with us to bring the price down on a similar product. Great folks.The issues started during the project. My husband and I have done several wood-floor projects, so were not novices, but wed never done stairs. When we started working on the stairs, we realized that the nose moldings wed been sold were meant to overlap the planks, not ride flush. This is not a look we like, not an option weve ever seen. No one at the store gave us a heads up that that was the type of molding we were getting. I called the store for a couple of reasons - one, honestly, to complain that they hadnt made the type of molding clear when we bought it; two, to ask for advice on how to make the molding lie flush with the planks.Someone named Mike answered the phone; he was never rude, but thats about the most I can say for him. He never expressed sympathy that we were having difficulties with the project. His attitude about the molding was that its the only way the molding comes, and it was on my receipt, so I shouldnt have been surprised. He saw no reason for them to have given me a heads up. He said if I didnt want the molding, we could return it; but since our stairs were down to bare plywood, that wasnt really an option.The sad thing is, wed had a good experience up until this, and it wouldve taken all of about two minutes and a little empathy for that to continue. A simple Gosh, Im sorry youre having this issue. Unfortunately, there are no other options in the bamboo, but if you want to return them I can look at other options for you, would have gone a long way. Saying, Youre right, we shouldve made that clear, I apologize wouldve gone further.It was obvious, though, that he simply didnt care. As I said, he wasnt rude, but he had no sympathy, and no interest in trying to help me find a solution.As I said, the deal we got on the wood was great, and the service we got when buying was fine. So, if all you need is basic flooring, you may be fine here. But if you want a place that will continue service when things go wrong, not just when theyre making a sale, Id go elsewhere.
