Clean, busy, and professional gas station.Made to order food, snacks, drinks, fresh coffee, cold beer, fresh fruit, and a variety of convenience/household items.Not to mention lottery tickets and an abundance of tobacco and e-smoking products.Comfortable seating both indoor as well as an outdoor patio.It’s definitely a gas station.

The app messed up by putting my order into this store instead of the one I was at. No big deal. I call to straighten it out and your employee tells me you can remake the drinks when we get there. You say you cant remake the drinks. Which really isnt a big deal. If it had already been established that you werent going to remake the drinks I would be fine. Dont tell someone something and then not honor it. I record my calls. So I got receipts.

This Sheetz is in a good location, but the access is kind of awkward. The service here is usually excellent. The prices and selection of food and snacks is definitely the best youll find in any gas station around. I think their gasoline quality isnt as good as some of the national brands, but its competitively priced. For soda and snacks, this is my go to stop. For gas, I fill up here when I have to. The station is generally clean.

So incredibly slow! I ordered my 2 go food (2 milkshakes and 2 fried apps) just to wait 40 minutes for my items! Ordered at 7:22, didnt get my things til 8:05. Slowest location ive ever been to.

Very nice place , just stopped for restroom but has a nice looking kitchen. Could use more attention to cleaning , floor and parking lot.

I am so appreciative of the employees here. Today when pumping gas I locked my keys (and phone) in my car. The staff, especially the manager on duty, was incredibly helpful in helping me track down the number for my roadside assistance and letting me call. I dont know what I would have done without them today! I always prefer Sheetz gas stations and will definitely continue to choose this one.

Hey I came to sheets 611 and I ordered brauts they said the are out so they gave me and option on a hot dog or sausage I cant eat the that so I said hot dogs and I paid 7 and some change with jalapeno bites a small bag it came with three bites and it had chicken bites it wasnt worth the money I paid for Im a line striper for sheetz I say it was the the worst service Ive had in 10 years I work for reflexions

This is the nastiest place Ive ever visited. Paper and trash all over the restroom floor. The main floor area where they serve food is disgusting and dirty. Employees not in uniform and hair not probably covered. Leaned on counter to wash my hands and my pants for dirty from the counter. Travis Sheetz or Steven needs to come in to this store and every employee needs retrained and discipline actions taken against them. I wouldnt even give this particular store any stars.

2nd time Ive gotten gas there in last 30 days & both times, ALL garbage cans were overflowing. Ones by picnic tables on east side had lots of garbage on ground.

I have come to this sheetz often. Few months ago I came an bought 2 honey buns an 2 energy drinks. The honey buns were molded badly. So I told my husband I refused to go back. He told me maybe it was an off thing it can happen anywhere. So we have come back to it quite a bit for bathroom breaks because we drive by the area 4-5 times a month an have younger kids. We have ordered food now about 4 times and each time we have waited 30-40 mins just for everything to be cold and something always forgotten. Its such a long wait even a guy who had an online order was waiting and everyone who had ordered after us seemed just as frustrated. There was 1 guy making orders who seemed very lost an overwhelmed an the guy working the front finally came to help only to walk back off an leave the very lost guy by himself. Tonights experince (9/05/2020) was by far the worst experince i have ever had at sheetz. We will defiantly not be returning.

The food is always great. Their frozen hot chocolates are my favorite. Its a must try. The service was really slow and they only had one pick up area (which gets crowded quick). The staff was great. They are super nice. The building is really clean too.

UBER Eats now delivers Sheetz😀😀😀 $0.89 any size foundation drink or icee then add two hotdogs for $1.04 total $2.10 you can walk out the door with a meal. They have an outdoor seating area or plenty of indoor seating with comfortable chairs. They always have the Sheetz reward cards for discounted merchandise. Friendly staff

One of the workers dropped my burrito on the floor and then rewrapped the same one and gave it to me rather than remaking it.

Got a meatball sub with a drizzle of marinara soak you meatball IN THE SAUCE...got a size of onion rings that I paid $3.50 for & I literally got ONLY 3 rings...man I miss Wawa

Twice Ive ordered online and then stood there and watched as people walked in, ordered their food, and walked out while I stand there waiting. Both times the food has been done, but sitting on a shelf out of view until somebody grabs it after asking me if I need help. Dont trust the cashier to actually grab it for you or notify anybody that someone is there for a pickup, or else theyll waste your time and let your food get cold.

TIRE PUMP is FREE, but VERY SLOW and doesnt beep when it reaches your psi setting.So, expect a bit of a line to fill up your tires.

Very nice gas station overall but automatic air pressure station is mis-calibrated by a mile. It seems slow and that is because it is adding far for air than you dailed in. Over 5 plus pounds aiming for 35psi and closer to 10 when going to 40 psi in my truck. The internal tire monitors and a check with a manual gauge showed they went way over.

Threw away our order after waiting maybe 3 seconds for us to walk over from the dining area and then argued with us about it. Line of 4 people and they have to come out and ASK each of us what we ordered and tried to argue with customers when we said they got it wrong.Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Today was definitely an off day for them they are usually better than this but today I ordered 2 chilli cheese dogs and when I got my food the food wrap wasnt even closed when I pulled it out I legit thought they only gave me 1 hot dog but the other fell out into the bottom of the bag with some of the condiments.Come on guys ur better than that

My favorite place for gas and quick food. The selection of items is pretty through and service is always quick. I wish they would continue their southern expansion and start to open in and around Charlotte.

Sheetz is my favorite gas station. They usually have close too, if not the lowest had irises in the area, and you get an additional $0.03 off per gallon with a loyalty card. On top​ of that, the made to order food is really good (for a gas station). You can actually get done reasonably healthy stuff there (made to order salads and wraps) and some less than healthy stuff (burgers, sliders, pizza, fried appetizers, etc.). They gave a good drink selection, too.

Really nice plaza. Easy access for fuel, handy mart and digital order for quick hot and fresh food orders. Bathroom is spotless and fresh. Highly recommended.

Stopped here after going to Raleigh Durham airport. It was very early and this place was hopping. Ordered a breakfast sandwich the they have excellent choices and my sandwich was Great!

Whenever I place a pickup order its never on the pickup shelf, and instead they leaving sitting behind the counter and by the time anyone realizes the mistake (because how do I know my order is ready, just not on the shelf like its supposed to be?) my food is cold. Whats the point of the pickup shelf if you never use it properly?

You know a gas station is awesome when you drive an extra 20 minutes out of your way just to go and get food and gas from them. This location is certainly one of Then. Fast service and a very clean location, which many people dont say about gas stations! The bathrooms are always clean and their food staff seem to know what theyre doing even for a new location! For 3 in the morning, the workers were really nice and had sense of humors. The hot dog bun was a little on the steamed rather than toasted side, but edible. Very clean and orderly.

Sheetz is a place you got to love. You can get a decent meal freshly prepared along with gassing up your vehicle and getting air for your tires at no charge if you need to

Sheetz is always a great place to stop for travelers. Fair gas prices, car wash (in many locations) decent food, indoor and outdoor dining areas (most locations) and lets not forget fully stocked coffee and fountain drink stations. I always look for Sheetz when Im on the road.

Location is conveniently located right off I-40 exit 274. Always brightly lit at night and the staff keeps the place clean and neat. Its the typical sheetz experience - very decent food not just for gas station but compared to other fast food joints, free air for your tires and typically reasonably priced gas. Also, the staff at this location has been friendly and attentive, which is always a plus.

I visit here every other weekend from Charlotte NC for food and gas, tonight at 9:45 a guy manager in the kitchen had by far the worst customer service. I purchased 7 things off menu and not ONE thing was made correct! I paid almost $6 for the extra toppings I wanted and didnt recieve half of them! I will not be spending my money here anymore!

First time visiting a Sheetz and I was impressed by the self-service food kiosk and indoor dining options. Bathrooms were also super clean, which is a key part of the 4-star rating I gave.

Well Sheetz in general is amazing and always has great food and drink selection. However, this one as I know it is new and theres some tweaks to work out. They burnt my sandwich to the point the bread was pretty much too hard to eat. And the pepperoni stromboli type things were completely burnt Im surprised they even put it into the bag with the sandwich. That was horrible. I hope the owner will at least reach out to correct things. I spent $30 in food for me and my fiance for nothing apparently. If it gets better I will review my standings on this. But until then it will stand as such.

Showed up around 7:47 pm. All coffee containers were as close to empty as possible. One sugar dispenser was empty, the other most have been close, hardly any sugar came out for a 3 pack. My choice of creamer was also empty. Walked out with no purchases.

Cheapest gas in Durham. Great way to save 3 cents a gallon by registering your sheetz card. MTO subs are a great quick meal.

It has a very good breakfast burrito. The western burrito was a good egg burrito for breakfast.

Most staff are very friendly and helpful, but if you ever have a problem the manager cant help you with and hands you a customer service phone number, dont plan on hearing anything back from them after you made a complaint to the customer service department.

Avoid this place! No soap in mens RR, no paper towels in mens RR, no chemical to wash your windows (literally a dry bucket), and the pump didnt print a receipt.

Very busy place around lunch time...some pretty wreckless driving in the parking area, so be extra careful backing out of your parking space when you are about to leave...that said, it is a clean, well-stocked store, the food is prepared fresh, and the service is fast....plenty of gas pumps and the price of gas is competitive

First of all, I love sheets. Atleast 4-5 times a week, I stop for gas and/or food. My wife and I are traveling, and decided to stop at the sheetz off of the Jordan Lake exit. Worst experience ever at a sheetz! Poor customer service, rude employees, no paper towels in the men’s room, and the food was terrible. I didn’t even eat it. We were on a time schedule, so couldn’t drive back to fix it. If you’re passing through the Raleigh area, avoid this sheetz. Catch the next one. ... And whoever is in charge of this sheetz, needs to replace their staff. You guys are better than this. Smh.
