Please read this review! First off, the Premier Auto Group is not what you think. They sell previously owned cars, but they are so much more than that. They are a family that puts God as the center of their business and the cordial and straightforward manner that they operate with is simply stunning.My story is that they had my perfect car, a 2012 Acura MDX with everything I wanted. However, due to other circumstances I did not buy the car. I called to speak with the owner to let John know that I was not purchasing and ended up speaking with his wife, Pam. I let her know our families situation in that we were moving our twin daughters into college the weekend I was searching for a car and that I probably needed to think the buying decision through more. Pam was so coridal and concerened with our family situation and the emotion of moving our baby girls into college that she turned a concern about not purchasing a car into concern for my family. She let go of a sale and said a prayer for my family and I was highly moved.Fast forward a few days later and i receive a hand written note from Pam and her prayers for Gods guidance to for our daugthers. I was simply brought to tears by this note. It is proof that God is constantly working and that Pam and the Premier Group are part of that work. I was looking on carfax for a car and I’m from Robeson county area so mind you I drove a 1hr and a half just to look at this car and found a Nissan Altima 2008 and called about it and asked if I want to test drive it I sayed yes of course and went in we talked I was in the car in a hurry and we negotiated a price and it all worked out, out of all of it the service was fast, everyone was friendly and the vehicle I purchased looked like it was very maintained and that the dealer ship cleaned it up really good if I had to go back a buy a car from a dealership it would be this place

My wife and I went in and the guys were very accommodating and low-pressure. We had called about a 15 Nissan Rogue and they told us to swing on by. When we got there they allowed us to test drive the vehicle to lunch and back. The financing process took a bit of time and patience but the guys there were dead set on helping us out and helping us drive off the lot with a new car. Needless to say we were very pleased with our experience.

Our experiences at Premier auto group have been tremendous. We purchased a Toyota sienna with 66,000 miles that now has over 280,000 miles and is still running great! Shop at Premier and you will get a vehicle that last!

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra from them. From the beginning the lack of communication was frustrating. When the vehicle was sold to me finally it had a check engine light that I was told was for a relay. I took the truck to AutoZone and had it scanned and it turned out to be air pump that is located underneath the intake manifold. From the beginning the truck was shuddering and shifting hard at different speeds. They took the vehicle back and cleared the code. Not sure if they replaced the pump because they never told me if they did or not. After receiving the truck back the shuddering and hard shifting continued. After further research on this issue on Toyota forums I discovered that the transmission was bad. To Johns credit he took the truck back and refunded my money. That is the only reason I gave them a two star review. My only real issues were that they just never were upfront with me about anything. George continuously told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it drove fine. Clearly if anyone drove the truck more than a mile they couldnt honestly make that claim. Less than a week after returning the truck it was posted again for sale at the same price. Then it was increased by $1,000 just a few days later. My prayer is that it was fixed but my gut feeling told me that it will soon need a new transmission which could be a $5,000 job. John refunded my money which is honorable but I have a hard time thinking I would recommend there business to anyone.

I bought a beautiful Lexus convertible from them a year ago. It was an awesome car at a great price, and believe me, I searched for a long time for that particular kind of car. Not only that, but it was in pristine condition, with one flaw...the seat had a little tear. They got it completely replaced and now the dang thing looks NEW. Im so grateful for them. I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger at Premier Auto Group and I ended up being frustrated and unhappy with the final sale the vehicle I purchased had no spare tire no jack and floor mats were missing and it also had the wrong battery installed in the vehicle and it caused all kind of voltage problems with the vehicle so I was told that the car is still under warranty and thats true but it didnt cover the battery so therefore I had the battery replaced at Westgate Dodge for a price of $335.39 and talked with the Manager aboubt it and hes not willing to make it right....Thank You...Ricky R. I finally found my perfect jeep after years of wanting one and months of searching lately. I called them and right away i was comfortable talking to George he was so nice and friendly unlike most dealerships. He took the time to make sure I was in good hands. I drove from out of state and he insured me everything was mechanically good. Everything from when I found it to the phone call and the buying process was smooth and fell into place. I just bought a car here a few days ago and come to find out the wheel bearings were shot as well as the tires need to be replaced. I thought they where going to give me some hassle when I went back to talk to them, but they step up and took care of it. Plus hooked me up with a loner that gets me back and forth very impressed. They are men of their words and that is a rare these days.

I purchased a 2000 Toyota Avalon with in 2012, and drove it until October 2019. I put 140k miles on it and would still be driving her if she hadnt met her demise in an unfortunate collision. So it was only natural that I came back. The owners here are honest, straightforward and overall amazing people. I never felt pressured to make a purchase and they didnt try to sell me on anything. They listened to what my needs and concerns were and helped me come up with feasible solutions. Customer service was amazing then and remains the same. Today I am driving off the lot in a 2016 Toyota Camry. I could not be more pleased with my y decision, or the process.

I stopped by here the other day to look at a vehicle I was interested in. The first thing I noticed upon arrival is that there were no social distancing protocols in place, and none of the employees were wearing face coverings. The sales rep that I first spoke with was polite and pleasant enough, but when I had questions for the owner, things began to go downhill. While he said he would allow me to get an outside pre-purchase inspection done, (no hesitation whatsoever, to be fair), his tone changed as I proceeded to go down my list of questions that I have asked every other dealership/seller- as though it were offensive for me to simply be doing my homework (I asked about their third-party warranty coverage, fees, asked for an Autocheck report etc). Furthermore, I was pretty uncomfortable being cramped in a small office with two employees who werent wearing face coverings, who knew of my discomfort (I vocalized that I was trying to social distance and was wearing a mask and they just laughed it off and did nothing to be hospitable or accommodating regarding this). The tension was palpable. I understand that this is a family business, and they dont have to adjust their protocols to make some of their customers feel safer if they dont want to.... as long as they understand that people who take the health and well-being of our community members pretty seriously may see this as a smug and deliberate sign of disrespect.I took my business elsewhere.

Such a wonderful place to buy a car! Casual staff that let me take my time with the van I was interested in. I was able to test drive alone with out a salesman and drive it home to see if it was for me. Once I returned, I had a few concerns and they were quickly addressed and fixed!
