I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Tre Bella Bridal. Rachael was so kind and helpful throughout the process. She listened to my wish for a non-white wedding dress and presented me with MANY more options than I thought was possible. She was not pushy in any way, something that was so important to me because I wanted to know I was making this decision based off what I truly wanted. I found a dress more beautiful than I could have imagined and loved to hear Rachaels input on the accessories; it turned out perfectly.This shop has done everything they can to keep their customers safe during COVID19 and I appreciate how strict they are in their practices.Finally, Diane added in the bustle on my dress and it was BEAUTIFUL. She did it in a way that accented the flowers on the tulle and made it look like the dress was supposed to be that way.Support your local, downtown bridal shop, you wont regret it

I had nothing but helpful and easy, enjoyable experiences at Tre Bella when I was buying a wedding dress for my August 2019 wedding! I had previously looked at three other stores and Tre Bella had the best range for me of modern, beautiful, and affordable dresses. Their showroom is gorgeous and I felt like a princess trying on gowns.I recommend looking at the designers on their website to see if you like the styles of dresses, and they will work with you at an appointment to find something you love. I also had alterations on my dress done at Tre Bella, and asked them to make a change to the straps (straight back instead of crossed); they also set me up with a removable patch of fabric that snapped in to cover my tattoo for photos, and sewed in a series of invisible hooks to bustle the dress very nicely.I know they also have a range of bridesmaid dresses, which was not the option for me, but if you have local bridesmaids I imagine it would be very convenient and fun to have a group appt. They were polite about me declining to get bridesmaid dresses from them, and did not push accessories or additions/changes to the dress that I said I did not want. Everyone I interacted with from the saleswomen to the seamstress and the owners were all kind and helpful, answered my many (many) questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.Thank you!!!

While I cannot speak to the quality of dresses or helpfulness of the staff, I feel the need to write a negative review (which I dont believe Ive done before).My fiance reserved an appointment to shop for dresses several weeks in advance. The reservation was set for earlier in the morning, until the owner sent an email the day before stating the reservation had been pushed back until later in the day.Not ideal, but things happen and my fiance was willing to accept the change. However, the owner then sent a text less than 12 hours before stating the reservation was cancelled due to a doctors appointment.Im not going to say the owner (or whoever sent the text) is lying about having a doctors appointment; but the last minute changing of reservations (which lead to the ultimate cancellation of the appointment) is extremely unprofessional.I cant say this happened due to poor time management, lackluster customer service, or something else; but it is extremely unfortunate.While we normally would be happy to reschedule, my fiancee invited family from California for the weekend specifically to go wedding dress shopping.I would not recommend this store to anyone, solely on the basis that your appointment can be moved, then cancelled so close to the planned date.

DO NOT SHOP HERE - IF YOU HAVE A VISION FOR YOUR WEDDING GOWN, THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU.The wedding gown purchase process can be simple, it doesnt have to be stressful if you visit a salon where experienced sales people actually care about your vision and can provide honest, clear direction. This was NOT the case with Tre Bella Salon. I purchased my wedding gown from them in November of 2018 for my August 2019 wedding date. Most brides dont know what to expect when buying their gown or the alterations process so they look to the team of folks at a bridal salon to support them!I expressed clearly my dress requirements - Bright white, Straps, Low back, I liked lace and I wanted my bust to feel secure and covered. Katie, the sales representative at Tre Bella sold me a strapless gown, while lovely, it was not in my style. I bought the dress simply becasue she told me I could make it my dream dress in alterations. In fact, she told me their alterations staff had worked on this exact dress in the past, lowering the back and adding straps - completely confident and made me feel excited about the final result. She paired a beautiful veil with the dress, that I purchased off the rack ($800) at their store. It was ivory, I did not realize at the time and was not told so. The sample dress was ivory with a nude underlay, the dress I ordered was in bright white... Katie clearly noted the alterations sold to me on the sales agreement. I paid in full that day. What a SALE! WHAT A SHAM!Fast forward five months - I went in for my pre-fitting. The dress fit but I was eager to talk to the alterations team. I was told that was not something they did at this appointment, I would need to wait until the next one in May - 3 months prior to wedding date. But I pushed and said, can we at least pin the dress ourselves to see what it will look like, tucking in the back and holding up some fabric for straps. With some effort, Katie agreed and went down to ask the alterations person onsite for assistance.Diane in alterations arrived, we shared the vision for the gown, lowering the back and adding straps to secure it. Her immediate reaction:That will not workIt will fall off your chest, the straps wont secure itI am AFRAID to cut this dressDoes that sound like what I was sold? It was a complete 180 - I was shocked and was not alone for either of these appointments. My family saw my fear and disappointment and expressed their shock also. Id just spent $3,000 and could not have the dress I dreamed of. Now what do I do?I went home that afternoon, upset, confused trying to gather my thoughts, should I wear the dress as is, and be unhappy or should I take the risk of cutting and altering it and not feel comfortable that my dress would stay on my body my wedding day.These alterations were noted in the sales agreement clearly - significantly lower back + add straps. They could not meet their promise and I was left 3 months out from my wedding date to find a new gown. I had to buy off the rack because there was no time to order a new one and alter in time.The owner never reached out herself despite repeated requests. My attorney wrote a letter, which received no response. The dress and veil are still in possession of Tre Bella bridal, untouched, never left the store 8 months later and 30 days before my wedding, all I am left with is a significant financial loss and the sad reality of writing this review so at least other brides will be leery of the type of people running this business. Its sad, I recommended two friends there before this all happened, one who bought her gown there. Seems like I am the only one with the short end of the stick here. Its too bad that in this industry there are not repeat clientele and they simply do not care to do the right thing by their customers.SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MONEY - FIND ANOTHER PLACE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CARE! DONT SHOP AT TRE BELLA BRIDAL!

I went to several bridal salons before coming to TreBella, but their customer service was by far the best. Not only did they pull dresses that met my price range, they also were very helpful in finding matching accessories and designing custom sleeves. I brought in my mother’s wedding dress and their seamstress was able to create the exact veil and sleeve pieces from her dress. They also helped me find a belt to match the jewelry I was going to wear. Their scheduling and organization were also very helpful. I didn’t need to worry about my dress details amid everything else. I would highly recommend TreBella Bridal Salon for your wedding dress. They are committed to making your wedding dress experience personal and stress-free.

I had a great experience at Tre Bella! I was pretty frustrated in the wedding dress shopping process by the time I came here, but Sarah was able to get me a same day appointment, and was super helpful! She recommended a different material and style of dress than what I had been originally looking at and it was absolutely gorgeous...she was spot on with that recommendation. I was also impressed that Tre Bella had more dresses near my size range (Im a 10-12 and Ive had a really difficult time with shops having dresses way too small or way too large). It was a relief to go in a shop that had dresses close to my size that I could actually envision wearing.The customer service was informative, patient, not at all pushy, and very kind. I ended up not ordering from Tre Bella as they didnt carry the designer of the dress I ultimately decided on but I found some really close contenders here all thanks to Sarah. I would highly recommend Tre Bella to other brides!

Loved my shopping experience here! Wonderful selection and they were able to bring in a dress I wanted to try on. It ended up being the one! I loved how relaxed and knowledge the sales women are. They made it super easy to find the dress I loved.

For a place that has absolutely beautiful dresses, you would think the space wouldn’t be so incredibly cramped and the dresses so pressed together and hard to maneuver while trying to sift through them. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to spend a good deal of money, as they carry much higher end dresses than the other shops in the area.

I went with my fiances aunt and her future daughter in law to see wedding dresses for her. The customer service was great and it was a lovely little place. The selection of dresses were really great and well organized, with a good range in prices. If you have an appointment, you go to their upstairs loft to try on the dresses and it is a real treat. They also offer a 10% discount if you choice your dress the day of your first appointment; not ideal since its really a huge decision, but it is something if youre the sort of person who like to get these big things out of the way.

My mother and I had been to multiple shops in Burlington, Raleigh and the surrounding area. We were so disappointed (and a few shops had us almost in tears... the bad kind) until we walked into Tre Bella! I saw them online and was determined to go, and boy am I so glad I did! They were so kind and patient and accommodating!! I am (unfortunately) very picky about how I would like the dress to look and Becky and Nadia made me so at ease and they did everything they could to help me envision the dress and make it just the way I want it. It will take awhile to come in, but Im so excited to see what it will look like!They have amazing, unique laces and a very wide variety of quality, classy dresses! No where we had been to could compare - the laces at other shops all looked the same. The environment is very relaxing and they treat you like an old friend. Such a lovely contrast to the other shops we had been to.If you go to Tre Bella, I promise you wont be disappointed!

Tre Bella was fabulous to work with! I used them for my wedding dress & accessories, bridesmaid dresses and flowers! They have a beautiful selection of wedding dresses! Becky and the Tre Bella team were so great to work with and I recommend them to everyone who gets engaged. They were very help and patient. You dont need to go anywhere else for wedding dress shopping. Tre Bella will make your dreams come true!They do alterations at there bridal shop too which makes it easier for you! She was great to work with as well and my bustle was perfect.The flowers for our wedding were perfect and I loved my bouquet! it was exactly what i was envisioning. I knew I had nothing to worry about when choosing Tre Bella as my florist.

The staff was great the day I bought the dress but it has been such a struggle to get anyone on the phone. I have called. And called. And called. I even showed up unannounced but their hours are whack. And this started long before the Rona. I legit j want to give them my money and pick up my dress but they won’t answerrrr the damnnnn phoneeeee. Long story longer - I won’t be using them for alterations.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at this shop! Hailey and the entire crew made my experience picking out a wedding dress so much fun! She was so very patient with my indecision and did not pressure me at all to make a decision! Would highly recommend this boutique for all your wedding dress and floral needs!

I found my dream dress and veil at Tre Bella, just 6 months before my wedding. They have an amazing selection and I ended up with a dress that I would have NEVER pictured myself in, but it was just perfect! When my dress came in, I needed some alterations which they conveniently can do there, so I didnt have to worry about hauling it off somewhere else. Also, when I went for my hair trial, I didnt have time to stop by and pick up the veil. Julie took several pictures of it and sent them to my phone for my hair stylist to see, which was extremely helpful!

I have known the Tre Bella team for several years now as I own a florist in the area and we are colleagues. Id not had the chance to shop with them for clothing. An exchange student staying with us was looking for a formal dress so we dropped in for a look. Nikki was incredibly helpful and kind. She made thoughtful suggestions on dress options and even with the language barrier (Anas first language is Spanish) Ana was wonderfully engaged with the process. Tre Bella will be our go-to for fun, affordable and stylish formal wear for our daughters future events. And Mom might get some fun seasonal wear as well!

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they were the only nearby store to have the dress the bridesmaid needed.The staff here is unprofessional. Three different quotes were made when discussing the alterations once the dress was here, with the last quote being in the 300 dollar range. We discussed the degree of alterations, and from what the seamstress and front desk members said, it would be small. The bill is absurd to me.Staff has the “fake friendly” demeanor, meaning they say they’re willing to help, but act like it’s a huge burden when someone follows through.Our appointment was changed on three different occasions, which was annoying. Area doesn’t have unisex seating, meaning anyone male will have to stand to the side or in a corner (even if there’s no one else in the store aside from you and your party).Seamstress was pushy, acted like every detail was a huge ordeal to accomplish. Was complaining about coming in at 10:00 AM, which, why make that appointment option available if you don’t want to do it?Overall, the customer service was similar to that of a generic fast food chain, but we got what we needed in the end.

Amazing place for wedding dress shopping! I had such a wonderful experience here. My consultant, Nadia, was super patient, respectful of my budget and helpful. There is a great selection and the ladies here really try to help you fulfill your vision. Fully recommend.

The first dress I tried on here was the one to beat, and nothing else even came close. I had such a wonderful time trying on my dress and working with the team to get it altered. It came in early; they were flexible with when they could meet me; they were incredibly accommodating at every turn.

I was shopping on a budget for a wedding dress. My fiancé & I are young so we don’t have very much financially however, that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be having a wedding. I came here looking for a dress on a budget & was treated well until I told the women working that I was on a budget. The dresses here are extremely over priced. The staff seemed entitled snotty to blunt about it. I found a bridesmaids dress that I can alter into a wedding dress that I loved. I asked about alteration prices that the boutique. Anywhere from $100 to $800!!! That’s insanely overpriced. Do not come here if you’re on a budget. Do not come here unless you’re ready to spend over a grand & be treated based on your budget price.

They were very helpful and encouraging! They encouraged me to try styles outside of my comfort zone and I found my dress on the first visit. They were easy to work with and flexible with pick up times when we had to reschedule the wedding last minute.

This boutique is perfection. Its intimate and just beautifully rustic inside. There is a nice selection of dresses, but ideal for brides looking to spend $1500 or more. The owner is really helpful and personable!

Tre Bella was the second place I went to look for a wedding dress, so I was still a little lost in the process and overwhelmed. The owner, Kate, was so helpful and patient as I rambled about how I liked and didnt like the same dress for different reasons. Call to make an appointment, and you will receive one on one service without anyone else in the boutique. The experience was calming and beautiful, exactly what I wanted to experience when looking for my wedding dress!

I would not recommend this place! We had an appointment for 3:00pm today we arrived at 2:45. Our associate that was suppose to be helping us was with a bride still (understandable) not a big deal only person there to help us was the floral lady and cashier at the front. 3:20 rolled around our associate still wasnt around the lady at the front tried to help us to the best of her ability but wasnt sure on slot of the things we asked. I have yet to get a phone call to apologise for not showing up for our appointment or anything if it wasnt for the lady at the front telling us to go ahead and try on dress that we liked we wouldnt have done anything today! I was very upset that no one even showed face or ever knowledged we where there other then the lady at the front! Very dissatisfied!
