Great to deal with, and an extensive selection, both new and old. Weve bought several carpets here over the last few years--beautiful. We wish we had room for more carpets.Fargo Hanna primarily stocks genuine hand-knotted carpets, so these arent the cheapest way to cover your floor. But nor are they trying to sell you vastly expensive collectors items. They hit the sweet spot.

Purchasing rugs: Great selection of rugs, but rugs get to be a little pricey.Cleaning rugs: They did an amazing job cleaning and refurbishing a wool rug I have! It looked brand new after they cleaned it.

Great customer service with a large selection of rugs! Mike helped us and really took the time to show us what he had and find something that could work. We ended up going with a different rug from a different store, but would highly recommend Fargo Hanna to anyone. We had a great experience here and will be back in the future!

Be prepared to be overwhelmed -- in a good way. They have a wide variety of rug styles and qualities. Mike is extremely knowledgable, and he is happy to talk with you about his thousands of rugs. Excellent deals can be had. I purchased several beautiful rugs and plan to buy more.

Took a large Oriental rug there that needed to be shortened by 6 inches. Did an amazing job and its impossible to tell where they removed the 6 inches. They matched the pattern perfectly.

Got a great deal on several Persian rugs.Very knowledgeable about textiles.I will definitely be back there when needed.

I dropped off a rug to be cleaned and when I went to pick it up it hadnt been cleaned. Then I called to ask if it was done, they told me yes and when I went to get it they couldnt find it for over 20 minutes and then when they did it wasnt done! Kept me waiting too many times and never offered a discount or anything to make it right.

What a great experience.Luis was very attentive and listened to our needs and likes in a more contemporary style with a soft feel underfoot. Within minutes he was able to pull some rugs that matched our desires in a rug and we made our choice. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend giving him a shot.
