The woman I spoke to was very rude. Would not recommend coming here and the framing isnt very affordable. Felt like the woman assumed I already knew what kind of framing I wanted and then talked down to me when I didnt know. Will not be coming here for my framing needs.

The woman I talked to about custom frame prices was SO RUDE. I told her the size of my poster and she asked questions about the frame I wanted but expected me to know everything about custom frames (I’ve never bought a custom frame before). When I didn’t know the answer and needed her help or her opinion she’d just scoff at me then make a snide remark. Also, when I asked for a copy of the quote she just threw it on the counter. She was not pleasant and I don’t recommend anyone shop here.

Friendly staff, best framing shop in Durango. I always trust them with my artwork, they do a beautiful job. Love working with Holly.
