Walked in to buy 24 glasses that we saw through the window that we had been looking for on Thursday at 5:48 PM. First words out of clerks mouth was we close in 10 minutes. Not a welcome not a hi how are you. Ask for the price and she said they were marked. When I said they were not she made up a price! How do I know? The larger glasses were cheaper. They lost the sale maybe $250-300 not huge but…. wouldn’t you think that as a small business they would like a sale!We always try to buy local but NOT from this place! Poor poor poor customer service!

I was apprehensive about making a major purchase online, sight unseen. I did a lot of research on the company as well as on the merchandise and am glad I took the risk to order. The table was securely packed and arrived safely. As for the big reveal ... WOWWWW! What a stunning piece of furniture. The table is a work of art. I couldnt love it more. I wouldnt hesitate to shop At Artesanos again. Their merchandise is accurately represented online, and customer service is attentive and prompt in responding to questions.

HIgh quality and unique products! Quick, friendly response to all communication. We were updated frequently with order status. And Artesanos Design packages the items perfectly! They are well protected with layers of bubble wrap, cardboard and an outer protective plastic. We highly recommend!

The hammered copper table top was outstanding. Not only was it unique, the craftsmanship was outstanding. It was round, but was perfectly packed.We paired it with a cast iron base and it is now a centerpiece of our breakfast nook. We have referred several friends already. If you demand quality custom craftsmanship and customer service, look no further. With a 10 year career in luxury retail as well as a consumer of luxury goods, I can confidently say Artesanos provides a 5 star custom design experience. I modified the Vestal base in dimensions, design, and finish via photoshop and they matched it EXACTLY. Of course, my expectations were properly managed by Kevin, as an exact match in finish is never guaranteed, and depends on what the artisans’ have in supply! Kevin guided me through every single step. Because of my custom adjustments, he suggested that we use a narrower stock than what they usually use to maintain aesthetic and proper proportions. He was completely right! As someone who holds an MFA that specializes in painting and sculpture, I am immensely proud to have this work of art displayed in my home. I am so incredibly pleased with my entire experience with Artesanos, and I am so happy my persistent research for the perfect base led to such!

Kevin worked diligently with us throughout the selection process for a hammered copper table in our breakfast nook. Instead of the more ornate and classic Spanish style table base, we wanted a more modern linear table base and Artesanos provided a custom one. Also, we have two smaller hammered copper side tables that we purchased a couple years ago from a furniture store, and while we are happy with those, the variations of tones and colors in this copper top from Artesanos are much more vibrant and interesting. And the price was good too.

On the recommendation of our interior designer, we found the perfect chair for our livingroom, the Ken club chair in black, at Artesanos online. Not only do we love this chair (it is exactly as pictured and very comfortable with that unmistakable aroma of leather), but our relationship with Artesanos and the shippers was terrific throughout. Recently purchased the Forrest Canopy Bed. It was a mess when it arrived. Covered with residue or oxidation. Kevin provided rags and paste wax to clean and de oat but it was a long slow imperfect solution that required much effort and still having some rub off on sheets. If you get this bed get the painted one.

This company went above and beyond to make sure that I got my table in time for Christmas! The price was the best on the Internet (I saved a lot of money), and the customer service was amazing! I would definitely buy from them again!

The hammered copper table arrived well ahead of schedule and is absolutely stunning. It was very straightforward to assemble. Kevin was very responsive to any questions and followed up to let me know the status of the table. The table arrived well packed with no damage. Assembly took about 10 minutes with the help of one other.

To order a table from an online store is always a bit risky, but I am delighted I ordered from Artesanos. Kevin allowed me to tailor the table to my size and shape needs, and the table top and base are every bit as beautiful as in the photos. It arrived earlier than expected, and UPS called me to set up delivery when I would be home. If you like what you see on the Artisanos website, you should order!

This review is 2 years overdue, but we just went through a move and I was reminded of the excellent service we received when purchasing our dining room table. After a disappointment with a local furniture shop, I found the same exact table I was looking for on Artesanos Design Collections website and gave them a call. From start to finish, the service I received was truly above and beyond. From sending me photos to the in-stock tables to organizing the white glove delivery service all the way to Ohio, I was so impressed. We are very happy with our table and will absolutely look to Artesanos for future furniture needs!

Really great service (seriously, beyond expectations) from a great local store in Durango, CO. Just bought a new home was looking for furniture NOT one person spoke to me or asked if they could assist me. Unfortunate because there was one big ticket item I would have liked to purchase. 😭 My experience was the opposite of the person that had a great experience.

Quality service and quality products. Im a repeat customer at Artesanos. What started with a couple of cabinets, resulted in a complete dining AND bedroom set! Each piece is as beautiful and well-made as the next. Ive had two deliveries ... both were on-time and extremely efficient (I mean they get it done!). I highly recommend Artesanos; and even if you dont find exactly what youd like in the store, speak with an associate as they have even more color and furniture options online!

5 star experience all the way around! The Hampton 60 round table I ordered is more gorgeous than the picture on the website. Moreover, I had great customer service. Shortly after I sent the order, I sent an email asking for an ETA and received a response the same day by a human with a name, Kevin. Then, Kevin continued to communicate with me until the table arrived and afterwards to make sure I loved it! THAT IS SO RARE! Totally recommend this company!!
