We spent a ton of money with Magnolia on a new TV, sound equipment, speakers several months ago. Half of the equipment doe snot work properly. We have been trying for two weeks not to get someone to come out to correct the problems. Not only can we not get anyone to come out we cant even get anyone to return multiple phone calls ( now in the 10-12 calls range).

Worst experience ever - spent $40,000 on a SAVANT home automation system that does not work as promised. Management as well as project managers, etc. not responsive to my needs. Installation was to be 2 - 3 weeks, however 6 months later I am still struggling to get the installation complete. Product way over priced, installation over priced as well. If youre looking for high end home theatre or home automation find someone else to provide your product and service.

I bought a Savant whole home audio solution from Magnolia last year. Its worked about half the time over that period. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the store. Just a terrible experience from a company that doesnt stand by their work or the products they sell.

So far this has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had in my entire life. I had to pay 3 times the expected amount for the installation of my SAVANT remote and it was not installed properly so that it controls my simple system. The manager Stas has PROMISED me he would call me back on Multiple occasions and so far NOTHING. This process has taken so much of my free time, I should send them a bill. The installers were competent which is a positive, but they left without making sure my remote would turn on my radio. So I have to do it manually. This is after I spent a $$$ fortune for this to be an all in one solution. II have spent countless hours on this. Why? I have a SAVANT remote and I could not find anyone else to program it. I am terrified to change any equipment as they have to come reprogram it at $150 per visit. Right now as I write this, after contacting them, I have been on hold for another 15 minutes...And then got disconnected!! Very upsetting for what should be a top notch experience for what they charge. Lastly, I want to add that I HATE writing negative reviews but this has been such a horrible experience. I would give them negative stars if I could!

First of all, I am not the type to write bad reviews... However this has been the worst customer service I have ever received. I purchased 3 TVs, Sonos bars, wii, PlayStation, DVD players, and the savant system. 1. It took a whole entire YEAR from them to come and finish the job and make everything work properly(especially the savant)2. Several phone calls to management and unreturned phone calls and lack of response from management is why it took an entire year.3.The first day they came out to install my TVs they removed the boxes with the stands and manuals without my permission. When it came time for me to take down the mounted TVs I didn’t have the boxes or stands to put my TVs on. (They need to replace my stands since that is part of the TV that I paid for) they didn’t ask me if I wanted to keep the boxes, and just because they mounted the TVs they didn’t think I wanted the stands for the future, WHY????4.) I ended up needing to move, so I Spoke with project manager Tony to come out uninstall/reinstall my TVs and he called me back with a date and time he could install. He told me he was not able to uninstall and on that date(as it was short notice, that is understandable) but when nobody showed up on the date he gave me to come back and reinstall and when asked if they were coming Tony did not even respond to me. I had to go inside Best Buy store to reschedule. When his colleagues contacted him, He acted as though I never had an appointment although clearly he stated to me over the phone a day and time he would be sending guys out. ON 2 occasions now a job is not completed.5.) So once I reschedule with Best Buy geek squad comes out. My new residence isn’t set up for tv to be mounted to the wall like it was in my last home. So geek squad is there and I want all of my TVs and devices set back up yet they can’t because I don’t even have the tv stands from the TVs I purchased all because Magnolia took them from me without my permission. So after all the run around the least you think Magnolia would do is replace the tv stands so I could get everything set up. Instead they tell geek squad they never took them. Once again they don’t take responsibility for there mess up or even offer something in return. ALSO NOTE: I went up the ladder of management and the general manager of Best Buy himself has been made aware of the situation. I was told I would be hearing from him and hear back from geek squad..: guess what? I NEVER heard back from either!!!!! The way they solve their problems is by IGNORING their high paying customers. BEST BUY GO Take a look at how much money I spend there yearly!!!!!5.) They have wasted so much of my time, I should send them a bill. From the multiple times of calling, going inside the store to speak to management, a no show for install(2x), and install that I paid for again and was t able to have anything installed because of not having the tv stands!!!!! It’s been one problem to the next with these peopleI highly recommend taking you’re hard earned money elsewhere for quality service and punctual installation because I can vouch you won’t be receiving that from The Magnolia Design Center. They do not acknowledge or take responsibility for their incompetence and you fork out a fortune they don’t care about their customers because they leave you hanging after they get paid!

Amazing selection of audio and video equipment to bring your own home theater experience to a new level. Very knowledgeable sales personnel who will come to your location for in home consultations. Overall great atmosphere and buying experience.

My experiences at the Best Buy on Hammond Dr turned out to be worse and worse. I waited in line for a while, then was invited to take a seat, then again, left to wait forever, as I was inexistent. And that happened more than once! As a Geek Squad member, I expected to be treated in a totally different way.
