I was interested in one of the smart phones. I asked for help. I was told that they are busy. After a while, I went to see if someone is available. There where 4 associates and two customers. One of the associates said she did not belong to that department. Yet, the other associate was talking with her (who knows about what), while I was waiting. Finally, the guy came and said that due to Covid they are short on staff. However, there were barely customers in the store. I left the store without the much needed information. Went home, googled, got what I needed and I will spend my money somewhere else...

I have hesitated going to BestBuy to purchase my computers based on past experiences years ago. However, I had a great experience thanks to an employee who helped me out by the name of Lutful. He helped guide me with choosing the right laptop and he was open and honest which made me feel very comfortable coming to my final decision and ultimately, my purchase. He even assisted me a day later with a mix-up regarding the Microsoft Office. I really appreciate his help and will use his advice in the future in case I or a family member need another device. 5 stars for Lutful.

Updated floor plan highlights home theater and home appliances which makes sense for Best Buy’s new business model. A storm took out my cable modem so I went in to get a replacement. Lots of blue shirts around to help answer questions and check out was fast and easy. If you need something same day Best Buy usually has it and this location is convenient and right off 285.

Nice selection of items on the floor to check out before purchasing. This is one of the larger stores Ive seen. Staff was all very friendly and checked to see you were finding everything all right. Most employees were wearing masks. There was hand sanitizer at checkout and barrier glass as well.

Website said they’d ship a printer to us by 9 pm that day. I figured that was too good to be true so we found a store (not the closest) who had it in stock. Stopped by and they didn’t have it ready for pickup. I don’t even know what that means? It’s already boxed, right? So after 20 minutes, we changed it to delivery and it arrived the next day. Still don’t know if the printer is any good.

Wanted to purchase a TV. Found an associate to ask quickly, she told me she would get someone for me and watched her stand at the register with another associate laughing it up while Im over there waiting. Then left and went back to the front. Then I see another associate, I quickly call him for assistance, another customer stops him Then and then he proceeds to help him. I left the store and went somewhere else and purchased a nice big TV. So glad I didnt give them my money for horrible customer service. Best Buy Corporate, maybe try Undercover Boss at the Perimeter location in Atl.

Having been a lifelong Best Buy customer, if i could give this store negative 100; I would; all due to the manager Chris Allan, on duty on Saturday December 5 @ 3Pm in the mobile department. He refused to give me the store GmS number.Having spent money on a replacement plan for a phone screen shield, he refused to honor it or work or even listen to me. Instead he went on a rant with out even putting an effort to hear what a customer gotta say. Last time ever, shopping at Best But. This guy shouldnt even b managing a lemonade stand. Great effort driving away a a lifetime customer!!

Love this store. Geek Squad us like having a corporate tech support team for non-corporate civilians. Rest of staff are experts in products, can explain things to match your tech savvy level (ranging from not savvy at all to high geek savvy). great product line options, good coaching on tech options, many services to make your like easier.

Customer service is horrendous. Floor workers are poor listeners and make assumptions about what buyer wants and gives suggestions on their assumptions. In one store I asked for an S PEN more than 2 times and was directed to go where I can get a screen replacement. In other store I was suggested an ink writing pen with a samsung stamp and cushioned top as if I could use it on a tablet! Poor POOR. POOR

So many employees standing around and no one willing to help. My husband gets me an employee and she automatically states they dont have what Im looking for. Im inquiring about a smartwatch and ask for a specific color, she walks me to the display and I ask for the model I want. We only have black ones. I said that whole row is black? She says yes, finally bends over and low and behold, other colors... I just walk away. She obviously doesnt want to work although shes on the clock. Really? Can I go into a store and get some human interaction while making a purchase? Amazon, here I come. I try and try to go to physical stores to support them but with staff like that? Youre on a path to self destruction.

What is Best Buy thinking? You can not call a store and find out if there is a particular item in the store so that you can check it out. You have to go to the store so driving all over town to see if a Best Buy has the recumbent bike in the store that I think that I want is their option? Well buy it from a store that can actually offer some help. The national number gives you no help.

Finally bought my TV and I couldnt have done a better job if I didnt have Michael and Carlos in the TV/Magnolia area to assist me. They gave me all of the information needed to get the right one to fit my needs as well as helped me measure my trunk space to ensure the TV fit in my car. Top notch customer service here and my go to for other things. Absolutely love this place!

I came in to have my MacBook charger replace through Apple care, the host at the door told me that I could just go to geek squad, I go to geek squad and wait in line for 30 min to have the geek squad representative tell me that I have to have an appointment and she was also not knowledgeable about Apple care. Poor service in my opinion, she was also very rude, I was there from 10:30am until 11am just to be turned away,. Very inconsiderate of my time as a customer. Dont expect much help from employees unless youre in their specific section. There was no one around the gaming department so I went to the location where the TV were. 3 employees were standing around and I asked one if they could help answer a question. He said Id have to talk with someone in that department. No help on finding me someone who could help because obviously I wouldnt have come up to them with the question if there had been someone in that department. I looked around on my way out the door. I guess you dont need my business that bad. Good luck.

Just the worst Best Buy I have been to. Most stuff is locked which is crazy, so you have to wait 15mns for someone to open and give you what you want to buy. And good luck finding someone to ask and get useful information. Staff doesnt even know where the products are in the store. The supervisor at the computer/storage aisle doesnt seem to care about our bad experience. Next time I will buy online.

My experience with this location started off ROUGH! Talking going to the store 3 different times to figure out where my online order was ROUGH! I guess it’s true, THIRD time really is the charm. Ben (I believe he is a manager) stopped what he was doing and gave me A+ Customer Service. Unfortunately, the item I originally ordered was no longer in the store. Ben went above and beyond and gave me the bigger kit but honored the original price. Thank you so much for making this situation much better. The attitude that was conveyed to me had me walk out and purchase my items 5 minutes away at Office Depot.Although Best Buy offers the best prices on certain items MOST places will price match them. Almost got scammed by this location. Bought a Samsung washer and dryer and decided to purchase new ones instead of the one on display at a discounted price. They came and did a great job installing the devices but the next time I visited this location, what do you know the display ones are gone and I’m realizing that they didn’t install the new models in my home. They apologized and refunded the full amount and charged me at the discounted display price but still, things like this would have gone unnoticed if I didn’t come back. I suggest all of the other customers to do the same when purchasing large items and make sure this location isn’t trying to take advantage of you and your long distance orders.

Security/greeter at the door greeted me warmly and asked if I need any help. I politely declined and proceeded to the Apple kiosk in the store and found two “employees” leaning over a display looking at their phones. I said I’d like to buy an Apple Pencil. One “employee“ looked at me, seemed a little confused, and said “well you can go grab one upfront“.So, I turned to walk the front of the store. I turned around quickly and asked where “upfront” He meant specifically. Both employees were more than willing to start offering convoluted directions about exactly where the Apple pencils were. I realized it wasn’t worth it. I also realized it wasn’t worth going back to Best Buy. Ever again. Thanks guys.

It was difficult to find things and finding a salesperson was even more difficult. When I went to check out, the guy was in the middle of a conversation with a coworker and then turned to watch a video on his phone while he was running my purchase through the register. I had an immediate need for what I bought otherwise I would have made the purchase online. At least when I am ignored it is because my computer does not think any more than the guy behind the register.

The girl with the broken arm at the Geek Squad was extremely unhelpful and seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me solve my problem. I have a Galaxy 3 watch and she said Im a Apple person, and basically said figure it out. I just spent almost 400 last week and have no idea how to access apps from my phone. Terrible experience.

Waited at curbside pickup over 20 minutes to pick up the new PS5 console. I saw a couple go out before mine even though they arrived after me. The attendant said that mine was still on the truck?? I had received the email saying it was ready 2 hours prior and I had a 40 minute drive to get to this Best Buy since the ones near my house were all out. If youre going to buy a TV, you really need to see them side by side and compare, and Best Buy is good for that. Also if you want to buy Apple products or unlocked phones it also could be good. Otherwise whats in the store has been narrowed down to the disappointingly small selection in many cases. Its not what it used to be, but then most brick and mortars arent.

This Best buy is close and convenient. The staff is very professional and helpful. When I went in to pick up my item they were out of a lot of stuff. So make sure youre checking online to see if this Best buy has your item or at least calling. other than that this place is friendly and right across from perimeter Mall. Theres a lot to do in the plaza although traffic can become congested in that area. Happy shopping!

A few weeks ago I called Best Buy and scheduled an appointment to have a car audio system installed. Rep quoted me a price of $174 parts and labor (which I thought was low) but booked it anyway. When I arrived at the Edgewood street location, I was told there had been a mistake and that the parts (which they DIDNT have) and labor would be $477 which sounded about right. So I bought the system from Best Buy, and all the wiring/mount/accessories from Amazon(PER THEIR RECOMMENDATION). Scheduled the NEW installation appointment with Best Buy (Geek Squad) at the DUNWOODY location 2 weeks from that date. All the equipment arrived at my house a few days before the installation appointment. CONFIRMED my installation appointment the night before. Drove through storms yesterday to the Dunwoody location only to be told my appointment was cancelled because 1 of the installers went on leave and the other one was booked solid. No email or phone call to let me know. Said it would be A MONTH before I could get it installed. So I had to take it to a private installer across town and pay even MORE money because Best Buy was to discount the install price since I bought the system from them!! Your customer service sucks. Thats my last dime with BB.

I had to wait over 30mns at the best buy o Hammond drive to even be seen or talked too. That was not fun at all. Once acknowledged, the service was great. Especially Micaela, who provided exceptional service. We received a botched, broken computer which had none of the characteristics we explained we needed to the salesperson.Upon returning it to buy another. The guy, understanding we were rushing for a project due, decided to make a detour to laugh it up with the store manager for 10 minutes. This social time he spent had nothing to do with taking the computer to Geek Squad as he said -to clear the computers content. He then came and refunded the money (instead of holding it for the new purchase) to my card leaving me withbthe inability to purchase a new computer. After finding a new computer and seeing this, I learned that he ALSO had not refunded the full amount. I could have been less over $100!Next my $$ was tied up with Best Buy and I could not use it at all. This caused us tremendius injury. My Son does Celebrity Interviews and we were not able to vusit with anyone else to handle getting on the stream. BEST BUT SHOULD NOT HOLD ON TO CUSTOMERS CASH MONEY when returns are made for purchases on a debit card. After such an aweful experience THE COMPANY held over $860.00 of my money prohibiting my own use!

I spent five figures on an entire home install, and after one year, it still is not working properly. We have had no less than 10 visits to fix, and each time they come unprepared to fix a simple problem. The sales team (Joe and Peter) abandoned the job as soon as the check was written. Avoid this store. I am 3x repeat customer with large installs in other areas, I have never experienced this.

Dishonest Company. Will not shop there again. Lifetime warranty on screen cover. Screen cover popped off one week after installed. They refused to honor even after looking up my purchase agreement. $60 for original with installation. Charged me$10 for new cover and$8 to install this time. There was no employee at the Geek Squad counter. Eventually a brown haired girl came out of the back non chalontly. I told her that I needed a diagnosis on this computer tower. She asked if I had an account I said I wasnt sure. She asked for a phone number and I gave her my bosses and said the business name. She found him in the system and said that it was an awards account. I said ok and again said I needed a diagnostic preformed. She went on about costs and a program. I said again, I need a diagnostic and then wed figure out the rest afterwards. I left the tower there and awaited a phone call. Several days later I called on the status. She said, someone came and dropped it and said her husband was looking at another computer and never came back to the counter to fill out paperwork. I NEVER ONCE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY HUSBAND and she NEVER said anything about needing any paperwork. I told her several times I needed a diagnostic preformed and she only asked for a phone number which I had provided. Needless to say.. they never touched the tower, never called and wasted 4 days. Now, with the state of emergency we are under, they can no longer do anything. Very incompetent and lazy employee they have working there. She should have taken all the information she needed from me when I placed the tower on the counter.

I ordered TCL 40 from Best Buy(1201 Hammond Dr Ste C, Dunwoody) on 11/27/20 in the morning for pickup and it was picked up by someone else. Although I never wanted to go inside the store because of safety concerns especially during this holiday time in that crazy crowd. But due to this mess, I visited the store. The store person(Andy) who was looking into my order was behaving rude and shouting at me. He was literally shouting like I apologize. SHOUTING is not APOLOGIZING. I told him that his tone is not sounding apologetic to me and told him my concerns about safety. He was like we are also working here, I was like this is my personal opinion regarding my health and he has no right to tell me in what way I should feel safe. On top of that he said I am apologizing what else I can do, do you want me to find your order or not? This is definitely not the way you should talk to the customer. I kept my calm and stayed quite. Then he brought TV and handed over to me again with no Apology. #Rude #Unprofessional

Your sales representative Michael in the cell phone department is one of the most unprofessional sales rep this store has ever had. As a business owner you never tell a customer that they are on one when they only stated what was told to them by customer service. People should be more respectful when working in customer service.
