I have fond memories of going to Pizza Inn with my family as a child. Sadly, the establishments near me have all closed. So this place was a nice discovery! They have booths for seating, nice atmosphere, quality pizza with many varieties, and excellent service! Oh and they still offer pizzerts--truly the best!

Plenty of pizza choices. Nice variety at salad bar. Very friendly workers. You can take your time, no one rushes you. Very inexpensive. Meal deals all week.

We had a great experience at Pizza Inn in Dunn, NC. The pizza was very fresh tasting & great! I personally had the monster pizza & chocolate chip pizza. Though I am a Campbell alum I don’t get to enjoy their pizza more than once a year when coming from Indiana to NC for vacation. I get excited about eating Pizza Inn whenever I can & this was my best experience in several visits to various locations over the past few years! Our waitress was very sweet & helpful! The manager was friendly & serious about all the customers having a good meal & overall experience. Thank you for making this part of our trip better than I even expected!

OUTSTANDING PIZZA INN! My husband and I are have been to MANY a Pizza Inn and this is BY FAR the BEST! Outstanding customer service, buffet was filled with pizza and routinely restocked and the pizza itself was delicious! There were many toppings and everything was so fresh and tasty. Couldnt say enough about how good it was! Its 35 minutes from our house and worth every bit of the drive and the price!

The buffet at Pizza Inn is very filling, but as the offerings on the bar lack quality and flavor. The salad bar has enough variety to create a wholesome salad, but the pizza selection leaves much to be desired. The crust is thin and super dry, lacking flavorful sauce and cheese. I used the spaghetti sauce as a topping to add moisture and flavor to the cool wedges of bland pizza. The dessert options were essentially sugar coated pizza dough, but my grandson loved the sweet bread. The waitress kept our beverages filled, and she was a happy, friendly member of the wait staff.

One of the few places to find a great pizza buffet. You may need to put in a request and wait for a bit for it to come out but for a pizza buffet its hard to beat. Good alternatives too like garlic bread, pasta, and salad stuff. Dessert pizzas are yummy too.

Very nice staff, considering its mostly buffet, sometimes you have to wait for the kind of pizza you want.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today wanting to try a different restaurant in the area. We had both never had pizza inn. The pizza was very good and the staff were all very friendly. Our waitress Keisha was so sweet. She gave us a great recommendation of what to try and was very happy and friendly. We will definitely be visiting again!

This place has tremendously improved over the past few years. Pizza is better now than it ever has been and the waitstaff is just as good! Rhonda is always friendly and makes sure that we have what we need! What she has done for this place has needed to be done for years. It went from somewhere I could care less about going to eat to somewhere I actually enjoy eating at now! I love how the buffet is always stocked with hot, fresh pizza and they are always willing to make anything you request!! So glad to have this place here!

Online order was 35 minutes late being completed. Part of the order is now cold. I was charged more than my online order invoice, when I asked about the discrepancy I was told the cashier rang me up with in the restaurant, and that online prices are different........🤔So price manipulation, cold food, and 35 minutes late, time to find a new pizza restaurant.

When we first arrived at the restaurant we had to push our own tables together for my family and I to sit down the waitresses did not even help. I put a request in for pizza three times with three different people and still did not receive the pizza before I left the restaurant. The waitress pretty much ingnored me the entire time. Also we requested bread sticks and cheese pizza and never got the food. We did have a large group so drink refills did take a while to receive. All the waitress were rude and stuck up. I will never come back to this location.

If i could rate this establishment 0 stars i totally would. This place is disgusting. There is crumbs all over the tables & food on the floor. Brought up the fact no one was wearing a mask with “Pam” & she did nothing but go sit down at another table. I told my waitress, Emilee that little kids were touching the bar & she looked at me & walked away as if i was a ghost. The buffet was disgusting. There was food everywhere & the floor around it was nasty. The pizza was cold & hard & overall not good. The spaghetti tasted old & undercooked & the dessert pizzas were hard. Would not recommend if you want good service & a good meal. Will not be coming back here again.

My husband and I eat at pizza inn every Wednesday night and I want to say last night was awesome! Pam Adams the manager the manager is doing a terrific job! The food was top of the line and she made sure the buffet stayed full and fresh! She interacts with the customers so well and makes sure everyone is well satisfied! Enjoyed the salad bar, pizza and dessert pizza. Great customer service and felt safe. They have remodeled since the last time I was there. Nice, roomy and clean. I look forward to going there again!

Order 2 spaghetti with garlic bread and one chocolate dessert pizza to pick upThis meal costs us 18.57 for food that had to throw in the trash can.1) noodle were hard2) barely any sauce on the noodles3) no garlic bread was in the order was told when I place the order it came with the meal4) chocolate dessert pizza dough was raw5) place the order 30 minutes ahead of picking it up still had to wait at the drive thru window for about 10 minutes6) employees don’t wear mask, but customers to.This will be our last visit to this place. We can’t afford to throw money in the trash can. Not to say we were left with no supper to eat.

I never do this but . I did an online order for this pizza inn in Dunn NC Friday night. I placed the order online at 5 pm for a 6 pm pickup. I arriiat the window at 5:57. I was told they couldnt find my pizza for a few minutes then they found it in the oven it wasnt ready. I was told to wait out in the handicap parking space . But before I got to it someone parked in it . So Im ridding around in the parking lot because there are no empty spaces. I cant go in because I have my dog with me . I finally call back in . The manager tells me to come back through the line . I do . She said they cooked the wrong pizza. I was in that parking lot 40 minutes. I will not be going back.

Slow service. Had the buffet. Not much to choose from and it was lukewarm. The thing good was the salad.

The waiters were amazing! I threw my mom a surprise 67th birthday party there! She had a ball! Everyone loved all of the varieties of pizza choices and they enjoyed making yummy salads. The men tore up the riblets too. Lol!!!We will be back! We drove all the way from Fayetteville to dine at Pizza Inn. The only thing missing, that I would have loved to see on the bar was some fettuccine noodles and Alfredo sauce!! Yum! My favorite!!☺

This place is awesome. From the food to service, you will not find a better place! The staff is more than helpful to meet your needs and expectations! If your in the Dunn area don’t skip out on one of the best experiences and food in town!

Salad bar is loaded with jello salad, black and green olives, hard boiled eggs, cheese, peppericini, pasta salad, onions, green peppers, okra. Thats not all but there were too many to list. Try the French Dressing, its really good. They have several different types of pizza, spaghetti and two different sauces and today it was Chicken and rice and Loaded potato soup. This is the buffet. They also have dessert pizza but I dont know what kind.

This place is so nasty. None of the cooks were wearing their masks and if they were, they weren’t wearing them correctly. Brought this issues up with who i was told was the general manager, Pam, she said she would bring the issue up and ignored me and went over to another table and sat down with who i believe was her friend. no one was wearing a mask but my husband and I. There are signs posted all over the store about wearing a mask at the buffet and no one enforces it. They let their customer’s children touch the food that’s on the bar and do not say anything or bring the issue up at all. The floor was covered with crumbs and pizza crust. I cannot eat tomato’s, so i asked a waitress to make me a pizza with Alfredo sauce but they were too busy at the hostess stand talking to even acknowledge my presence.

Placed a online order it said 15 mins till it would be ready I live 20 mins away so I headed There. Got there about 10 mins after it was suppose to be ready for them to tell me another 15 mins because the order hasn’t been placed in yet. I leave Out and go to biglots come back about 20 mins later for them to tell me it was never placed in and my order was cancelled I am Now 50 mins into when the order should have been ready and the manager only said well I can ring up the order now and it will take 10 mins. Well I left Bc unfortunately I live 20 mins away and I had To get back to work. So ridiculous and super disappointed

For a long time I refused to go here because of the thin crust, but that was just because they never put regular crust out on the buffet. After returning for a friends fundraiser, I found that Pizza Inn Buffet has amazing pizza, spaghetti, salad and cheesy bread just waiting to be eaten! They also have desert pizzas which Im not really a fan of, but Im also very picky so you might like them.

You must stop in and eat here. Such a wonderful environment. Rhonda the manager was very nice and pleasant. Our waitress Emily was such a sweetheart. I will definitely come back again. The pizza was very very good .

Most impressed with the service. Four guests of 3 generations it became a little tradition to eat here on my grandmothers birthday or for just some time with her... All per her request. She recently passed so now this Pizza Inn has become officially part of our memory of good times had.

I never write reviews, especially bad ones, as I have been a server for 10 years and understand things happen. Something about this experience has haunted me so much that I actually made a google account to write this review (I didn’t previously have one). The server was friendly, she did mess our check up twice but was happy to correct it. The pizza was hit and miss. Mine was cold, however, my husband and kids seemed to really enjoy the food and that’s what’s really important to me but OMG the bathrooms!!!!!!!! I took my 3 year old daughter because let’s face it, at that age they think they have to check out every public restroom we pass by. We walked in and there were 2 stalls. Went in the first and it was completely stopped up with toilet paper almost to the top. There was someone in the other stall, so we waited for it to become available. Who was in there ? ....... a PIZZA INN employee. I don’t say this to say that this employee created this mess but to note that an employee did see the condition of these bathrooms. When she came out, we went in the stall after her. There was poop all over the back of the toilet, toilet paper on the floor, hanging out the toilet. I came out and asked to speak to the manager. He was a young guy. He was friendly but I got the vibe that he was kind of trying to brush it off as no big deal. I purposely went back into the bathrooms before leaving the restaurant at least 15 minutes later, to find it in the same condition that I originally saw it in. This restroom made a last call, 2am, bar bathroom look 5 star. I asked the lady at the register if that was the only manager present. She said yes and she could call him over if I wanted to talk to him. I said no thanks. I asked her for his managers name. She gave me the name Pam. I will be calling to speak with Pam next week. Seriously, I never do this. Never complain. I actually get embarrassed if someone I’m with complains or makes a scene .... but this was literally traumatizing.

Stopped in not that long ago. pizza was bad. the servers were extremely rude & the restaurant was disgusting. the general manager, pam, was extremely rude to me. 0/10 experience. the salad bar was filthy & there was something in the lettuce. the pizza was cold & hard & gross overall. the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. none of the employees looked like they enjoyed being there. it was a very haunting experience overall. if i could rate 0 stars... i would.

Just left, and it was great! I have been here, with my 6 yr old, twice, in the last two weeks. I must say that the service is great, the place is clean, and the pizza is pretty good. The first time I ordered from the kitchen, and tonight we got buffet. I honestly preferred the made to order pizza, as I felt that the crust seemed a bit bland, tonight. I will say that I dont EVER eat buffet, but I was in such a hurry, tonight that I decided to give it a shot after taking a look, and seeing how very clean it was, and how quickly replaced, the pizzas were. Nothing sits there for very long. Give it a try! Its pretty good! :)

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza with no bacon to go. Got home and the pizza had only bacon and beef on it! Not only did they mess up leaving off the bacon, there was no pickles or onion. Given how slow it was I was very disappointed. Do not recommend.

All you can eat buffet. Kids night is Tuesdays. Senior night is Wednesdays. All you can eat wings on FRIDAYS SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

To be honest I feel like the food wasnt the best but it was pretty good and the employees where pretty nice even though we where late and had about 15 people so i was expecting like terrible service and they where good about it in general it was pretty great experience

The only reason I didnt give this place less stars is because a year ago, they were pretty good. Maybe the Covid virus as effected business. Bathrooms were filthy, and food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, and lots of the selections were left empty and unfilled the entire time I was there. This place used to be great, not sure what happened.

We LOVEEEE our local Pizza Inn! The management goes above and beyond to ensure that our visits are 5 stars :) The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is graciously accommodating to our rather large family of 12 :-P Saphronia aka Sophie is our personal favorite waitress but we have never had bad service with anyone at this restaurant. We look forward to our family dinners at Pizza Inn and are thankful for the wonderful service all around.

I’ve had multiple mixed experiences here over the last year but today takes the cake. If a customer placed an order online, I shouldn’t find out that you’re out of the items I ordered when I show up at the time given to me for pick up! It’s outrageous that no employee either cared enough to call me after the order was placed or just didn’t bother looking at the online orders all together!

Kisha is the best server! She should plan to be in management one day. I have eaten here before and service was horrible. Food is good but Kisha made sure our favorites were made and brought fresh hot slices from the kitchen to our table! Glad to see customer service is still alive.

Very discriminating against some people. Bridgette in formed me I had to where a mask and gloves to even go to the dar. However there were several people going to the bar without gloves and mask..Later I looked like it was her friends or at least it looked like it. The point is if your going to make people wear mask and gloves you make all the people do it!!We would have had a great time uf not discriminated upon.WILL NOT BE BACK..

When ordering steak and cheese Calzones, there was some confusion on my part, and onions, peppers and mushrooms were included, not knowing they were automatically. They were more then happy to make new ones to replace the others. Great personnel and a clean establishment.

Have always loved Pizza Inn, pre-COVID. Just visited again and while the food and service was good, the health/safety measures taken by the restaurant to prevent the spread of COVID have eliminated any possibility of me returning. Of the wait staff that DID have a mask, EVERY one of them wore it below their nose. When I asked why, our server pulled hers up but only momentarily. The cook in the kitchen had no mask on whatsoever. Patrons without masks were allowed in (yes I’m aware of some with medical restrictions) and while gloves were provided at the buffet bar they weren’t required. During our visit I only saw one lady wear a mask and gloves at the buffet bar and this was on a Saturday at 12:00 pm. This is very sad in that Pizza Inn used to be a favorite place to go.....

Great place! Food always fresh on buffet! Our server Terri is great!! We eat at pizza inn often we love it when Terri serves us she always puts a smile on our face and we never wait on anything! Rhonda new management is doing great! Very friendly staff and great food!! I recommend pizza inn to all! Best salad in town also!

Our waitress was so sweet. The buffet bar was hot and fresh. we ask for specialty pizzas and they would bring them out in a timely fashion. The salad bar was full and fresh everything was so tasty. The restaurant is clean its a nice atmosphere and it seems to attract a very pleasant crowd. Definitely give it a try, hope your experience is as good as mine was!

First time Ive been since its reopen. Everything looked real nice & clean. Everything I ate was Perfect... Im glad my daughter called & invited me, even if it was the last minute...... It was really good & service was great....

The new design is awesome. The food was delicious, and service was good. Everything on the salad bar was fresh. Pizzas were brought out regularly, so they were nice and hot. Other people told me how much they enjoyed the pasta and dessert pizza. Kenneth Johnson has done another outstanding job!

Best Pizza Inn I’ve been to in a long time. Great service and friendly people. Totally miss the one we had in Morehead City. Y’all need to open one up there! ♥️😊

Hard an to much sauce on pizza

Back in the mid 80s and early 90s the Dunn location was the best pizza in in the state. I do not know what has happened because it was the lousiest pizza I have ever eaten in my life. I wouldnt even call what theyre putting on the buffet Pizza. It is more like crackers with a tiny bit of marinara and whatever they choose to put on top of that. It is a very disappointing meal. I have had a better Pizza from the grocery store that was frozen in a box

Went for the usual mid-week lunch buffet...eaten here all my life but first time back in 3 years. The new interior design is beautiful!However, staff were not prepared to efficiently serve the buffet. Upon entering, we walked past a sign instructing us to please be seated. Yet, we were stopped while walking through the dining room and chastised because, you were supposed to wait to be seated. I pointed to the sign, replying, It says, Please be seated.. Just as shes telling me its supposed to be flipped to the please wait to be seated side another waitress walks up and they keep us standing there while they have a tense discussion about whos turn it is to get a table. Frustrated at being the center of attention, in the middle of their fuss, in the middle of the dining room, we continued on and sat ourselves. The food was good, but the buffet was nearly empty the entire time we were there.This was not a busy day during mid-rush. The problem, from arrival to departure, appeared to be poor communication.

Went late night, so I wasnt expecting much. It was still a couple hours before close, but the servers were definitely more invested in tearing down their sections than paying attention to customers. The broccoli cheddar soup was fantastic! The pizza wasnt great, but it had definitely been sitting and we were well outside of peak pizza buffet hours so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt there. Would definitely go back again

The staff made this place good. The salad bar was also decent, particularly given the late hour. The pizza, on both the buffet and a few fresh pieces we were brought, was kind of so-so. Its not a place I would turn down, but its not a place I would choose if offered other options. The staff really makes it cool though.

The variety of pizza and dessert was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. There was a birthday party going on , and they looked like they had a great time. The atmosphere was light and good for eating.not loud , just right .

Salad bar is lacking, but adequate. Pizza bar is usually adequately full. Servers are usually helpful and nice. Average and adequate are the best ways to describe this pizza inn. Hopefully theyll bring beer back soon.

Order was 15 minutes late..Totally wrong order and one of the items we chose isnt even on the menu and the manager said so. Just really. Never go back. Rather have grocery store pizza. Disappointed.

We went in for a Sunday lunch and it was packed. Despite the fact that it was full, we got great and fast service. The waitress was very polite and worked very hard to make us happy. Honestly, the best thing they ever did to that restaurant was close it and remodel it. We asked our waitress if it was always that packed and she said it was. Still amazed by the great service!

We love the buffet here. Theres always plenty of pizza, salad, wings, pasta, and several different dessert pizzas as well. Its very reasonably priced and you can request any kind of pizza to be made and placed on the buffet to make sure you get your favorites!...So theres no need to think about leaving hungry!

I love this pizza place because of the variety. My favorites are the Taco pizza, Bacon, Cheddar Ham, and the Buffalo Chicken all on thin crust. The atmosphere is good and it has enough space for birthday parties. The service has always been good.

If it is from the Pizza Inn its a sin to call it pizza! Absolutely terrible, over cooked, poor quality cheese and toppings. Many people say it is good. Perhaps I just ate from Pizza Sin on a bad day or perhaps the others have just never had good pizza. The prices are low however. Maybe that explains it.

Hurts that this is my favorite pizza...but 8.99 for an empty buffet with no selection just dont cut it. Plus 3 more dollars for drink. Had no clean forks either. At least the waitress was super nice and helpful. Guess if I eat there again it will be take out with a coupon so I dont have to finance a meal for my family.

This place was filthy. I had to clean the booths (3 different ones) before I was able to choose one to sit in. The restrooms were filthy as well with a terrible smell (bad sewage problem, I assume). My server was very nice and attended to me while in the eatablishment. She brought me some fresh pizza to my table.
