Amazing ice cream!! I drive 40 minutes just to get their ice cream. The chocolate brownie and the red velvet are my favorites. Their pumpkin pie ice cream is also very tasty.

My grandson said this was a delicious ice cream parlor better than others so I stopped by and yes it was very good I had the pumpkin ice cream that was delicious and the strawberry also was delicious. I would go again

This place is a sleeper. As a resident of the area, I tend to avoid downtown Dunedin because it’s a bit touristy. However, I stopped here with my girls and was so glad I did. The ice cream here is delicious! We’ll be back!

The ice cream was very tasty. The service truly stands out! There was only one young man working and he handled the influx of guests like a pro. Got the line down super quick all with a smile on his face. He even got an applause from the guests in line for his quick service. Great job!

Amazing place with 0 complaints & 48 flavors! 🤩This icecream place was great! I personally went twice and my other party went at least 3 times. There’s another icecream place near by and even though we wanted to try it too we ended up going to the same place because we remember that it was so good. I liked that they had labels for everything in big font right in-front of you as well as a fun description of what that flavor has. They also have murch as well. They were nice and let me try 3 different flavors before I picked the one I wanted. They also did hefty scoops and made sure to give you your money’s worth which made us all very happy (may change on who give it to you). Nice atmosphere overall!

This is a great place with a good variety of delicious flavors. However, it was closed today during business hours. I wish theyd put a sign on the door that it was closed and when it might reopen.

I cant praise this place enough. Even with younger people working it, they are so friendly and professional. They put a welcoming vibe out and always have top notch service. The Florida orange is always delicious.

Their ice-cream is good and we always come back to this place. Prices are nicer than in other shops in the area.

It is a decent place to have shakes/ice cream/sorbets. I wanted to order Watermelon sorbet, but they were out of that. So I ordered Twix shake and cookies and cream shake. I wouldnt say that this was the best shake that I have had, but it was decent enough. Kids woulove the place because of the variety of flavors and the drawing/paintings on the walls.All in all it is a good place.

I’m only leaving 3 stars due to messy packaging and nothing was sealed or wrapped. Spoons were just thrown in a plastic cup with lid, which had an opening at the top. Spoons weren’t wrapped, and I know ice cream is messy, but at least clean/wipe the sides of the carton you’re putting the customers ice cream in before putting it in the bag. Birthday cake ice cream is to DIE for…. That’s the only positive about my order. Hope you guys fix the unsanitary issues.

By far our FAVORITE local ice cream shop, without exception!! Would suggest you guys offer an inexpensive dollop for a four legged friends. Even Dairy Queen here in Dogedin offers pup cups so please Ice creamery, add it for da mutts, cuz your his favorite too :)

I love THE custom shakes me and MY boyfriend go as often as possible, only thing is I really wish the workers would seem happier to serve us, I understand that milkshakes not be the best thing to do but I make sure I tip well always because I know how time consuming they are also I have a question;is there ever a time where you cant do a custom shake because my boyfriend went by himself and was told that they no longer did them but we went the next day and got them no problem if you dont want to make it dont lie be honest.

Vanilla soft serve is more like a vanilla slushie. Full of ice crystals, seems to be made with skim milk and no cream. Thawed out and refrozen. McDonalds doft serve beats this in quality any day, for a lot cheaper.

What a wonderful surprise! My wife took me last night and I was blown away. 48 flavors using Florida ingredients. Nice decor, colorful and lively. The coconut, almond fudge was divine. She had a mocha, chocolate, fudge ice cream that looked delicious. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is the service. The two young ladies there, while efficient, were not as pleasant. One of them looked like she was mad; she was curt. The prices were very reasonable and the product was fresh and tasty. The pictured cone was $2.95 plus tax.

Double Chocolate Milk Shake was great. Not on the menu. I asked for it and paid the higher price.

The scoops they give you is crazy awesomely generous! And it was pretty dang cheap too than almost all other ice cream shops Ive been to!The staff was so nice as well. We took our time sampling and deciding what we wanted.The price I paid for my double scoop waffle cone was probably no more than 5 or 6 bucks.

Extremely disappointed with the service I got today . I walked in with my 2 daughters I forgot my face covering at home so I used my sweatshirt to cover my face. The man miguel that works there told me I cant stand inside because Im not covering my face. Which I was. He then told me I have to be hands free . Well sign doesnt say that. I had to wait 15 minutes outside with my children for him to come take my order. And he was not very polite! Please do better

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Chris behind the register needs to learn manners and how to treat customers. We have family visit every few weeks from out of state and friends. This place will never get our business again, and I will make it a point to tell many others in the area.

This place has always been my favorite ice cream store. Went there on Friday to find while all employees were wearing masks, two of them weren’t wearing them over their nose (completely defeats the point of a mask).They were scooping ice cream like this as well breathing all over the ice cream in the freezer. With our county having the second highest infections in the state, the store needs to do a better job educating their staff how to properly handle food items.Once they do I’ll return and adjust my review. For now, others need to be warned.

Wouldnt serve us without a mask on after governor DeSantis said we didnt have to wear them in Florida. Gave us an incredibly hard time, will never come back there again!!!

Excellent selection of home made ice cream. I stopped in on Monday around 5pm and two young adults behind the counter were very friendly. Ice cream is delicious and the prices are much more reasonable than the other place on the corner. This is my go to spot for now on when I have the craving!

I had a really delicious chocolate chip cookie dough root beer float from here yesterday. There was plenty of ice cream scoops and chocolate chips/cookie dough throughout. It was great.The ice cream flavors are really great quality and the prices are really reasonable. The staff was really friendly as well.I will definitely stop here again the next time Im in Dunedin for some ice cream and recommend it.

Very nice staff, and my wife liked her ice cream, so I didnt leave just one star. We were referred there to get a special $3 milkshake - that particular machine was broken. My wife needed a bathroom, it was flooded. I kept an open mind and thought Id​try a hot fudge sundae (my favorite) - guess what? No hot fudge!The girl (again, very nice) mentioned they have chocolate sauce - I politely said no thanks - and noticed on my way out that the chocolate sauce is in a bottle by the front door with a sign that says to use all you want . Normally, that would excite me, but wait - its by the front door! Who knows who put what in there.Note to owner, please put the sauce on the counter. At least Id feel like you were keeping an eye on it that way.Summary: Super nice staff, wife said her hot fudge-less ice cream was good, and Im sure the other problems are fixed. So I cant say its not worth a try.Thank You

Great little place with lots of wonderful choices... even for vegans. The young man who waited on us was very personable and knowledgeable about the ice creams available. The shop was very clean.

Had Vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. The bad part is that they dont give you that many sprinkles. Dairy Queen is better as its the full scoop filled with sprinkles. Yet it tasted wonderful.The kids had superman and unicorn and they absolutely loved it!

The ice cream was served pretty melted. The customer service is not very good. They will not allow samples, I guess due to Covid, but how does that prevent the spread of anything. They also will not allow two different flavors in one scoop servings. I chose the coffee ice cream, which was heavily overpowered by chocolate pieces. Overall a bad experience.

Very good ice cream with a lot of flavors. I liked that they try to source ingredients from FL and dont include artificial stuff like preservatives or sweeteners. Price for a cone was right on at only a few dollars. There is some seating inside and a nice patio outside as well. Location is great - close to a park for the kids or the water if you want to walk out to the pier and watch the sunset. In comparison to another nearby ice cream shop, this one beats them hands down on flavor. Its a creamier texture ice cream and the options are better in my opinion. Will definitely be back to try a shake or a twister.

Me and the familys favorite ice cream parlor. We visit atleast one a week. The kids love picking out there scoops. And wifey (whos very picky) is always happy with her pick. I myself, am a man of many scoops and always pick a 5-scoop milkshake. Love it!

Nice little ice cream to stop with the family while walking downtown Dunedin

One employee working at height of a Saturday afternoon in Dunedin! She both scooped the ice cream, then went to the register and accepted money. The whole time NOT ONCE did she wash her hands, nor was she wearing gloves. Therefore, after handling money with her bare hands, she went right back to scooping icecream!!!!! I observed her doing this with at least 10 customers before it was my turn. Yikes, this is not an acceptable food handling process! Are employees not trained?? I will never return to this business after witnessing this careless and dangerous practice. Who is minding the store???!!!

Walked into the store and wasnt greeted or even looked at by anyone. The whole staff seemed pretty upset. Anyway, the ice cream tasted good so that is a plus. I will continue to go to Stratchans because they are super friendly there and I always feel welcomed.

Red velvet is excellent! Would have given 5 stars but you pay extra for a cone vs cup but its served upside down in a cup with the cone sticking out on top.

Ice cream was decent but surprised how small the waffle bowls and cones were.
