I had the pleasure of working with Ron and the two gentlemen who installed my sliding glass doors. He even installed my the transition strip for me! Mike was very communicative given the delays with building material during this pandemic. They all were very professional and I truly cant express how much I love my doors and working with each one. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them!

We could not be more satisfied. Our original 1970s windows are gone and we now have beautiful hurricane rated PGT windows - no more boarding up the house with plywood! Bozarth came highly recommended from a friend and they did a great job. Excellent communication. Installation day went so smoothly and the crew finished by vacuuming the area around each window and left our home cleaner than when they arrived! When were ready to replace the windows on our other property we will not hesitate to use them again.

Had an incredible experience with this company. They were quick to come out and go over options with me, we did all of the paperwork and loan work right there on the spot, the windows came in quickly, installation was fast, clean, and friendly. The guys who came out were AMAZING. Only issue was a minor screen issue where the screen is slightly warped. Upon inspection, I was assured theyd take responsibility and deliver/install a new one when they were in the area!Great response from them and will 100% use them again for the rest of my windows and probably new doors as well!

My only exposure to Bozarth Contractors is through Mike Perko. I cant say enough good things about him but I will try. Mike from the moment I met him I was impressed. His professionalism, skill level, very particular about his work, his respect for my property, was very polite and informative. His most outstand quality is his follow up. In my case, a small part of my window was damaged during shipment. He has made multiple calls (10+) to the factory and always includes me in the discussions. It would have been so easy for him to make one call and say I did my part. If you have the opportunity to get Mike on your installation consider yourself very fortunate.

I purchased hurricane windows and doors over a year ago. This company was the epitome of professional customer service. Austin was the lead installer and I couldn’t have been happier. I recently placed a service call, one of my drain holes was not doing it’s job, and to my pleasant surprise Austin was my service tech. He fixed the problem in no time at all.. He was also promptly on time. Additionally, he showed me how to remove my screens for cleaning, and it was markedly easier than how I had been attempting to do it. When I scheduled the appointment I was able to get it the next day. Their commitment to ongoing customer service and professionalism will ensure I recommend them to anyone who wants new windows and doors.

We had a window put into a block home. It was a pretty big job since they had to break through the block, and putt in a header. They came on schedule and cleaned up beautifully. The window looks great. They were professional, responsive and on-time!

Windows are fine but after waiting for over 3 months for a side garage door it still does not open and now I’m told they are waiting for parts to fix what was supposed to be a New door and frame very unhappy should have left the old door at least it opened

We replaced entire home windows & doors, Bozarth was reliable, professional, great quality products, competitive pricing, strict PPE standards for safety of homeowner, prompt scheduling & follow-up appt for adjustments, rebate programs explained & guided. We highly recommend!

I wish I would’ve done a lot more research before hiring these people. Be careful giving them any money until you know everything is done properly. Sometimes I wonder how these people get licensed to do work

Darren and Justin installed my new french entry doors and did a supberb job. The quaility is exceptional along with the clean up! I couldnt be happier with this contractor from the beginning phone call speaking with Tammy, to dealing with Ron in sales, and Liz and Mike with the installation process. Darren and Justin continued with the high quality installation. Well done Bozarth! Very grateful and satisfied customer.

My house is now cool and quiet!! Bozarth did great starting with old-school sales with Ron to superb installation with Darren who was conscientiously detailed throughout myhouse installing Windows and Doors. He and his fellow workers were always courteous and professional. Job well done.

Should have believed all the bad reviews here and never considered the company. Originally ordered doors and windows, put down a 50% deposit which got deposited instantly. A week went buy and no one called to schedule the measurements. Had to contact the sales rep and finally got a call. After Mike came to do the measurements we decided to skip the windows as his evaluation and advice was different than Ron’s - our sales rep (at this point nothing has been ordered yet and according to him that was an option and the contract needed to be modified anyways because the door needed to be cut). My deposit covered more than the whole job of the doors so I called the sales rep and asked if in the meantime I can get part of my deposit back as the new cost was less than half and he told that the door might take 8 weeks to be delivered. His immediate response was: we can just cancel the contract...We thought that was really odd and should have seen this as a red flag but told them that’s not what we ask, we just want you to hold on to 50% cost of the job and for us to have the rest until the job is completed. He sent us an updated contract which stated we will receive a check for the amount requested, we signed and moved on. 9 days went by and we never received a check. I called the office and the lady in finance told me that she just received my information and will be mailing a check a week later because they only write checks twice a month...at this point that would be 3 weeks after signing an updated contract and 6 weeks since they deposited my check. She asked me to reach out to the sales rep’s boss Chuck who was extremely rude and basically told me that in his opinion it is ok to keep my money because I will have to give it back to them anyways and there was nothing he could do to get me a check sooner because it was not important enough to beak the company “rules”. A couple hours later he texted me that he spoke to the owner of the company and our job has been CANCELED. I called the owner of the company Jessi to make sure that was right and he told me he made this decision after talking with Chuck. I told him we never asked for the job to be cancelled and at this point it has been weeks and we have turned out all other offers so this would be a huge inconvenience and he couldn’t care less. He kept saying he didn’t want the job to go South and his attitude as an owner of the company was mind blowing. He never bothered to even call us or get our side of the story before making a decision. He has no pride in his business or his company’s customer service. He didn’t care he was causing us a huge inconvenience. All because I overpaid for the job and wanted my money back in a timely manner? The saying that the fish rots from the head is exactly what is happening here. Do not use this company because they don’t care about you and do not deserve to be in business. A deposit is not a loan. I hope this helps somebody to save their time and money.

As you embark on the window replacement journey there is three main issues that must be addressed. Bozarth exceeded expectations in all categories.1. Lead time: several contractors were overbooking themselves to 24-36 weeks out! They claim its due to waiting on windows to arrive but in reality they are overbooked. Bozarth had very reasonable lead times of 10-12 weeks and were very up front about the scheduling process.2. Price: Bozarth was very competitive in their pricing. Especially when comparing other companies that use PGT windows, they were hands down the best price. Sure you can find windows cheaper but they will not be the same level of quality/reliability.3. Installing crew/ customer service:This is where Bozarth really sets themselves apart. Austin was by the far the most knowledgeable and honest salesperson we encountered. He even noticed a structural issue that no other company bothered to mention. The work crew was clean, efficient and very respectful of our home. We have had a few small issues that required a visit but Bozarth has been quick to fix them. This has remained true even after final payment which is the true testament of customer service in the home improvement industry.Hopefully this gives you some insight into what was overall a great experience.

Not sure any of the installers knew what they were doing and made a mess of the property inside and out. I’d say the company doesn’t know how to properly manage the workers and I definitely didn’t see anyone overseeing the job. Not sure how they stay in business from what I experienced. Look elsewhere

I had the windows installed and when they were completed the installer wrote on the completion forms of parts missing, window plugs, screen door latch and screens that do not stay in their track. I have an inspection today and the job is not complete. I came here from michigan for the inspection only to find out they still did not complete the project. I told them they could even leave them in the screen door and I would install them myself a month ago. And still no parts, Im sure this will be a wasted trip , time and money. The installers were good and cleaned up well but the company obviously doesnt care about the completed project or have common courtesy for another persons time. I only have 2 stars because of the installers. The product seems nice and solid. The person to do follow ups I guess is another situation. I should have waited to pay them until the inspection was completed then maybe I would have my parts and not have wasted time.

Terrible. 3+ months to get doors delivered, then week and half to get installed. Installation was not good. Very poor caulking, wood filling. I now have to pay a professional painter to come in and attempt to fix their amateur mess. I wouldnt suggest using them.

Fair prices for installing windows and a high rating on Angies list! Great clean installation of new Miami DADE approved windows!
