Wow! This place is Amazing!! I needed a polo shirt personalized for my father as a gift for Fathers Day. I had drawn out what I needed done on a sheet of paper. This guy took my drawing and turned it into an Amazingly Professional knockout shirt!! We are Super Happy and Impressed!!! A+++!!

This place is an absolute joke. I took in 18 uniforms for embroidery and guess what? I only received 17 when I picked them up. I understand mistakes happen, but Mike fails to live up to the basics when it comes to customer service.For nearly two months I have been waiting for them to make this right, but NO, this apparently is too difficult to do. Absolutely frustrating when someone takes your money and then doesnt deliver on what they have promised.I should have known better when I walked in the store and it was in complete disarray. I should have walked out at that point and not doing so is on me.Do not waste your money in this store. You will regret it.

An absolutely amazing company. They went above and beyond all expectations. I called on a Saturday, mid morning, in dire need of silk screened shirts I needed that day. 3 different designs, 100 shirts. Mind you they are only open a few hours on Saturday. They didnt hesitate to meet my needs. They got right to work designing the three different designs, made up the shirts, and a few hours later called me to come pick them up. They were perfect. They stayed open past closing to get the job done. Never in my 42 years have I had such an amazing customer service experience. Not only were they were professional but super nice, and their prices cant be beat. I highly recommend them, you cant go wrong. You will not be disappointed!

Called Mike last Friday to get 14 softball jerseys done. He said can get them done by Monday, March 18 @ $29 a Jersey. I said great. Then I follow up with him on Wednesday about the jerseys and he said what about the two I lettered for you. I said I forgot about them and will get them on Monday with the others. I only owed $45 for lettering. Let alone I spent over 2000 dollars on work uniforms and never forgot about a order to be picked up then. Followed up today about softball jerseys and tells me he cant do it because of a $45 balance. Are you serious? Now lets let down a whole softball team of 13 years old because you are hurting that bad over $45. Lets disappoint them because you cant keep your word. I will post this bad customer service experience everywhere I can. I will also let every parent know about your poor customer service!
