Got new windshield wipers. The first pair I picked out did not fit, so the woman who was helping me grabbed the Rain X brand. They fit my car perfect and the woman put them on and charged me the same price as the first set I picked out. Was very pleased. Will shop here again.

I just had the best experience Ive ever had at AAP and I go to many different stores and I go to them often. The manager on duty, Mary, took the time to quickly dig up old transactions and fix the mistakes of other stores while helping a few other customers in line at the same time! I will be driving out of my way to go to this store.

I have always liked the service here and today drove out of my way to get to this store. However, I was totally disgusted when I walked in. No one, employees nor the customer that I saw walk in with a mask on, was wearing masks. I turned around and walked out. A employee outside smoking, who appeared to be a manager, when asked dont the employees wear masks? said he could ask them to put one on. I told him no, that our neighbor just died from covid, Im not going back in. I will never go back to this store.

Been to this place many times never really had a problem this past week they ordered me a light for my truck it took a week for me to get it after all that he ordered the wrong side light took the light back they gave me a refund then told me it would be another week before I get the replacement went to another store they ordered the correct light and it was there the next day before noon

Over and over again I find myself coming back to this specific Advanced AutoParts Store. Staff is always knowledgeable and gets me exactly what I need with a positive attitude. I rented a front end service kit to do my tie rods and the process was super simple. They have a ton of other parts available for rent. Pro tip. order online and look for a discount code if possible.

Hello and can you walk in and buy from AutoZone floor but you can also order online and have it delivered within 24 hours.you guys there will help you install whatever it is you by if they can and they will loan you tools to work on your car to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly guys there.

Say they price match but then they chamge their mind if its too good of a deal. The guy was a jerk about it. So I just went and bought tgem where they were cheaper. Lost a good customer over $8.00

About 3 weeks ago i purchased what i thought was good wipper blades but turned out to be horrible... But i went in today and explained to rich how i spent 50 something already on blades and he took care of everything. New better blades and he installed them for me fast and with a smile.... I go there all the time but they hired some guy with these big things in this ears who is very rude. So now I go to the one on Main Street lunch much nicer people and a better feel for their job.

Staff at the desk looked up my battery, tested it, and replaced it in under a half hour both time in the last 2 years Ive had to bring 2 different cars. Wish there was a better selection of LEDs but the service was top notch.

Just went to this advanced auto to have my battery replaced the old Australian gentlemen was very kind and helpful but dont ever deal with the employee by the name of Frank. Frank was very rude to me and my father and incompetent and unwilling want to do his job even though the computer was saying the warranty was valid but Frank was having problems with the computer and was wanting us to come back tomorrow we asked him to call the manager to have the replacement of the battery approved after we got frustrated of being there 45 minutes because Frank didnt want to do his job....and then we go to walk out the store and he forcefully asked to speak to my father outside and then Frank demanded me to go back in the store which he absolutely had no right to do treating me like im a kid when im an adult. I am very displeased about my experience with Frank and this store i will be taking my buisness elsewhere

Great store but not very educated on what they do for a living...if you work at a part store you should know your job and have an understanding of what most of your parts do.

Still the best prices in town and they stand behind their warantees! If they dont have it in stock, they can almost always get in in a day or two. Check them first or last, you will end up there for your auto parts and accessories. 👍👍

Didnt seem very knowledgable about vehicles

The had what i needed and were able to provide fast service. Im a car guy, i maintain my familys and friends cars and usually do about 10 different repairs a month on automobiles from oil changes to headlights. They almost always have what i need but occasionally they do not but can order it. Now i would not recommend them for body part, as those are better purchased online for a better price, but for belts, bolts, parts and oils, this is a go to

Ive always loved Advance Auto Parts, been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades...until now. I was at this location yesterday, I asked to use their ratchet set in the parking lot to swap out spark plugs that I bought from them, the clerk (Jack) wouldnt let me, I even offering to give my DL to hold. Advance has ALWAYS let customers use tools in the parking lot, Ive swapped starters, plugs, alternator, all kinds of stuff in their parking lot with their tools, but this clerk says they dont do this anymore. So I went up the road to Oreilly and they let me. You guys screwed up by making this new rule. Bad business decision.

Needed my turn signal light bulb changed out. I looked up how to do it on utube and realized I dont have the tools to do it. I asked if they would change it for me there. He said he couldnt. Ive never been to an Advanced Auto that didnt help me. And...there was NO other customers in the store. Pretty sad. I wont buy parts there anymore.

I was helping someone whose car was broke down I stopped in to get a radiator hose. They didnt have the one I needed. they didnt offer to check any other stores I had to ask them to. I shop at advance quite often and have never had to ask them to look for at another store they always just do it. So I just ran down the street to OReillys.
