This place has just about everything you might need. Customer service was great. Gentleman there made coffee for me while I waited. It is not like Home Depot or Lowes where you go in and look for what you need, there is a catalog and they bring the part to you at the counter or at a dock. Prices were easy on the pocket.

The counter people at Deford Millworks are horrible. I walked in and out of the 6 people working, not one acknowledged that I was standing there. Finally I asked the guy if he could help me and he continued shuffling papers for about 5 more minutes before asking me what I needed. Another couple came in and stood for a while before someone finally said something. When I said whats happening the rude main ignore lady snapped WE ARENT A RETAIL STORE YOU KNOW like that makes ignoring potential customers OK. Go to a store that acts like they care about your business. Defords is not it.

Im a builder and was looking to get the entire package from framing to door/window schedule. The door/window manager Brook Clark was not only very slow, but was completely disrespectful in how he spoke and communicated with me. Brook never even gave me pricing, then told me, Im sure theres other distributors you can use. If one of my employers spoke that way to a client, and lost my company business due to laziness and disrespect, he would not have a job anymore! I would leave zero stars, and screenshot my conversation, but there is not that option. I will let all the builders in the area know of my horrific experience with Brook and DeFords whom he represents as a brand.

Worst experience ever , paid for things I never received. (Very expensive items) The company refused to make it right. Salesman we had was very dishonest. We we out thousands of dollars.I will never use this company again .

Boooooooop Has this guy named Matt he’s douche bag I’ve worked here and I was on time and never missed a day in 2 years and was let go because Matt the production and delivery manager was racist and was stealing company material him and his accomplish Christian Deford’s is a old and doesn’t want to change almost every employee is working in America illegally and they don’t want to make America great

A complete Waste of Time! Due to their subpar sales staff (Brooke), DeFords lost a $125,000 window/door order. I can only imagine how much business Brooke has lost this company. If he doesnt make time to prepare a quote, he should be replaced by someone who will.
