We miss Broadway Bound Dance Center, since we moved away. No other Dance studio comes even close. We watched the live stream of the recital it was amazing. Mr. ROCCO should be very proud of himself and his staff for making it through this whole last season which was so hard for so many people. It was a place for my son to really have a place to dance. We highly recommend Broadway Bound Dance Center for anyone looking for an amazing and artist dance experience.

Broadway Bound is a great dance school!! My daughters have been dancing here for almost 2 years and love it! We came here from another dance school and were instantly very impressed by how professional, friendly and helpful Mr. Rocco, the instructors, and front desk staff really are! Its very apparent the instructors are well trained and passionate about dance and want to pass that passion onto the dancers. They are demanding, yet nurturing and really take time to focus on technique and skill, while creating an environment that is fun for the dancers. This is a great place and I would definitely recommend it!!!

I love this school and have been here for a few years already, they do such a great job even in the midst of a pandemic they are professional, clean and careful all while still being able to engage the children. All the teachers really care about their students and helping them succeed. My kids really love their classes and want to go to class. Our children wouldve been lost without having a place to escape to. We are grateful that you have been in the community and appreciate all that you do for our children. The place really feels like a professional dance school the minute you walk in. Front desk/office personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m happy that you’re able to see the kids practicing when they have a class not through a monitor. I will definitely choose this Dance School over a Dance Studio. Mr Rocco and his staff definitely have a great positive attitude and the kids/students are happy. My son is taking Hip Hop classes and this school is exactly what I was looking for.I definitely recommend this School and you won’t regret it if you try.

Both of my daughters dance here. They adore their instructors and look forward to going to class. Broadway Bound has great staff! From the women at the front desk, to the instructors, all the way up to the owner...and the students work hard (and have fun!) Anyone who has had the pleasure of attending their end of year recital can attest to that. If you are looking to introduce your child to dance, give their introductory lesson a chance! I definitinely see my girls here for the long haul.

MR ROCCO and staff are top notch!! . They have kept the students active while in quarantine by virtual classes from the very start. I can’t say enough about how this studio has become a family and how much we enjoy being a part of something wonderful. Two of my daughters take classes at Broadway Bound and their respective experiences with Miss Julianne and Mr. Rocco have been excellent. The teachers are caring, take the time to give individual attention and know how to keep young children engaged. The classes are fun but learning proper technique is definitely emphasized so that week over week you begin to see ever increasing improvement in your little dancer. The classes arent the cheapest but you do get a high quality experience, which I think justifies the price. The small waiting area and parking situation are not ideal but overall a fantastic experience!

My 4 year-old just completed her first season at Broadway Bound and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, they are wonderful with kids. There is no pressure or competition for the little ones. They very much just want the kids to enjoy dance and have fun. The Spring recital was absolutely amazing. The production was outstanding. The students worked so hard and it showed. It was a full blown show and experience, super entertaining and very inclusive. We will definitely be back in September!

Broadway Bound is such an amazing dance school. I cant imagine taking my daughter anywhere else. She started when she was 2 and this is now her 4th year. Mr. Rocco, the teachers, the staff are all so wonderful. Its a very warm and friendly environment - its like a family. Im so happy we found this school. There is no place like it!

15 years ago I sent my daughter to Broadway Bound Dance Center and in those 15 years she has learned more about herself than any amount of schooling could teach. Mr. Rocco, the studio director, has created an environment that allows all its students to flourish and express themselves through a variety of dance genres. My daughter has not only learned about these different genres and how to express herself through them, but also discipline, responsibility, and the importance of friendship and team work. The studio has laid a solid foundation, providing her with all the values and skills required to make her into a successful and well-rounded young woman as she embarks on her journey to college.

My little sister has been going here for years. Im so impressed that Broadway Bound waisted no time transitioning to online classes and demos with everything that is going on. Its a huge relief that she can continue to do what she loves to do, at home. Both the in-person and online classes offered here are nothing short of amazing. There is always so much energy, care and attention poured into each class and we are forever grateful for this place!!

I want to say how lucky I was, last year I was living with my mom in New Jersey and we found Broadway bound dance center. When this whole quarantine came down I was able to do all my dance classes on zoom and still stay connected to my teachers who are amazing .I’m so grateful for Broadway bound.Now my mom and I have to move back to Long Island I will miss Broadway bound Great studio.We love Mr Rocco.

I was observing classes to enroll my son in recently. The teachers are warm and engaging. The staff is very friendly and the studio itself is clean, state of the art and has a real family feel. The studio has a large variety of classes as well! The studio is a big part of the community. I highly recommend.

I am happy to have found this dance studio! We just enrolled our daughter at Broadway Bound for the fall season. My husband and I looked at 3 other schools in the area and the clear choice for our us was Broadway Bound . While my daughter was in her free trial class, I asked  a few other moms what they thought of the school,  one mom has been there 6 years with her 3 children another mom shared her daughter is shy and sees her opening up more. The director and office staff we’re so friendly After her free trial class we we’re sold .We are excited for her to make some new friends, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for classes!  The studio is beautiful and they have big viewing windows for me to watch her while she’s learning. I dropped my niece off at this dance studio and had nothing to do, so I thought Id observe her class. I was able to watch through the window. I was surprised by just how fun this studio made dancing for her and her classmates! Overall, the studio is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is very friendly for both the students and their parents.

Broadway Bound is our dance home. Over the past seven years, my two daughters have taken many classes in hip hop, jazz, ballet, lyrical, and tap. My girls love their teachers who have taught them so much. Its exciting to see the growth of my girls as well as the older girls year after year in the amazing shows each spring. My daughters have fun in classes and in their adventures beyond at recitals and competitions. The office staff is wonderful. Mr. Rocco should be proud of the community he has built.

My sister and I have been dancing at broadway bound since we were 3 years old, and just graduated this past year. Our experiences at broadway bound cannot even begin to be put into words. The staff is so welcoming and so comforting, and the atmosphere of the whole studio is more than positive. The teachers and staff want nothing but the best for each of their students. The fact that a lot of the staff is still performing in the current industry allows the students to get insight to the real world. The studio has always been a safe environment, and has given me a home away from home. I am so thankful for broadway bound, and am so grateful to have spent 15 plus years in this tight knit community of professional students and teachers.

We absolutely love Broadway Bound. The faculty and staff are extremely professional, friendly, and talented. From Jazz to Ballet to Tap and Hiphop they cover it all and offer classes to all age ranges. The end of year recital is like a Broadway show. Each performance is better than the next! Amazing recital! I was so impressed by the growth you can see from all the children. The youngest being brave and overcoming their insecurities to perform and dance on stage to the oldest stepping out on the stage fully confident in who they are and loving every minute of it.

Both of my daughters Aleah and Avery are starting their 3rd year here and every week they are so excited for their class! Each year they try something new and the teachers, especially Ms Julianne, are so wonderful with the children! And I have to say Mr. Rocco puts on a dance recital like no other....we were blown away with the Star Wars theme 2 years ago and The Greatest Showmen this past season! Cannot wait for June to see what he has planned!

I have been a part of Broadway Bound Dance Center for close to four years! I can honestly say that walking into the studio, you feel right at home and extremely welcome! I just wanted to say that Broadway Bound Dance Center has been wonderful for my three girls. My niece and grandniece have been there as well.Rocco runs a dance center that is so parent friendly. It actually felt like I was involved in my girls progress. I could tell, and this was years ago, that Rocco really took an interest in the development and progress of the students. He also, at that time, had an incredible staff of dance teachers and administrative people that made it feel like home. If there was a place that any child could escape from real life for a while, this would be the place. I came to this studio looking for a Zumba class for myself and was very impressed after looking around. There were a group of kids in the dance room that were having a great time. The teacher was engaging and very patient with all the kids. I thought this was something my own child would want to be a part of. This past winter I visited family in New Jersey and took my 4 year old niece to the free Frozen Friends Camp offered by her dance school. Much to my surprise as we walked in I could not get over how beautiful the dance studio was and how it was decorated. I stayed for tow hours to observe. I was so impressed on how engaged the teacher was and how much fun she was having. Given my first impression pf this school I know my niece found a safe environment learn the dancing she loves. Our granddaughter has been dancing at Broadway Bound Dance Center (BBDC) for seven fabulous years. She has improved each year, and this year qualified to dance in Company during competitions. The energy, instruction, and quality of the dancing, and the overall experience has always been five star. Over the weekend of June 8-9, a total of six performances displayed the hard work of all of the dancers. The lighting, backdrops, choreography, and performances were all spectacular. BBDC inspires young people to reach their full potential. Congratulations to all involved in this BROADWAY level performance!

Just saw one of their exceptional recitals on Sunday. Although I dont have kids in the program, you can tell that they are given excellent training. The dancers are respectful and supportive of each other. There was a rite of passage that the audience got to witness as members of the company said goodbye to the graduating senior members. Heartfelt and great for the wee ones (who were also up on stage for the moment) to see and aim to achieve. Plus, saw some gifted dancers performing with great skills!

Broadway Bound is exceptional. Why might I say this? For several reasons. The first reason starts with their office staff. I have never encountered a more courteous, helpful and sweet group of women in all my years on this planet...oh and I mustn’t forget sharp, timely and efficient! When I called to inquire about what they had to offer, I immediately knew I liked the way they communicated. After they answered my many many questions, they helped guide me by offering a sample class or two for my daughter who was an experienced dancer but not up to the level she should have been at that point due to our lack of time to double up on ballet classes and due to the fact that you really have to advocate for your child to get them what they need. Past experiences were less attentive. Personal attention to progress was not a strength at her previous school (they had other strengths of course!). In order to advocate for your child, you need a listening and willing ear. Broadway Bound was and is that for my child and I. They asked what we wanted and were able to deliver in the most incredible way. My daughter’s dancing is not only on level now but she is exceeding everyone’s expectations and LOVING her instructors and their personalities as well as their instruction, guidance and genuine care for her progress and well being. If you ask for attention to detail and correction...you will get it!!!! With Mr. Rocco and Miss Christine at the helm, you simply cannot go wrong! Thank you so much for being incredible to my daughter, believing in her work ethic and helping her to be the best dancer with solid technique that she can be at every moment! PS I have been on Broadway so I know this business and I chose this school for everything it offers. The first year was a trial and we will be here to stay for the long haul.

The end of the year recital was amazing the kids did a great job especially the older kids. The teachers are amazing they are wonderful with the kids and very patient. Had a wonderful experience.

My daughter Jenna LOVES to dance and LOVES Broadway Bound Dance Center. She dances 5 to 6 days a week and says its her Happy Place. She has grown so much year after year. This is her 4th year there and she is 8 years old. The teachers are amazing!! They have a perfect mix of being strict, silly, loving and have a wonderful way of keeping the kids focused!! They push the kids to be the best they can be while praising and complimenting them at the same time. The performance and technique level of these kids stand out from others! We couldnt be happier at our home away from home!

As a former student at BBDC, I am thrilled to now be sending my four-year-old daughter to learn and grow through the wonderful community Mister Rocco has built! I spent seven amazing years learning not just dance, but how to be confident and graceful. Mister Rocco and staff are amazingly enthusiastic, passionate, and their talents and knowledge shine through in their teachings. The summer camp program has been a fantastic and cost-effective way to occupy my daughter while helping her learn to engage socially, challenge herself artistically, and have fun through dancing expression! This was my dance school from the age of 2 until I graduated high school when I was 17. I was on the dance competition team from the age of 7. While the facilities and studios may have changed and been upgraded, one thing that has never changed has been the amazing faculty and staff. Broadway Bound was like my second home growing up and I learned so much more than just amazing dance technique and artistry while I was there. I still love going back and visiting and helping out whenever I can.

As a dance professional, I have experience with dance studios across North America. BBDC continues to be an amazing space for young children to train. The owner Mr. Rocco is a wonderful teacher, and also brings in highly trained dance educators. He is hands-on in all aspects of running a high-end, organized, family-friendly school.

We have been at Broadway Bound since 2005. My oldest daughter started in a recreational Twinkling Twos class and has not stopped since. My younger daughter couldnt wait to start classes, and my son started hip hop when he was five. Now all three of them are members of dance company teams. They have learned to be dancers but more importantly their experiences at Broadway Bound have helped to instill a very positive work ethic. Their experiences have helped with their self confidence and expression. The facility is beautiful and the staff is always wonderful and encouraging. I know that everyone at Broadway Bound, from the office staff to their teachers, cares about my children.

Both my girls love it here! The teachers are beyond professional and super inspiring! They are so energetic and they genuinely love to teach dance. The office staff is amazing and so attentive. The dancers are motivated to work hard and work together as a team.

I was amazed how Ms. Allison was able to make her ballet class so developmentally appropriate for the young (3-5) children she was teaching- even the stretching was fun for them! Mr. Rocco and everyone else there were always helpful, and it was overall a wonderful experience for my girls.

I just had to write and tell the Broadway Bound Dance Center staff just how impressed we were with the concert. I wanted to share with you as a parent its so appreciated. I needed to write this review to share how impressed I was when I visited NJ. Saturday morning I brought my granddaughter to Broadway Bound Dance center, where she has been going for the last 3 years. As a first time observer and a grandfather, I thoroughly enjoyed observing my granddaughter though a huge observation window and was impressed as to how engaging the instructor was with all the young eager students. I am thrilled to know that there is a facility of this caliber in Bergen County that offers dance classes to children of this age. I would highly recommend this dance school for children of any age.Not only are the classes and staff professional, but the facility itself is wonderfully designed, comfortable and clean.

I have 2 girls who are students at Broadway Bound, a 7 and a 10 year old. My oldest daughter has been a student at the school since age 3. She is now 10.5, and every year we love it even more, especially my daughter. To remember when she started as a shy, quiet little girl, in a princess camp, to see where she is now fills me with so much pride. While of course she has more to learn, its noticeable how much she has developed so far- And not only with her dancing skills, but also with her poise, her dedication, and her love for the art as a whole, has grown.My daughter puts in the work, but the school plays such a HUGE role. From the ever-helpful management crew, to the experienced and dedicated teachers, to the owner, who is also a teacher himself, and very involved in the development of each individual student, you can see where so many of these students get their drive to push themselves. The energy in the classes, the camaraderie amongst the students, and the encouragement from the teachers contributes a great amount.Since Im a mom, and not a dancer, Id say Im more of an outsider looking in, but hearing the constant raves from my own two girls about much they love the establishment, the teachers, the productions, amongst other things reminds me that weve made a great choice with Broadway Bound.

Broadway Bound is a terrific dance school as evidenced by the spectacular recitals each year. My granddaughter has danced there for years and learned great technique as well as a love of dance. I had a lot of experience in the production and music industry in the past and Im amazed at the level of choreography, production and attention detail that BBDC puts into their shows. Im going to be completely honest here, this place is good like a normal dance academy but the dances are kind of bad like yo yo walks WHAT! and some of the costumes could be better if you ask me. and in some of the classes i took the teacher was eating her dinner in the middle of us doing turns. so yeah i like this place but there should be some improvements

Absolutely Love Broadway Bound Dance Center l!!As formally trained dancer, who has tried other dance schools in New Jersey I’m so pleased that I found Broadway Bound Dance Center. I admit with having a dance background, I’m hypercritical of instructors and have little tolerance for instructors who don’t make an effort to teach little ones the fundamentals of dance good posture, pointed feet, ect. My daughter attends both the 5-6yrs ballet/Jazz and Kiddie Hop class on Saturdays with Ms. Allyn. As a dance teacher Ms. Allyn is absolutely wonderful! She is great with all of the kids and makes dance fun while teaching technique and building the kids dance vocabulary. I was more than ready to take my daughter to NYC for classes but there’s no need. I’m pleasantly surprised to have found everything that I was looking for (nice studio, quality teachers, great technique and a nurturing environment) right in her Bergan county, NJ.So far my experience has been really good. Parking can be a challenge at the main building but get there early its worth it!!!! You can always take classes in the Annex too theres allot more parking.

My girls have been dancing here since they were 4. Amazing teachers and staff. We are at BB four days a week and it always feels like coming home. Love it here! Thank you Mr. Rocco for your amazing school!

Great dance school. Especially if you are looking for a smaller school with more attention to your child as an individual. Miss Lindsay and her team are so wonderful with the kids both on a group.and idividual level.The competition team is like a family and have won to s of local and national. My nephew LOVES this school, and has made life long connections here. Hes learned so much from them and is blossoming into an amazing performer.

Broadway Dance Bound has to be the most emacculate dance school I have ever stepped foot in to! The welcoming energy and love provided for every dancer and family member is inexpressible!! All of the teachers have so much patience with students as well, it is truly mesmerizing.

Best Dance studio around. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The shows they put together are always fantastic.

I must say bravo to the Broadway Bound Dance School for a wonderful dance concert. My daughter had the best time being part of this great production. My family and I were so taken aback at how professional this school presents the children,but never looses the fact that it is about the kids. I was ready to attend a dance recital but was thrilled to attend a show!!! The theater was really beautiful and AIR CONDITIONED (i hate the summer heat) My observation during one of the baby numbers was how connected the teacher was to her students. One child was nervous to go onstage and the teacher lovingly assisted her out and did the dance holding her hand. Being fairly new to Bergen County, I am delighted to have found dance classes in Dumont for my daughter. I recommend this school.

Oh... I love this school! My sisters and I use to go here but then we moved out to Long Island. I love the teachers at this school, it was like my second home. I felt we really learned how to dance, its a beautiful place!

It is always a pleause to put on Broadway Bound shows at the theater at Bergen County Academies! While working with their professional and dedicated staff it is clear how much passion is shared by everybody, from the talent to the teachers to the prop-dads. I always look forward to seeing Mr. Rocco, Ms. Ronni, Ms. Christine, Mr. Stitz, and Mr. Darren during the spring for a great week of dance!

Congratulations on another amazing End of Year show weekend! I have been a part of the BBDC family for six years and you all continue to amaze me! The production was amazing, the dancers thrilled the audience and the BBDC staff is the most lovely and professional staff that I have ever worked with. No situation frazzles you, you offer a smile, some confident and comfortable words and everyone just gets to enjoy! It was fabulous to see all of the hours of hard work and dedication of our teachers and dancers come together on the stage this weekend. Beautiful job and THANK YOU ALL for all that you do, it does not go unrecognized by the parents.

This place is the best, we miss Mr Rocco and all of the teachers here , my 3 girls used to dance here but husband got transferred to Florida,.We finally found a school for the girls, it isnt BBDC but the girls are happy. What we loved about Broadway Bound it has such a friendly environment, and my girls really had fun and learned how to dance ,We love the culture the studio creates , I highly recommend this school.

I was in the studio today and was amazed at the engagement between students and teachers. There was an extremely high level of artistic dancing being displayed and cant wait for my children to become involved in this exciting school.

The staff or workers are really nice. I was lost one day with my grandmother and they offered to charge my phone and let me use theirs and they are kept clean. Nice environment for children like me too bad I dont like here

I was a student at BBDC for 15 years. BBDC was a place that quickly became a second home to me. From the caring teachers to the wonderful office staff, BBDC was always a place I looked forward to going to. Over the years, with the help of my amazing teachers, I learned not only about dance, but life skills as well. My senior year was one of the best years at BBDC when Miss Alyssa became our new company teacher and inspired us to reach our full potential. I am thankful to have a place like this to always go back to.

This was our first year with BBDC and we absolutely loved our experience. We were part of other dance schools in the bergen county area and BBDC surpassed our expectations. The instructors and staff are very professional, patient and caring .

I will never be able to thank BBDC for the love and structure they have given my daughter.

Its hard for us to find enough words to thank you for every thing you did for Gili.Ever since she entered BBDC 3 years ago she changed tremendously.Gili entered the hip-hop company for fun, and then she discovered the joy and beauty of Ballet and Jazz. Her passion for dancing grew and she became a goal driven girl who is willing to put great effort and a lot of sweat in order to reach her dreams.There are many different studios and teachers out there. However, what makes BBDC so special is the amazing teachers who infuse in their teaching great passion for dancing, appreciation for effort, hard work and devotion.Gili will miss her friends in class and you all.She wants to let you know how much she appreciates every thing she learned from you.
