Been going to Precision for years! And YES, Ive needed their service more than normal (3 kids /w Licenses). Each and every single time they have exceeded my expectations when it comes to delivery, timelines and presentation of the result. I cant ask for anything more! My last visit was an out of pocket pay with best effort in the notes. best effort it certainly was!

I cant think of any words to describe Precision Auto with, other than simply amazing.I brought my car in to be repaired after getting rear ended. Right off the bat they were able to point out some damage the insurance adjuster and myself missed. Their attention to detail is immaculate, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. They will not be happy until the repairs are perfect.I did not buy this car brand new, but I think Precision made it look better than it would have when it rolled off the lot. They will be my #1 body shop recommendation from here on

I cant say enough about this company. Everyone was professional, took care of all the insurance details, and had a cold air conditioned car rental waiting for me when I dropped off my car. My vehicle was brand new - less than 5000 miles. I also cant say enough about the office staff. Both times, they helped me with car seats and properly installing them in the rental. Oh, almost forgot to mention how perfect my car was repaired. Thank you all for being such a great business!

My car received a nice dent in the fender and hood. They repaired the dents with no Problems and it looks beautiful quality quality work I will be bringing my Car here for future work in the future. Paint looks amazing no imperfections what so ever especially on a black car. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was scared to even ask for a rental and that fear was smashed with there help. Like it’s a win win quality work, quality people, you get what you pay for with this place guaranteed.

Precision recently did some repair work on my car, and I couldnt be happier with the service and the results. I visited Precision Auto in June 2020 and couldnt have been more satisfied with my experience. They were accommodating, quick, and thorough. I brought my car in for a bent repair and when I picked up my SUV not only was the bent unidentifiable, it was vacuumed, washed, and waxed. It never looked better! Highly recommend Precision Auto!

These guys go above and beyond. I showed up 30 minutes prior to their opening (a day late at that), fully expecting to do an after hours key drop. There were a couple of guys who were already inside who actually came out to greet me and hook me up with a rental, again, 30 minutes prior to opening!They took their time to do the job right, my car looks amazing and they even polished and buffed the entire car.I have absolutely no regrets in choosing Precision Auto, you cannot go wrong with these guys!

I went to them with a side door on my Honda Accord that got hit by someone. Their service was amazing. Called them one morning and later that day they had a rental car for me. The repair was top notch and looks great. Lines on the door and panels look great. I would come back to them if I need another repair like this.

The accident was not my fault, but I needed to get the car fixed. I stopped in to Precision, and not only did I get a quick appointment, but Melissa handled the calls to the insurance companies, as well as the rental car company. When my appointment came, I dropped off my keys, got the rental car keys, and left. Super easy! When the car was done, we reversed it, and reswapped keys. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, efficient, and wonderful to deal with. The best part? When I picked up my car, it was professionally detailed inside and out! I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone!

I dropped off my 2013 Veloster to get some work done and they told about a week it will be ready and after a week got the phone call to come pick it up and it came out amazing!!!
