I was to have my CPAP back in April. I didnt know this till I went to my sleep study pcp on 6/18 to find out that my CPAP was to be shipped to me way back in April. Someone from the clinic called Finley to be told they got no paperwork for me. Sorry I dont believe that now since I have been reading this reviews and see the same situation happening to me. So here I am waiting for my CPAP machine STILL! I am about ready to call my sleep study pcp and tell them to find another provider for for the CPAP machine since I hear nothing from Finley. I work in the healthcare industry and I know this in NOT acceptable when it comes to someones health issues. I gave one star...but it should be ZERO! YES.....I AM VERY UPSET THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AT THIS POINT!

We just received a bill for a Cam Walker boot that my daughter got from her doctor for a broken toe. The charge for the boot came from Finley Hartig Homecare was $265. A friend mentioned that the price was steep, as she had also used that same boot but had purchased directly through a medical site. I searched 1/2 dozen medical device sites, plus Amazon, and never saw one over $50.I called to speak with Erica at FHH about the high price and she was quite rude with her answer, stating thats what they pay so that is what Im charged. Its hard to believe that I can go online and purchase the same boot for $50, but FHH is 500% more! Maybe they need to find a new supplier and also work on customer service training.

ZERO stars if I could... Had information sent to F-H Homecare by a doctors office. After waiting several weeks without hearing anything I decided to call them and see what the hold-up was. I was told that the doctors office hadnt supplied them with information they needed. Several weeks later, still no communication, so I called back again. Once again was told that the doctors office hasnt provided them information. I told them that was what I was told several weeks ago when I called and asked if they had ever followed-up on the information from then. They didnt know. I then asked who I needed to contact at the doctors office, because I dont know who the person or even the place to contact that is holding up the information. I was given a phone number and they immediately hung-up. Upon contacting the doctors office, I was provided documentation that all necessary information was previously submitted to F-H HC nearly a month earlier (even before my first call) and that the doctors office has never been called about any missing information. They also commented that I should have been contacted weeks ago about how to proceed with F-H HC handling the case.As a new customer, never once has F-H HC ever tried to contact me. Never once have they done anything on my behalf, and so far seem they seem to have absolutely zero concern about getting anything done when this should all be standard routine procedure to them. Place seems like a disorganized mess and it starts as soon as they answer the phone and then just cut you off by putting you on hold mid-sentence to talk to someone else. Only today have I started reading their reviews... and I complete agree with several others already. I havent ever walked into their office and Im already looking to see about taking my business elsewhere.

I have had nothing but great five star service from this establishment!! Brittany is now my caregiver, and is excellent, a pleasure to do business with. Ive also had encounters with Cathy, Evelyn, and Chris in the past, and always had the best results possible. Keep up the good work!!

Great experience! The paperwork for the rental equipment I needed was done efficiently and correctly. I received an in-store tutorial regarding the use of the equipment as well as a detailed folder with user friendly information to take home with me The next day I received a follow up phone call to check on my status and see if there was anything else I needed. I really appreciated the care and concern shown by the entire staff!! Thanks!!

This place is the worst! No one ever wants to help you! I always have to argue with their employees cause no one seems to know how to do their job! I ALSO, have to ALWAYS go behind the counter to pick my medical supplies cause their to stupid to look at the pictures on the boxes! I will be calling their Corporate Office everyday till they get better employees that will actually want to help you!

Has taken well over 20 minutes for a very common and easy to locate machine. Next time Ill just travel to CR or Monticello at least they know how to do their job, provide excellent customer service and encourage me to return as a loyal customer.

NO STARS FOR THIS REVIEW.....This is the worse customer service. Still owes me money for duplicate payment. This has been going on for 6 months. Find an alternate vender. This is the second time I had issues but this is by far the worst.They also dont deal with your insurance. They are labeled a PPO provider and wont give you your in network savings. Another issue, only one person that works there can help me and shes been off for a week. They need a plan.It’s been a few days and it looks like my issue has been resolved. Thank you!

Evelyn (worker) is the only thing here that gets 5 stars--otherwise 0 STARS! Ive gone here for years & there is a Kathy (or Cathy) who is EXTREMELY RUDE. There is another woman as well, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. The rest of the staff are very helpful & nice. Unfortunately, the other 2 ladies have been there for many years & always seem to stick their noses in or are gone to (by other staff) with questions. Ive seen these 2 ladies be incredibly rude to customers & staff!!! Extremely unprofessional!! I did not know I had another choice for my CPAP needs & I am switching ASAP. Ive wanted to quit going here for over 15 years.

I went into this store today to purchase anew CPAP mask. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by someone. She said we dont run it through insurance and it is 240 dollars and acted like I would not be able to afford it. I politely thanked her and walked out and took my services to Quality Medical Services in Dubuque. If you are going to be in the customer care business, dont treat customers like they are intruders.

I was in Galena on vacation this weekend, hours from home when my CPAP failed. After being awake for 24 hours, desperately needing some rest and oxygen, I found this company. I didn’t think it would be possible to find help on a Saturday, and didn’t feel as though I was able to get home. Karen spoke with me on the phone, was waiting for me when I arrived and had my problem solved in a matter of minutes. She saved my vacation and had me breathing normally in no time. THANK YOU!

I should have read the reviews and moved on, but....read the reviews and called this place. Just.Plain.Rude. Horrible customer service and no incentive to help anyone with any information. Just plain nope, we cant order that. I told them that my insurance would cover the item and had verification of that and heres what I got: Well, a lot of insurance companies will tell you that... Sure... they lie to me when theyre on a recorded line. Puh-leeze. If you have a choice, GO ELSEWHERE!

Stopped in for a c pap machine after my Doctors nurse had sent the order and information to them was waited on by Karen we gave her the paper work we had and then asked how long does something like this normally take she then told us very rudely we have to wait to get the orders from the Doctor and they were very busy and they would call us we told her the Doctors office had sent the information over again she rudely said it takes time and they would call us again no time frame given so then I called back to cancel the c pap all they had to say was fine and hung up, The owners or meager need to have a talk with Karen . I have talked with several people and havent heard anything positive about her attitude towards customers only that she is very rude.

They are awful. If you call them prior, they dont actually look or maybe their count is too high for them to comprehend. They are abrasive, do not listen, rude, give bad advice and they suck in general in terms of customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I actually go out of my way to tell people how worthless they really are. Finley recommended them to me and it is night and day vs any other healthcare home store how bad this place is. If I was Finley I would fire everyone as they are the worst.
