Excellent service. Have had 2 issues in 2 weeks. They were able to help us same day. Sorry I dont remember the service technician who was at the house the first time. Hopefully you guys will know. Second time was Chad. EXCELLENT customer service from both. They both took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Dubuque.

I would give a higher rating because technician was awesome and quickly replaced the broken springs on our door. He was also very courteous and professional.Th reason for only three stars is the time it took from our first call until we actually got the technician to our house. We have used Overhead Garage many times and usually get very prompt service.

Called them in morning before I went to work when my door wouldnt open because of a broken spring. They came right away and helped me get out of my house so could make it to workThe tall bearded service tech we had was exceptional and so helpful.Will only call the Red Ribbon for now on.

Excellent service. The installer was the most friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He was prompt and serviced our door effectively and efficiently. We would recommend him to any who asked.

I called them on Wednesday about a broken spring. They said they would be there Thursday to fix it and never showed up. I talked to them again on Friday and they again said they would fix it that day. Once again they never showed up. Saturday I called and they thought they had done the job already. Disorganized and poor costumer service. I would not recommend them. I called Joe at Affordable Garage door repair and he came that day to fix it. Amazing!

Spring on our garage door broke; they had it fixed within a few hours after we called. Appreciate the prompt service.

Called them to install 2 doors had to pay 1/2 down after 3 1/2 months and me calling to ask when they were showing up they did one door and not the other . Got a bill for the one they did. Still havent seem them to do the other one. Going on 4 months now . Wow. i wouldnt recommend them.

Very impressed. Called at 9am on a Saturday. They arrived at 10am.Replaced 2 springs and lubricated everything. VERY fair price especially for the weekend.

Always quick and affordable service! I use these guys for my home and work garage door repairs and replacements. At work, a faulty garage door operation can cause us a lot of downtime. I call Cedar Cross and they send someone right away to get us back in business!

Had to deal with office people twice picking up parts, very unfriendly. The one office guy told me there was no difference in a vertical left and right track. Ik he was wrong and had to argue for him to go find the right side. (Holes are in fact in different locations)
