Lisa Erickson was amazing!!! My daughter and I walked into Carpetland and all we knew is that my daughter wanted new carpet. We had no idea what style, color, or padding that we wanted. Lisa asked us a couple questions and then she worked her magic. She showed us a beautiful carpet and suggested the perfect padding. Lisa Erickson was a great with helping me pick out flooring for my water damaged bathroom floor. She answered all my questions and concerns with the damage sub floor and possible deeper water damage. Exceptional workmanship and service from sales to install! So many options it was hard to choose. Definitely using Carpetland for my next flooring projects! I found the best deals in town and knowledgeable staff. Very professional too.

Waste of my time and energy. They came out and measured and couldnt email me a quote and it has been a month. Even after calling multiple times, leaving voicmails and talking to multiple sales people.I could have passed on coming in and looking at product if I knew the sales team couldnt get me a quote. The sales lady that I initially talked to in the store seemed aloof and put out that I asked her to work up the 2,500 sqft of space with a couple of different materials and options. I get the idea it was just to much work for her.

Everything started out well, service and product was good until bubbles appeared in flooring. Attempted to get it resolved and could not get a response from sales and service. Gave them plenty of time and still have not heard back. Its been well over a month. Very disappointed. Really want to finish the details on our kitchen but cannot until floor problem is resolved.🤷

I placed an order a few weeks back after checking around town at local hardware stores. Carpetland was very similarly priced and as a matter of fact they were running a special where they had free pad/removal/install of carpet which made my decision a no brainer. On top of that, they had at least 10xs the selection. They sent someone out to double check the measurements before placing the final order, which Im glad they did because I didnt even think of adding the closet in my initial measurement. The whole process took 17 days from us picking out the carpet to having it installed. They were willing to help move my furniture and items around the living room to help get the carpet installed (included during the special). The installers arrived on time and my wife said they were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have a few more rooms Ill be upgrading in the future and will definitely check out their selection first.

Our church recently did a remodel and it was suggested by our contractor to see Lisa at Carpetland USA in Dubuque. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with her suggestions. She sent samples of both carpeting vinyl planking for the committee to consider. She was very patient with the committees time it took for a decision on color choices etc. We chose a Mannington wood look vinyl planking and a Mohawk plush carpeting which complementing each other beautifully.The installers, Jeremy and Eric were very professional and experienced and went beyond their expectations in every aspect of the job.The job was done in a very timely manner and we have had nothing but positive comments on the results. Our church is BEAUTIFUL!

Installers didnt respect their appointments. They didnt show up for three different appointments, and the supervisor gave some unacceptable excuses which make me refund my money. WORSST EXPERIENCE EVER

Great. I had been shopping around for some flooring for some time, so I already had an idea of what I wanted. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and help me find flooring in my price range without pressuring me to buy.

We recently had our dog chew a hole in our new carpet and pad. Frustrated and not knowing what to do we called Chase and his team and they were right on it. They fit us in ASAP and it looks like nothing happened. Awesome service!

My install was left undone due to some rot the installers found. It took me 9 months to get it all replaced and repaired. Chase from Carpetland never forgot about it and managed to get the installers back out despite it taking so long on my part. Great service.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at the Carpetland in Dubuque. The manager was not attentive to my needs and I had to load my own carpet pad as no one was willing to help me and my husband. Very poor customer service!

My mother was having her carpet replaced per warranty and due to family issues, it had to wait to be put in. When the time came, the carpet she wanted was no longer available because the company went out of business. A different option was offered and after it being installed on one floor she was unhappy with the quality and color of it in comparison to what she previously had. We met with the store manager, Chace, and he was very professional and understanding. He worked on behalf of my mother to help make sure she was satisfied with the carpet and their services. He made himself available to us if we had any questions and personally met with or talked to us if we needed something. Overall, his professionalism and helpfulness quickly resolved any issues and left my mother very satisfied with her new carpet from Carpetland.

Just installed my new floor. These people did everything they could to help us when our basement flooded. They really care and even beat their competitions lower price with no questions asked. Id reccomend them to anyone looking for a floor!

My husband and I were just dreading shopping for new carpet to replace the carpet in every room on our main level. We walked into Carpetland and were greeted by Lisa. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us some samples she recommended. We liked them all and went with the very first carpet she picked out. It was installed on Friday, July 6, and we simply LOVE it. We feel like we have a brand new house just from replacing the carpet.Lisa was so helpful and friendly and very concerned to help us find what we wanted. Everything went so smooth. By the way, Carpetland was our first stop and we never went any further.Lisa and Casey came to the house to measure and to check out the layout of the house. Both were very professional and very helpful.John and his installers were equally very friendly and helpful. THey did an awesome job. THey arrived at the house at 9:30 and at 4:30 they were completely finished. The four of them are very hard workers. THey had to move all our heavy furniture and there was only a couple very minor spots I had to touch up on the woodwork and walls. We were very impressed.Thanks Carpetland for a very pleasant experience.

This place was horrible. They said they would have a guy out to measure my livingroom then he apparently calls in sick and cant do it so it gets pushed back a day. Then I call and ask when my carpet is coming in because they said Id be here during the week and the guy said hed call me back never did. I called again and a woman finally helped me. She then said I could have my carpet installed for 7 days after it came in I said that wasnt going to work because Lisa had told me if I buy the carpet I could get it in as soon as it came in. The woman then all of a sudden said they could squeeze me in monday. Monday rolls around waiting for the carpet guy to show up get a phone call and he miraculously has a flat tire now and she doesnt know if Ill get the carpet installed today or not . Seriously its a flat tire fix the damn thing and get here. Nothing but issues. Dont recommend carpetland in dubuque ia

They ordered & laid the wrong flooring & the floor they laid has 2 big scratches in it which still hasn’t been taken care of 2 months later!!
