Got two pairs of shoes and one pair of boots for a reasonable price! Definitely will be going back.

Not a lot to choose from and poor quality.My sisters shoes had the bottom fall off of them after a month. I purchased a pair off boots from them and after wearing them outside once they fell apart. I had to buy new shoes while I was out grocery shopping they were so bad.

Clean place, great variety of selections, friendly and helpful employees. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars is because one of the cashiers was open but too busy talking to his other female colleague. He clearly seen us and the line forming but did not have a care in the world. Almost was 3 stars because of this and how mad it made me.

Didnt get help while I was there. Was there for a solid hour too. But, they did price match with their website which was nice to see. It was super hot in the store tho, so its a good place to get shoes, but not to spend much time.

Terrible place to expensive no service

Walking in this store, I was able to realize just how important customer service is. This store didnt have an ounce of it. Only reason for 3 stars : clean, organized, displays. Thats it. I was lost trying to figure out what kind of shoe to get and where to look. This associate was helping another lady and kept looking at me as if she wanted to approach of check on me, but she just walked away after she finished with her customer. She continued to pass me through the store and I continued to stay lost. Luckily within twenty minutes or so I was able to locate what I may have needed and got the hell out. She must have been a manager too, because she was up front as I checked out and just proceeded to ignore me and step around me instead of being a big girl and using her words. Shame. i hope the shoes I got work, because I am NOT sure how Ill return to the store to return them.

People continually say they run good deals and have decent prices but if you sign up for their email list, you find out that their deals are less than stellar. I will get emails for summer sandals starting at $19.99 or something. Click the link and there are 300+ shoes. Good choices, right? Nope. 2 for men, 40 something for kids and over 200 for women. As someone without a female in his life or kids, its frustrating and misleading to get these promo emails/texts. I have reached out to their corporate customer service but they have no intention of adding mens sandals to these promos and because of this, I will be taking my business elsewhere. For women and children, this seems like a great place to score some deals so kudos on that. As a man, however, you can find better deals elsewhere.

Ive always had a good experience here. Theres an entrance right by the parking lot which is really convenient so I dont have to walk through the mall. You can get great shoes on clearance a lot of the time. The staff are friendly and professional. Ive never had a problem with returns or exchanges. Large selection for adults. I do wish they had a few more options for dress shoes for little girls but thats just me. The ones Ive gotten have been pretty and lasted well.

Two stars for now. Most time I am really satisfied with the customer service. However this last visit I am not impressed with. I took my parents there to get them some shoes. I asked if my kids could use the restrooms, one of the associate radios the store manager and ask if the store across from them was open, and then proceeded to ask if it was for the kids. Now I understand theft is an issue. However good customer service prevents theft. That being said, as a paying customer restroom privileges should be not be a issue. Your experience here will be determined the associate who assist you. Hopefully they are in good mood.

Very good selection and awesome prices. I use New Balance for my trail running shoes and they carry exactly what I use.

Love that since Im a Shoe Perks member that if the store doesnt have my size they can order it to send to me free.

Pretty nice selection of shoes and Adidas socks too. Helpful but not overbearing staff, and they had a buy one get one half off special on Converse when I was there so that was a nice bonus.

It is a nice store, but it has some of the worst workers ( the stocky man ) needs to be fired. He seems to be forced to work at this store.

I cant give 4 stars let alone 5 because the staff is not attentive at all. I was there for 15 minutes before making eye contact with a team member and even then she walked away quickly before I could speak.

Seeing the size of this shoe store you would think they sold larger sizes shoes, wrong. They only sell up to size 13. I wont waste my time ever stopping in that store again.

The specials can be really good. Im a little disappointed they started locking the restrooms. They must have had problems with people abusing them or attempting to steal by using them. But theyre all the way in the back of the store and the registers are all the way in the front makes it difficult when you go back there needing to go and find out you cant get into go. Plus it was disappointing not to find it even though
