Loved this neat restaurant! Good catfish, a neat outdoor seating area and great staff. What more can you ask for?

Went on a cruise on the American Lady. Two hour sightseeing trip was great All along the way we got history and great information.

The boat tour of the Mississippi looked fun! The marine was very enjoyable!

The brisket soup was the star of the show. My wifes fish was ok. I got the three little pigs,one of there signiture dishes. Pork tenderloin topped with bbq pork bacon an egg and swiss cheese. Everything on the sandwich was overcooked. The fried egg yolk was over hard and the pork was almost black. Picked it apart and ate what I could.

Helped me so much when I wanted to buy a boat. Made the process painless.

Stopped im and ate at catfish Charlies. Food was good, view of the river is nice.the patio looks like its a great place to dine when the weather allows. Prices are what youd expect for all the nice thats here.

I won my boat cruise through 97.3 The Rock. It was my 1st cruise and our group had a great time. The weather was perfect and we got a table on the upper deck so we could enjoy the day. The staff was friendly and the chicken wings were a great snack.Have a feeling Ill be back and will bring my 7 year old son sometime soon.

The service department is horrible. They dont return phone calls, they slow to make repairs and are very expensive. You are not allowed to bring in an outside mechanic to work on your boat thereby being at their mercy.

The last several times weve been there the appetizers have been undercooked and some of our meals have been undercooked

Catfish charlies in house brewed beer is amazing as well as ALL their appetizers. They have blue gill, catfish, gator, shrimp and crab cheese dip, smoked wings and pulled pork nachos.

This is the place to catch the dinner cruise on Mississippi at Dubuque. Next to Catfish Charlies. Food is from that restaurant, was a good meal. Thought cruise would go further down the river, but we enjoyed what we saw. Was a nice change of pace, and showed of area from river to the visiting family!

Good ol food

Terrible experience trying to buy a boat!! We were sent pictures of a boat and were told it was all checked out in perfect running order. We drove 5 hours to get this boat and it looked nothing like the photos and had cracks in the fiberglass and an actual hole in the bottom of the boat. They never even looked at it before we got there. And he knew we were driving 5 hours to get it. I wouldnt buy a donut from these people. The salesman was shady and tried to sell us junk!!

This place is a complete disaster. Inconsistent dealings. Dishonesty and poor management. Go anywhere else. Not there. If you are spending huge money there they treat you horribly.

We rented two boats from them for a bachelorette party and it was not an enjoyable experience! First off they gave us the wrong pricing when I reserved the boats and were very vague about what to expect. I was told I would get a phone call a week before our event to confirm everything but they didnt. Instead, I had to call countless times the week of to ask about gas, drivers, etc. things they should tell all customers before the day of. Courtney, the person I dealt with arrives late and we dont actually get on the river until 40 minutes after our rented time. One boat breaks down after 2 hours and no one was answering their phones to help us out. All we needed was one part that they couldve ran out to us. We leave the stranded boat to get to the marina and then they are unwilling to go get the boat themselves and expect us to go back and tow them. After an hour of argument they finally gave us our money back for the boat but were very unapologetic. Needless to say we didnt get to do anything the bride was hoping to do and arrived 2 hours late to her party that evening. Never again!

We ate at the restaurant at this Marina the food was wonderful! And loved eating on the dock!!

Bad service center; avoid service. They will give you a quote and then bill you for more than the original quote. They also did not have everything ready to go and the boat was dirty and stained inside. Quality of work is not up to par. Go anywhere else you can!

Catfish Charlies is always on our list of places to visit while in Dubuque. Great food. Outside dining available. Fun, wholesome.

Friendly people, nice place!

I asked them on the phone a couple questions and they were very rude and I asked to repeat it because the volume wasn’t good and the lady sighed in a rude manner and repeated it in a very mocking way. She clearly expressed her annoyance and was in no interest to help. Additionally they advertise jet skis on their website yet doesn’t have one. I am disappointed.

Catfish Charlies is a nice clean place on the water here with good reasonably priced food.
