Great place to work the people are so friendly and kind and theyll help you with whatever they can so come in and have a good time and enjoy looking for the fabric that you like because theres always somebody there to give you a hand.

The new store is so very clean and the staff very knowledge and friendly. They are very good at providing advice if you have questions. The layout of the store is very easy to follow. I love the idea of the classroom style creators studio.

This store is Huge! They have classes and you can rent time on the craft machines they have. Make sure to check for coupons before you go. They always have some.

Store is clean and the new look is amazing. I was in a while ago because the store was advertising free material to make your own masks. The staff were grouchy with me when I showed up asking for the material. Ill cut them some slack though. Perhaps its not fun talking to a fat bearded man. Anyhow life goes on :-)

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful is how I would describe the staff at the Dubuque Joanne fabrics! The store is well organized and clean with a well stocked selection of items. Im so glad to have a Joannes in our city!

Not sure what to rate this...Dont know why cashiers are checking customers out at the fabric counter instead of the registers. Also most coupons encourage online shopping rather than in store purchases. Why? Reducing staff? Encouraging online shopping? Does this mean they are shifting to closing their brick and mortar? It sure seems like it. That would be a shame. Historically, I loved shopping here but if they close they lose my business.

They were very helpful and courteous and went out of there way to help us. Very professional highly recommended..

The new location and store for Jo-Ann fabrics is amazing! Everything is very spacious, the organization is stellar, and they even have a new maker space zone! Definitely worth a visit whether you need a few things for a project or need to come up with a whole new one!

Its really irritating that men cant get helped at this store. I waited at the registers for 5 minutes, after being scoffed at for asking where something was.

Purchased some or lots of fleece f as brics here. They were on sale so of course I over indulged! I eish I could remember the gals name who cut my yards for me, but she was super awesome! Easy to talk to, pleasant conversation, great color suggestions! I eill definitely return here for my future fabric needs!

Very rude employees...a customer kept goin and getting more different fabrics and then instead of waiting on me when she was gone for the second time to get more fabric the clerk started putting away other bolts of fabric and when i asked of i could get waited on she gave me dirty looks... very rude
