If I didnt know what I was looking for, I would have wasted my time on purchasing the wrong item because of their over confident post millennial who ended up being completely wrong. Only go here if you know exactly what you want and have no questions. Otherwise, sad to say, Walmart employees are far more knowledgeable on their auto supplies and than these post millennials are. Sad world we now have to live in with a dumb confident generation of entitlement.

Very quick, reliable service! Walked in wanting to use the code reader [been having issues with my car lately] not knowing that in order to use a code reader the engine light must be on. The lady I was working with at the store explained to me [without even making me feel stupid!] and advised me to go get it examined [not disclosing her choice] and not to panic too much. Very cool!

Had a battery and windshield wiper blades replaced. The friendly staff installed them, in very cold weather, without a single gripe. Also needed some headlamp bulbs for another vehicle, and the guy at the counter looked up the proper parts options, explained the differences in brightness and life, and had me on my way in a matter of a couple minutes. I always go here. for my car parts. The staff is always very helpful, and finding the parts I need is always very fast.

Absolutely wonderful service every time I have come here. I know very little about cars and they are always so helpful and tell me honestly whether something is necessary or not. I highly recommend coming here first for any vehicular needs!

Went to the store on Central Ave in Dubuque. The worst service I have ever had. Guy behind the counter was lazy and rude. I ended up leaving my items on counter and walking out. Dont ever plan on going back there again. Doesnt even deserve one star. Dont know how they are even still in business with employees like that guy.

Even though I am a worker at Advance Auto parts, you cannot believe the insult customers say about the other parts stores. Sometimes, customers cant accept the fact that we dont have every single part in stock. Newer vehicles are complicated. Itd make the customer service better if people understood that. Yes, car parts are a need but its just like going to a fast food restaurant. Everything is always a hit or miss. Please dont be afraid to stop in! Well help you out as much as we can!

The staff here is hit or miss. Sometimes theyve been helpful, other times theyve moved at the pace of a deer thats been hit by a big rig. But the selection is good, so if youre out of options dont mind stopping in.

The place I go for all my automotive parts.

They always seem to have what I need in stock, from my truck to my Honda motorcycle. Even when I needed a special fastener the other day they even had a couple different choices for me. The crew is always ready to help, and they always check your order to make sure all the parts are there and it is what you are looking for. Sometimes what I call a part isnt always the technical term for it and this has saved me having to come back many times.

Fast and friendly service, best prices in town especially if you order online, and if they dont have it in stock, theyll get it usually next day.

Very help full. Was looking for a supercharger pulley puller. Guy looked for a while but couldnt find anything. At least he tried.

Employees arent the most knowledgeable overall the older gentlemen know what theyre talking about. Fairly good selection. They should increase height of the shelves to increase amount of product they have.

Absolutely my GoTo auro parts store. After going to the competition for a simple battery for my car and disgusted by the lack of knowledge or customer service, the General Manager helped me and installed the battery in freezing cold and snow. Dont waste your time with OReillys. Drive to Advance
