Brian the owner is truly unprofessional, unethical and very condescending towards his customers. Read the other negative reviews our company is not alone. Treats his employees very bad.

UPDATE to review below: Brian Driscoll (Shamrock owner) met with me and my boss apologizing for the lack of service. He had taken the time to review our account history before we met and then listened to all of my concerns. Brian was sincere in his apology and desire to make things right going forward. He even reimbursed us over $300 for a mishap that happened earlier this year. We all agreed to start anew, thus, I gave Shamrock a third star for now. ----------------------PREVIOUS REVIEW: The Ricoh copier that we are leasing is great, however, the service is not. We have had numerous issues with Shamrocks service from the beginning - lack of communication, no shows for on-site service, receiving invoices for printer cartridges never received which require us to call and follow up, or receiving cartridges that we never ordered, etc. We are now looking into other companies who say that they will buy out our lease with Shamrock. We do not recommend Shamrock. The 2 stars are for the Ricoh copier.
