Order take off at Watersaver in Dublin. on 09/04/2019. On 11/04/2019 I went to pick him up, the boy who operates the forklift beat my troka. The blow was horrible. I have bought material in different stores for 10 years and it has never happened to me. That boy has no experience at all. They took weight off one side of the pallet and it became bolted and the material spread out on the ground looking like trash. and the troka was damaged from the box. What bothers me is that boy did not accept that he was. He said he doesnt know anything and that he didnt go and that he was. WOW !! Apart from the fact that he hit my troka and says that was the way the hit was. Whats going on? Do you think Im stupid not to realize it? Alex the other man who works there said that my worker was at fault because he removed weight from only one side. PLEASE!! who is responsible for operating forklift. Alex said they were going to talk to the owner of the store and that he was going to call me back. 9 days have passed and they have not called me. He doesnt care because hes not his troka. If you are going to load your troka with material, be careful. who knows if they are certified to operate forklift.I Ordered sod at Watersaver in Dublin. on 04/09/2019. On 04/11/2019 I went to pick it up, The guy who operates the forklift hit my truck. The hit was horrible. I bought material in different landscape stores for 10 years and It never happened. That guy has no experience working on that site. They removed weight from one side of the pallet and it fell and the material spread out on the ground it looked like garbage, and my truck got damaged from the box. What bothers me is that the guy did not accept that it was him. He said he does not know anything Or do anything. WOW !! Apart from that he hit my truck and says thats the way it was. So Whats he thinks that I am a stupid or what !? Alex the other gentleman who works there said that my worker was guilty (blaming of my worker) because he took weight from just one side. He does not care because it is not his truck. If you are going to load your truck with material be careful. who knows if they are certified to operate forklifts.
