Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has taken care of me for several years. I also appreciate that there is no extra costs to have my hearing aids tuned and stocked with batteries.

This is the second set of hearing aids i have purchased. The first set I purchased was from a company that had little or no customer service. They literally handed them to me and said goodbye. This office and the (Bluetooth) hearing aids are great! He set everything up before I arrived to pick them up, and took the time to fine tune and explain everything. It ha s been a real positive experience. Thank you

Informative and professional

Real bad!!! If there is less than one star I would give them. When my husband was looking for hearing aids they sold him promises until he bought them. He now calls to go in to get them adjusted and they are either not in the office or dont have any appointments in the evenings. He paid over 8k and was promised weekends and flexibility in scheduling. Nope didnt happen.
